Still unable to speak. I don't feel shocked, so I guess I shocked my voice away from me. My throat was killing me. I can't seem to even get a small squeak out if I tried.

However, while I can't speak, I am able to walk around again. At least I can get to the others easier.

"Morning, Sabre!" Galaxy Steve exclaimed happily as I entered the main room. 'Morning? Is it morning already?' I smiled and nodded my head towards him.

"You're looking better! Still unable to speak?" Alex asked. I frowned some and nodded my head in agreement.

I began to walk outside. I've been cooped up lately, so I needed some fresh air. The fresh breeze felt nice against my face. I breathed in the air, letting it fill my lungs.

'Maybe not being able to speak isn't such a bad thing. It gives me time to think to myself...' I thought trying to make the best out of my current situation.

I walked down the small steps connecting the house to the ground. I felt the grass crunch underneath my feet.

Void Steve laughed from the porch area. I looked up to him and gave him a small laugh.

I responded. He laughed some more.

he said walking down himself.

I asked looking in the direction of the village.

he asked as he ended up right beside me.

I "said". Void Steve stated for a moment before nodding his head.

he asked pointing back to the house. I shook my head.

I replied. Void Steve nodded his head, and we began to make our way towards the nearby village.

After an hour of walking through the grassy plain biome, we reached the village. This time, people weren't hiding in their houses out of fear. They were out and about. They were walking about the village doing normal chores. Gardening, improving structure on houses, and even making sure the children are walking through okay.

Void Steve commented as he watched the "villagers" go about their day.

I replied. I began to walk into the village. I wasn't entirely sure where I was suppose to go. Maybe a library? Where would one be?

"O-outsiders!" a young child stuttered. The adult with the young child laughed and calmed his frightened child.

"Honey, these are two of he group that saved our village not too long ago. Please, what brings you to our village yet again?" the gentlemen asked holding the shoulders of the child.

I said telepathically. The man flinched a little bit.

"You speak, but your mouth doesn't move. How is that so?" he asked. He must be a person that speaks some older English. I nodded to Void Steve to let him explain. My head was beginning to hurt for using my telepathy so much.

Void Steve said. The man nodded his head.

"Ah! Again, what brings you here? What items shall you be searching for in our humble village?" the man asked again.

Void Steve said a little unsure of his answer. I nodded my head. The man flinched before he looked around.

"Sweetheart, go find your friends and play. I need to speak with these two gentlemen," the man said as he pushed his child away some. The child nodded their head and ran away. The man look back up to us. "I am so happy you have listened to my request, Sabre Favre."

I pushed past the pain I felt in my head.

I asked frantically. The man laughed a little bit before walking away. We both stared before glancing to one another.

"Come... you two must follow me to my home. There, you shall find the object you seek for," he said as he continued to walk along. We shrugged our shoulders and followed him.

Void Steve complained. I laughed a little bit myself.

I said.

"I guarantee it will not be that simple. This item you will seek is powerful, but a dangerous quest lies ahead," the man said as he opened a door to some excluded house. All three of us entered the house, which was pretty dark.

There wasn't much to see. It looked like any average house. A bed, a table and chair, some books, a few pictures, and even some toys. I assumed they belonged to the kid from earlier. My attention stayed on the books. There wasn't many, but something was dragging me towards them.

"You feel as if you are being pulled towards the book. I can see so in thine eyes. Go ahead, choose the book that is getting your attention," the man said looking at the old books. I nodded my head.

I walked to the table and moved the books, so I could see them all at once. There were 4 books total. Each one looked old and worn out. My hand grazed over each cover. Silence filled the room, and I felt quite a bit of pressure.

My hand grazed over one particular book. It was extremely thick. I'd say about 800 pages were in the book, no doubt. It felt like my hand couldn't leave from its current position. It was like a magical force was bonding my hand to the book. I picked it up and showed it to Void Steve.

I said showing the man. He nodded his head.

