"That's a great idea. Now we only have to hope that the project is successful. Just the last minute review is left. Shehnaaz would you like to end it" said Rhea.

"Yes sure, "said Shehnaaz.

Sidharth smiled as he listened to Shehnaaz. She truly knew how to take all the attention from him.

As she was explaining, Kaira saw how carefully Sidharth listening and looking at her and smiling.

Kaira knew something was going on in between them just at one look. To mention she was feeling a little irritated by Shehnaaz already. As she got his attention.

As the conference ended.

"That was great Shehnaaz. Guys I would like to inform you'll Sidharth and I are hosting the Launch party tomorrow. Hope you'll get there on time" said Rhea.

Sidharth was confused, why hasn't Shehnaaz spoken to him. Chuck speaking, she hasn't even smiled back at him.

"Hey," said Sidharth as he smiled.

"Hi. anything urgent?" said Shehnaaz as she was busy typing something on her laptop.

"No. Was just checking up on you " smiled Sidharth.

"Oh. that's surprising " said Shehnaaz.

Before Sidharth could say something. Kaira comes.

"Hey Sidharth, what are you doing here," said Kaira.

"Nothing I was speaking to Shehnaaz," he says as turns towards Shehnaaz and smiles.

"Nothing important. You'll go" say Shehnaaz as gets up from her place to go to Ahaan's cabin to submit the paperwork.

The entire day Shehnaaz avoids Sidharth. While he is confused, why is she behaving in this way with him?

He thought he'll find it out and sort it out while going back home. Shehnaaz too missed talking to him. So she decided she'll talk to him as they go back home together.

Karan saw everything. He noticed how Shehnaaz was avoiding Sidharth. So of course decided to try his luck again.

As Shehnaaz was just wrapping up and leaving. Karan comes to her desk.

"Hey," says Karan with a smirk.

"No," says Shehnaaz as she keeps her laptop in her laptop folder.

"You already know what I'm gonna ask," says Karan with a curious face.

"Yes, you'll ask me if you can drop me home and you have already received my answer. I'm going with Sidharth. Try on someone else" says Shehnaaz as she fake smiles and starts walking.

While Karan stands there clueless. Sidharth who heard the entire conversation couldn't stop smiling & blushing.

As he reaches down before Shehnaaz. He gets into the car and waits for her. Shehnaaz & Kaira reach at the same time. As Shehnaaz smiles at Sidharth and opens the door to sit. Suddenly, Kaira comes and sits on the passenger seat.

"Thanks, Shehnaaz," she says while Sidharth is stumped by what just happened.

"Excuse me, I was going to sit there," said Shehnaaz.

"But, I already did," said Kaira.

"Hey, Kaira I'm supposed to drop Shehnaaz back home," says Sidharth while looking at Shehnaaz.

"Umm...I guess she could just get with Karna you know " said Kaira.

Shehnaaz had a straight face. She didn't utter a single word but, she was fuming with anger. Sidharth understood that if he doesn't do anything about this whole situation, Shehnaaz is going to get really mad at him.

He exactly understood why Shehnaaz ignored him for the entire day. He couldn't let that happen once again.

"Kaira if I drop you. I'll have taken an entirely different route. So it's better that you go with Karan since you'll live just 15 minutes away" Sidharth said.

"Okay fine," said Kaira as she got down the car while giving a look to Shehnaaz. Shehnaaz didn't bother much.

Shehnaaz sat inside the car. Sidharth began to drive.

"So how was your day," said Sidharth.

"Pathetic," said Shehnaaz.

"Specific Reasons," said Sidharth.

"Too much workload," said Shehnaaz.

"Really?" said Sidharth with a smirk.

"Yes what else could it be," said Shehnaaz.

"Umm..something to do with Kaira?" said Sidharth.

Shehnaaz has been holding it up for too long. So she blurted it all out.

"Isn't she too desperate for you?" said Shehnaaz as she controlled her anger and tried to say it normally.

"Haha I see someone is noticing everything and getting jealous, "said Sidharth as he laughed.

"No. Why would I be jealous," said Sidharth.

"I don't know but, to answer your question. She is my childhood friend. We dated for a while but, then we broke up but, on a good note. I'm sure she has moved on. " he said.

"I don't know, I just don't get a good vibe from her," she said.

"Maybe because you're jealous," he said while giving her a playful smile.

" No Sidharth," said Shehnaaz while getting a little pissed.

"Okay okay, I was joking," he says while placing his hand on her shoulder pacifying her.

"Okay, Bye see you at the launch party tomorrow in the evening," he said while smiling at her.

"Sure. Bye," she said as she smiled back.

It was a Sunday the next day. Shehnaaz got up late. As she was brushing her teeth, she kept thinking about what would she wear to the launch party. She immediately made her black coffee and went to her closet. Searching for something to wear.

Finally, it was 6:00 p.m. and Shehnaaz was all ready and preparing to leave. The party was at 7:00 p.m. and the venue was 45 minutes from her house. She didn't want to risk being late. She booked a cab and left.

On the other end, Sidharth wore a black suit and left his hair a little messily combed which made him look to immediately crush on.

As they Shehnaaz entered her eyes searched for Sidharth.

SIDHARTH'S POV

I saw it as soon as she entered the party foyer. She was wearing a black sequenced gown. With her hair down in gorgeous waves. She had her cell phone in her hand as she looked around with a little nervousness. She looked mesmerized.

SHEHNAAZ'S POV

As I entered the hallway, my eyes immediately began searching for Sidharth.

Finally saw him. He was standing and talking with Rhea and Ahaan. He looked amazing. Any girl could easily drool over him.

"Hey, you look pretty," said Sidharth as Shehnaaz came near him. These were the only words the came out of his mouth as he was amazed.

"Hi. Thanks " said Shehnaaz as she smiled and blushed a little.

Soon, Rhea raised the toast and announced their project. Everyone appreciated the efforts. As Shehnaaz was new and people barely knew her. Rhea and Sidharth introduced her to new people as they met them.

Soon everyone hit the dance floor. While Shehnaaz was too shy to join. Sidharth preferred standing and looking around.

Soon there was the slow song played were everyone choose their partners and began dancing. While this happened Sidharth didn't miss a chance to dance with Shehnaaz so he decided to walk up to her and ask her.

"Hey, would you like to dance with me?" said Kaira.
