Hello, my lovelies.
I wanted to check in with all of you, I know it's been a while.
I had a planned suicide attempt for March. I planned the how, the when, I told people I wanted to know so they could be prepared, I wrote my wishes down... And I managed to get trough it. For now.
I just wanted to remind you that you can get out, you really can. And just because you relapse here and there doesn't mean you're not working it out and managing it the best you can.
I am so proud of you for being here in this moment.
So thankful you're reading this on the other side of the screen.
I wanted to remind you guys that you are my tough soldiers and I wholeheartedly believe in you and your strength to pull through this.
I am here. I am managing and being as happy as I can. You can do it too.
I love you and I am here for you if you ever need to talk.
