Aaron's pov

I month later

It's been exactly one month since I asked Sierra out. At this point everyone knew about us being together. Christmas break is officially two weeks away which means my dad will be back sometime this week.

I walked into school and walked over to Sierra before going over to my locker.

"Hey babe" I said kissing her forehead. She looked up at me and smiled at me. Damn that smile gets me every time.

"Hey what's up?" She asked

"Well my dad is back in town this week" I said leaning against the locker that was next to hers.

"Oh my God babe that's great. Are you excited"

"Yeah I haven't seen him in two months" I replied. The bell suddenly rang

"Well I gotta go to class now" she said slamming her locker "I'll meet you at lunch later" she said before giving me a quick kiss. She began pulling away but I grabbed her waist so she wouldn't be able to move.

"Aaronnnnn" she whined "I have to go or I'll be late" she laughed

"No" I said curtly and continued showering her with kisses.

"I promise to give you plenty of kisses later" she said.

"Ok fine" I said and released her.

"Bye babe" and she walked off

I watched as she walked off with a smile on my face.

"Yo dude you're totally whipped" i turned my head to see my friends walking over to me.

"Huh?" I asked

"You're like whipped over her" Justin repeated

"Yeah she has you like wrapped around her finger bro" another one of my friends, Jake laughed

"So have you banged her yet?" Jake continued

"What? No of course not" I said

"You do realise you only have 1 month or you owe 100 dollars" he reminded me. Fuck I forgot about that stupid bet.

"Listen it's not like that with Sierra anymore. I genuinely like her and not for her body. She's not like other girls" I said

"Whatever makes you feel better about it but either way if you don't fuck her you better bring me my money" Jake said.

"OK whatever let's go. We're late for class"

All throughout the day I couldn't stop thinking about Jake said. I like Sierra and genuinely care about her. I was stupid for making that bet with Jake.

AT lunch

Lunch has changed drastically for both my friend group and Sierras. Ever since we announced our relationship status we have all been spending lunch together. I could see Her friends walking our way but Sierra wasn't amongst them.

"Where's Sierra?" I asked

"We made her go out to my car to get something for me" Veronica said while sitting down.

"It gives us enough time to talk about what we are doing for her birthday" Steph included.

Her birthday is on the first of January and we were hoping to do something special for her as she is turning 18.

"I think we should do a joint new years and eighteenth birthday party for her. Most people like to go out on New year's so it would make sense" I suggested

"Yeah that's a good idea. It would have to be a surprise though" Justin added

"Ok we will take care of the venue and you guys can invite people, since you are all so popular. Make sure you tell them it's a surprise" Steph reminded us

"Shit guys she's coming! Pretend that I just made the best joke" I quickly said

After saying that they all immediately broke out into laughter.

"What's so funny?" Sierra asked. She put her bag down and sat next to me.

"Hahahahahaha.......Aaron...he...oh you wouldn't get it" Justin said in between fake laughs.

"Okkk?" She said dragging out the word slightly. "Veronica your lip gloss wasn't in your car" she continued

"Oh right I just remembered I actually left it at home. My bad" she laughed.

For the rest of lunch we talked until the bell for our next class rang which was maths, the worst subject ever invented. Thankfully I had that class with Sierra so it wasn't so bad. Once we got to our class, coach was already there.

"Hey coach is there still practice tomorrow?" I asked

"Of course. Our first game is on saturday" coach said. I nodded and walked over to my seat where Sierra was already going over her notes.

"Please teach me how to be smart" I joked

"You are smart. You are better than me at biology" she laughed

"True maybe I can teach you about sexual intercourse" I winked

"Aaron" she gasped and wacked my arm.

"Ok everyone listen up, Your maths test will be on Friday. It will be on everything covered in this chapter" coach announced.

Everyone immediately groaned. I sighed and dropped my head. I felt Sierra place her arm around my left shoulder and squeezed my opposite shoulder.

"Hey you are going to ace this test. Trust me" she whispered. I smiled and nodded.

After 40 minutes the class was finally over. Sierra and I were heading out the door when coach called us back.

"I hope the tutoring lessons are helping. I'm expecting at least a C on this test Aaron. Remember if you don't pass you won't be playing on Saturday and I'd hate to pull you out last minute" Coach said

"Don't worry sir. He's been doing extremely well and has come a long way. You won't be disappointed" Sierra smiled looking at me

"Good you can go then" coach replied.

"You didn't have to say that you know" I said

"It was the truth" she says

We walked over to my car and I began driving us home. Once we got to my house we met my mom who was fixing a crooked photo frame that was hanging on our white walls.

"Hey mom"

"Oh you guys are home" she said giving me a hug. "Sierra it's so nice to see you again" she said moving over to hug her too.

"It's nice to see you too Mrs Lee and whatever you are cooking smells absolutely delicious" Sierra said.

"Thank you dear and how many times do I have to tell you. Call me Alice please"

"Sorry Alice" she giggled

I zoned out as they continued talking about what my mom was cooking. I started thinking about the test which is in a few days and how it's likely that I may not be playing in our first game of the season.

"Aaron" I heard them both say

"Huh" I replied looking at them

"I was saying that we should invite Sierra for dinner when your dad arrives"

"Oh yeah, that's a good idea. He would love to meet you" I said

"Ok sure I'll come" she smiled

"Right so we are going to go study upstairs. I gotta ace this test if I want to play in the game on Saturday" I told my mom

"Oh yes. I completely forgot. I think your dad will be here for that actually so I guess we could all meet before dinner then" she said "right off with you then and leave the door slightly open" she called after us as we walked up the stairs.

1 hr later

"And what happens with the 'x' and 'y' on both sides?"

"They...cancel?" I questioned

"Yesss that's my boy!" she laughed giving me a fist bump.

"My boy?" I asked

"Well if you get to call me 'my girl' then I get to call you my boy" she shrugged

'Fine with me" I said. I then grabbed her and pulled her on top of me so she was straddling me. I leaned up and gave her kiss.

"I like this position" I smirked

"Of course you do" she rolled her eyes "but I prefer this" and then she quickly flipped us so I was on top. I didn't even have time to respond because she smashed her lips against mine. I pulled her top off leaving her in just her black lacy bra. Once it was off she immediately used her arms to cover herself. I looked up at her and saw that she looked embarrassed.

"Hey you don't have to hide from me. You're beautiful" I whispered. I gently removed her hands from her chest. I then began kissing along her collarbone.

"This is the exact reason you're mom said we should leave the door slightly open" she laughed

I began making my way down her jeans and started unbuttoning it.

"Wait Aaron" i immediately stopped at that "I'm- I'm not ready yet" she said. I gently smiled at her.

"That's ok. I want you to be fully ready before we do anything" I assured. She nodded her head and looked down at her fingers which she was playing with

"I'm sorry" she apologised

"What are you apologising for? I don't want you to rush anything. If it takes us 2 years so be it but don't apologise ok?" I asked

"Ok" she sighed

"Now come here" I said. She smiled and crawled over the bed to me and gave me a hug.

"KIDS DINNER IS READY" I heard my mom shout
