"Kyle what was that?!" I asked. "Thomas the Dank Engine???" He questioned. "That was loud..." Lizzie complained. "Oh no..." Kyle said realizing the mistake he made. Just then three screams were heard through the house. "Great going Kyle..." Yammy joked. "I'll go with Scott and Lauren to help them try and settle Scarlet and Layton, you settle down Dante..." Yammy said to Kyle. "But I don't want to!" (Poor Kyle.... Trying to get a child to stop crying on your own is terrible >~
Yammy helped Scott and I figure out how to settle the twins down. It took a little before we eventually figured it out. "Thanks Yammy..." Scott said. "Oh... It's no problem... And to the readers reading what I'm saying right now, make sure you read the announcement chapter previous to this!" She said. "I'm really starting to worry about her..." I whispered to Scott.
"Should we take her to a doctor?" Scott asked. "Yeah probably... But let's talk to Kyle about it first..." I said laying Layton back in his cradle.

Finding herself in the middle of a conspiracy that threatens her life and the lives of the people around her, Dassah must decide whether she allows herself to be a puppet, or she finds the determination to become the master of her own fate. When humans with the ability to control the fundamental particles of the universe with their minds were first discovered, the age of space travel began in earnest. Relativistic travel faster than the speed of light became possible and humanity moved out into the stars. As the old saying goes, ‘Power Corrupts’, and many people were unhappy with the way the Conclave had been leveraging its authority, not the least of which were the Mages they controlled. One unregistered illegal Mage by the name of Tyrial had made it his life's mission to dismantle the Conclave at any cost. After spending decades working towards his goals alone, he realized he would need the aid of willing allies in his crusade. Tyrial would need all the help he could get learning to work with others, dealing with his own dark past, and handling unfamiliar feelings of romantic interest. Content Warning Note: They are there to cover my behind. I honestly hesitated to put them there at all but I figured better safe than sorry.
