We heard him activate a button from the other side of the door. We stand there, wandering what was happening until we heard the air vent working.
"The door is locked", Kevin said while trying to break down the door which was in metal. The plan was stupid from the start, but I thought that it would work.
"Did you really think that I was this dumb?" Liam said from the other side. You could feel the grin in his voice. I was beginning to feel lightheaded.
"Sweet dreams everyone". My feet could no longer support my heavy body and I felt to the ground. I closed my eyes despise my best attempt to resist to whatever I was breathing and I fell asleep.
I was on something soft and comfy. Being half asleep, I did not remember what had happened so far. The room was cold and I snuggled against the heat right beside me. It was very comfortable. I fully woke up not long after that. My eyes widen when I realised that I was trapped in Liam's grip. He was hugging me from behind, his head nudged between my shoulder and my head. I was traumatised and my heart rate increased a lot. I tried to get out of his grip, which I did successfully, but some chains that I did not notice before prevented me from going of the bed. I looked desperately in the room for a key or something else that could help me escape. I had made too much movement and it woke him up.
"Hello flower, how did you sleep?" he said while imprisoning me again in his grip, hugging me from behind. I shivered at his touch and I was too scared to move. He hummed and sighed at my lack of respond.

"You must be hungry right?" he asked tilting his head with no grin or creepy expression on his face. I nodded. I was too hungry to refuse any kind of food. My throat was so dry and I could not swallow without hurting myself. He released his grip on me and he went to another room right beside this one. I tried to take off my chains, but I noticed that they were too small and my hands would not be able to pass.
Liam came back with a plate and a water bottle. I noticed that there was no knife and no fork. Only a metal spoon residing on the eggs. When he put them on the bed, I immediately drank the whole bottle and plate like someone who had not eaten for many days. Liam was staring at me during those few seconds which made me tense. When I finished, he kissed my check and I yanked myself immediately away from him. He chuckled, took the dishes and left the room.

A Castle in a Teacup
One might say that to anger forces beyond the ken of fragile breakable mortals is a bad idea, others might say that meddling in dark forces with little chance of gain is also a bad idea, they would both be right by on all counts but they forget to mention also how incredibly stupid combining both of those things are. Stupid people don’t last so long on the mystic side of things, normal folks who wander over to the other side have a tendency to do one of two things, either A. figure out that the best thing to do is keep their head down and not draw attention from any entity that refers to humanity as “you mortals” , or B. something horrifying happens to them. As you may have guessed I fell into the second category, mostly because I thought there was a third option. See I though there must be an option C, an option where I got to end up not as some shitty back ally wizard cowering at the chance of discovery, praying that one of my wards or spells wouldn’t be noticed by something that goes bump in the night. No I would be the one who rose above all that. I would never have to be afraid. Well I made a good attempt at it that’s for damn sure, but unfortunately for me it turns out there is not an option C. At least not for me…

An abominable race shall arrive and shall take over this world". And thus, the kingdoms agreed and joined forces with each other to protect this world. The catastrophe arrived, the great war of the alliance against the abominable race which they called Epivious commenced. The war lasted for many years, countless lives were taken.