I walked over to Void Steve. He nodded his head at me; telling me to open so said book.

Slowly, but surely, I opened up the book. I felt something take over me. I hovered my hand above the pages. Many of the pages began to flip to the other side. Some sort of magical light engulfed the book as it flipping through to a certain page.

Finally, the page turning stopped. Some page with a ball and some writing was flipped open. I stood in silence, as did Void Steve. We glanced at each other.

I questioned while examine the book. The man let out a hardy laugh.

"An orb! An orb! That's exactly what it is! An orb!" he exclaimed happily. We both watched him weirdly. It was a little creepy.

Void Steve asked as he examined the page himself.

"Read! Then you will know about the orb!" the man exclaimed. Okay... he's way too excited over a ball.

The writing was hard to read. Some was smudged, and other words were just written too close together to even understand what the many words were. Luckily, I was able to use context clues to decipher the words.

I read. Silence filled the room, and then, a bright light engulfed our surroundings. I dropped the book and backed away from the emitting light.

"Ah... you, Sabre Favre, have been deemed as worthy of finding the special orb," the man said. Suddenly, a piece of paper was placed in my hands.

Void Steve asked as he looked at the strange looking map.

"Yes, yes! Follow the map! It will guide you to the object you seek!" the man said. Then, he just walked out. Both of us were left in udder shock.

I said questionably. Void Steve nodded his head.

Void Steve asked as he picked the book up.

I said whole folding the map into a smaller piece of paper. I shoved it into a pocket in my onesie for safe keeping. Void Steve was closing the book and placing it back onto the table.

He walked back up to me and nodded his head towards the door. I smiled and nodded my head as well.

he said. The both of us walked out together. My hopes were high that we would finally be able to beat them once and for all.

Void Steve and I finally strutted up to the house. It was quiet, which was quite odd. We kind of looked to one another nervously; both of us were wondering if something had happened.

We walked up the stairs to the house and opened the door very quietly. It was pure silence in the house. We both got worried, and rushed in the rest of the way. Everyone was passed out on the floor. Our eyes went wide, and we immediately rushed to their sides.

I pleaded while shaking Rainbow Steve. He didn't even groan!

Void Steve yelled as he shook his counter part. The only one moving was Kylie. She was twitching, and had the most uncomfortable look on her face.

"I happened..." an all too familiar voice said. We both snapped our heads to face the newest villain from before.

I yelled while getting into a fighting stance.

"Hmm... it seems as though you can't speak using your vocal chords. How sad," the male smirked. I raised an eyebrow, as did Void Steve. "As for Ty, he's right here."

Ty was twitching on his hands and knees. He was glaring at the villain.

"He fricking betrayed me!" Ty yelled as he continued to twitch.

I said. I let the small hit of fear I had slip through as well.

"What a shame, Sabre. You use to be so fearless," the villain commented. Both Void Steve and I raised an eyebrow.

Void Steve growled as he charged up some energy in his hands.

"I'm talking about his previous life... as an assassin?" he said. He sounded like he was seeing if I remembered that. Of course I would remember that, but HOW DID HE KNOW!

I yelled. The male laughed.

"I'm really upset that you don't remember me, Sabre," he said as he neared us.

I replied. The villain laughed again.

He took his hood off, and I felt the energy I was charging leave. Void Steve continued to charge his attack.

Void Steve asked with a growl.

"N-n-no..." I was able to mumble out. I felt my voice come back to me. "NO! HOW!"

My yelling woke everyone up finally. The all looked up and began questioning what was going on.

"Sabre? Your voice is back!" Rainbow Steve exclaimed happily.

"What's going on?" Galaxy Steve asked as he saw the villain with his hood off. Ty looked up to his betrayer as well as soon as he stopped twitching enough the stand.

"SURPRISE!" the villain exclaimed as he let out an evil laughter.

"SPENCY?!" I yelled in pure udder shock.
