Any way. I made my way up to the VIP section we're my grandma always is. She travels with me all the time. It is because of her I am here. My parents didn't want me to do this but when they was I was 11 and grandma got custody of me

I wave at a few people and take a picture or too as I make my way over. She is watching on of the screens we're Red Bull is still driving with one of their cars

When I sit down she notice me and quickly hug me. "You did so good. I'm sure you are going to win this one" She say make me chuckle. She say that every time because she knows it makes me smile and she is quite frankly the only one and only thing that gets me to smile except for when I'm in the car

"Thank you. It's good to know you believe in me"

"I will always believe in you sweetie" She gives me one of the warm smiles that I love making me smile back at her. "Is your day over?"

"No. I have one interview in about 50 minutes but Charles is doing it now. After that I should be free"

"Well how about some dinner tonight"

"Sounds amazing" I say take my phone up to catch up on the socials as we hold a small conversation

I suddenly look up from my phone tho when a video of the pitstops show up on the actress Hailee Steinfelds Instagram. I quickly scan the large room to find her sitting with her brother Brit o far from us

My grandma seems to have noticed me looking around tho or more specific the girls my eye have landed on. "She's good looking isn't she" She say making me turn to her

"God. She is more the good looking. Do you know who she is. She Thai big movie star"

"Go over to her. She looks sweet. You need a girlfriend"

"Okey. Yea as if that would happen. She is like really beautiful and famous"

"So are you" She interrupted me. "And you need to hav some fun. You haven't had a girlfriend since you were 16 you are 24 form fuck sake"

"You have been single for 10 years. That's more" I complain

"I'm 70 for Christ sake. I had a child and a husband. You need someone. I'm not going to be around forever and even if I would you need someone your age and you need sex. It's a great way to work out"

"Okey stop. I'm not going over"

"Yes you are. Where did all your conference go. You walk like you own the place other wise. Now that hat and thought shirt makes you look great walk over"

"Improvise" Then she pushed me as I almost feel of my chair. I gave her a look as I fixed my shirt and took a deep breath before walking over and quickly deciding on a plan

"Well you could get a picture to if you want" I say with a smile as she smiled back at us

After the pictures was taken we fell into an easy conversation. "Shouldn't you be working. I mean these weekends aren't they packed" Griffin asked

"Well they are but right now Charles is away doing and interview and I am after him so I have about another 30 minutes and then I am actually free for today. So I'm going to dinner with my grandma"

"The lovely lady I've there right" Hailee said pointing to my grandma who now was in a deep conversation with some man"

"Yea actually. How did you know that"

"She needed help with her food and I offered my help and she told me you were you" Just the Griffins phone went of and he left to take the call

"So I have to ask. Which team is your favorite"

"Well McLaren is good but I can always change my opinion"

"And what would make you change. I mean who wouldn't want a pretty girl to cheer you on" My confidence was growing as we talked and it was clearly showing but I think she liked it because she continued to blush as I tried to flirt with her

"Well a tour of the garage and a win would surly seal the deal"

"Let me see what I can do" I said as we continued to talk my agent did interrupt us because I had to leave

"Yea two seconds" I told her as I turned back to Hailee. "Could I possibly have your number. You are lovely and I would love to maybe hang out or go out some time"

"I would like that. And call me when I can get that tour" She said as she handed me my phone back and I stood up to leave

I ended up giving her and her brother a tour of my garage after my interview and then we bumped into each other the morning of qualifying

Right now I'm sitting in P2 wit Verstapen in front of me. A take a deep breath and then we start

As the laps go by my mind is clouded with two thoughts. Take this home. And I'm press the girl.

And then my chance appears Max goes to pit with 12 laps left and when he comes out I'm 8 seconds ahead but with his new wheels he is going to have a good pace

After just four of t he laps left he is just as expound behind and when we go into the last he as tried to over take me once but I blocked him and managed to get a second

I'm probably driving fast then I ever have as I go into the second last corner. He is pushing just as much behind me and goes for it one last time and as we get onto the final stretch hugs front wheels are beside my back once. But it isn't long enough for him to overtake me so I cross the line just before him

I let out a happy scream as I slow the car down. The TV is probably enjoying this. "Fuck yea" I scream as I put my fist in the air

"Brilliant job y/n. P1. Charles got P3"

"So fucking good" When I get around I pull up to the number one and clime out as the whole crew cheer. I hug Charles who pulled up Nextel to number two and shake Max's hand before I throw myself at the crew

Some celebrations later I have a nice new hat, a big ass champagne bottle and a new trophy. After some pictures I get to get out of my drivers suit and take a shower before I put some normal clothes on. Still Ferraris clothes of course

I talk to a few people and as I try to make my way out with my performance coach Lily I get stopped for a few interviews. When I finally get to the parking lot I find my grandma but not alone. Next to her Hailee is standing smiling at me looking beautiful

I hug grandma before J turn to the younger woman. "Not that I don't want to see you but what are you doing here" I say she doesn't get to answer tho because grandma speaks for her

"She's coming to our celebration dinner. Now get your as n the car and driver her I have an Uber" She then walks off. She really is my wingman

"Why is she not riding with us" Hailee asks as we look at her get in another car. "I so happens to drive a car with only two seats here today" Is at smiling as I place my bag in the trunk and take the hat of my head before turning to the beautiful girl and placing it on her head

"Keep it. It's looks better on you" Then I open the door for her before I she gets in and I close it before walking around and getting into the drivers seat

It later turned out my grandma wasn't coming to dinner and see wished us a happy date and well......

.....we have now been dating for two years and I plan on proposing soon:)
