I watch Yoongi pace around the room at my spot on the couch. He's been doing this since we got back to the apartment.
"I think he actually remembers us," Yoongi says, still pacing. "But why is he hiding from us and pretending like he doesn't know?"
"Why do you think he know us?" I ask.
"He left quickly after he realized it was us. If he didn't know us he wouldn't have left,"
"That makes sense,"
"Of course it does, but him running away doesn't," Yoongi says, frustrated.
"Don't get too worked up,"
Yoongi sighs and stops pacing. He plops down onto the couch next to me.
"I'm not trying to but nothing makes sense,"
"Hopefully it will soon..."
"He must live around here if his dog got out. They were probably on a walk but no one takes there dog on a walk far away from there house," Yoongi says. "But why haven't we seen him until now if he lives close by?"
"Maybe he moved in recently,"
"That could have happened. But where did he live before?"
"I dunno. I know his parents moved soon after his 'death' maybe they took him with them,"
"Maybe..." Yoongi trails off. "I'm tired," He says standing up. He makes his way to his room. "Goodnight,"
"Goodnight?" I say, confused since it's only 5pm. I shrug and let him go.
I get comfortable on the couch when a knock is heard from the door. I groan and stand up, making my way towards the noise. I open the door to reveal a happy Jungkook.
"Why are you so happy?" I ask him, letting him in. We walk into the room where I was just sitting and he pulls something out from behind his back.

I look up and see him shove a game, the game he bought yesterday, into my face.
"Can you play with me? I asked Hoseok to but he's busy," Jungkook says with pleading eyes. I sigh.
"Sure, but we have to be quiet. Yoongi's sleeping,"
"Why is he sleeping this early?"
"I don't know,"
Jungkook takes the disc out of the case and puts it into the console. I switch the tv on and we start playing.
Hours pass by with Jungkook and I yelling at each other from time to time, forgetting all about the sleeping Yoongi.
I pause the game, realizing that my stomach is growling. I stand up and stretch, my back hurts from staying in the same position for so long. I check the time on my phone and realize that it's already almost midnight and that we've been playing this game for nearly seven hours.
"Oh man, holy shit," Jungkook says from his spot on the couch as he checks the time.
"Yeah," I say, walking into the kitchen. "DO you want anything to eat? I'm grabbing something because I'm hungry,"
"Get me some chips please?" Jungkook yells from the other room. I grab a few bags of chips and a few water bottles. I'm assuming that Jungkook will be staying the night and that we'll be up for a while.
"What are you guys doing?" A sleepy Yoongi says while walking into the room.
I sit back down on the couch and hand Jungkook some chips and a water bottle.
"We were playing a game but we stopped cause we're hungry," I explain, opening a bag of chips and shoving some into my mouth.
"When did you guys start? It's almost midnight," Yoongi says, sitting on one of the other couches.

"A little bit after you went to sleep, so around five,"
"You've been playing for the whole time?" Yoongi asks in disbelief.
"Yeah," Jungkook and I say at the same time.
"So you haven't eaten anything at all today? All you've had was a coffee,"
"I guess so, yeah," I say, knowing that Yoongi's going to lecture me about eating.
"You need to make sure you eat. You have to stay healthy, I don't want to take care of you if you get sick. We both know how you are," Yoongi says disapprovingly.
I nod, remembering the last time I got sick. I get really clingy when I'm sick and Yoongi hates it.
"Anyways, I'm heading over to Hoseok's studio. Namjoon's going there too, we'll be working on some stuff," Yoongi says, standing up. "Don't kill each other while I'm gone,"
"Okay," We say in unison and Yoongi nods, putting his shoes on. We watch him leave the apartment and Jungkook turns to me, stuffing multiple chips into his mouth.
"So, is there anyone you like?" He jokes and I throw the closest thing to me, which happens to be a shoe, at him and it hits his arm.
"Hey, I was just joking," He laughs, rubbing the spot where the shoe hit his arm. "Anyways, how are you doing with this whole Jimin thing?"
"I'm fine," I say. "Yoongi and I actually ran into him today walking back from the cafe. His dog got loose and ran up to us, it was cute. But he left real quick when he realized it was us,"
"Oh... thats weird," Jungkook says, staying quiet for a moment. "Well, enough with the sad stuff. Let's continue playing?"
I laugh and nod, grabbing my controller. He unpauses the game and we start playing again.
"Alright,"

Rise of the Business [Class]
'Rise of the Business [Class]' is a story about a world where humanity ended up fleeing through space, after suffering several great disasters at home. On arrival we crash-landed and were soon attacked by magic wielding civilizations who learned how to deal with our weaponry with a speed that belied their seemingly simplistic nature. We were lost. But eventually we survived by abandoning technology and adapting. But this tale takes place thousands of years later, after humanity has had time to rise and falter more than once. It tells of a time where we adapted too much, focusing only on combat and magic and learning to rely on the [System] that our ancestors built in order to compete and survive on this hostile planet with the others. This is a story about our final chance during a time when all of humanity is under siege again, where we struggled to adapt too late and ultimately had to learn how to summon a collection of people from Earth through time and space to come help - but not to the 'besieged time' but back a couple of hundred years - before it went too far down the wrong path, so they can hopefully change things enough to prevent a return to that timeline. Follow Livia as she is ripped from her favorite library and end up getting lucky, or unlucky? On her very first day on the Elderwood continent. While a trio of native lads excitedly leave home to find adventure, oblivious to how very soon they might end up entangled in the fate of the world. But the question that remains to be answered, that this first leg of the journey aims to find out; is what can a LitRPG bookworm like Livia do if called on to change humanity and prepare us all for the future, all before her 21st birthday? Find out soon, as we are finishing up book 1 in the coming two weeks. Cheers for reading this far, have a biscuit!

Prime Magus of Earth
"In the beginning, I had no idea what was going on. My brother and friends were gone, my sight was gone, and yet I still saw things, things about this world that no one else knew. I'm not special, or gifted, anyone could have done what I did. I just got lucky, especially after everything that happened afterwards. Magic already existed, it always had. Humans just didn't know how to do it, didn't know how to nuture that small spark in them. Now you do." - Prime Magus of Earth, Alexander Sorin. November 2021 Update: So, it has been four years since I stopped working on this. Reading back, the first "book" is finished. It has what feels like an ending to an arc. Now it isn't a perfect story but I still like it and I can see myself starting the second book, might even this on Amazon or something. My biggest regret was never coming up with artwork for the cover though. Maybe I'll look into it.
