I come face to face with my ex boyfriend Logan, "Let go of me!" I try to shake him off but it doesn't work.
"Come on Billie, don't be that way, I love you." he trys to make his way back to me.
"I’ve changed I promise, I am nothing like I used to be, I need you baby."
I look at him, "Don't call me that" I snap at him, "I left for a reason, leave me alone."
He pulls me into an unwanted kiss but I couldn't pull away because I was against the car. Stokeley walks out of his house and sees what's going on.
"Come on baby, you know you miss me, tell me you love me" he demands.
"No I haven't and I most certainly will not." I try to walk off but Logan gets more aggressive.
He kisses me again, "I miss you Billie." his grip on my wrist gets tighter to where I can't get away.
"Stop it logan, please!" I cry out.
Stokeley walks up behind him, and pulls him off. "She said stop." he firmly says in a deep tone.
Logans grip lets go from Stokeley pulling him off, "And who are you to be talking?"
"Who cares about what my name is, leave her alone." he gets louder.
I stand still holding my wrists when Stokeley and Logan start pushing each other, I wanted to say something but I was still in shock, I wipe my lips off.
"She don't want you, so I suggest you leave" Stokeley says protectively, "You aren't wanted here and if you couldn't tell Billie even said so."
Logan rolls his eyes, "And what are you? Her boyfriend?" he taunts.
Stokeley gets fed up with it and punches Logan, "Leave and never come back."
My hands shaking, I see Logan leaving in his car and Stokeley comes over next to me, he reaches out to see why I was holding my wrists.
I flinch and hesitate at first, "Billie, it's okay." he says.
I give him my wrists and he sees how red they are from Logan. "How about we go inside?" he suggests.

Rebirth, but not quite.
A boy is born in a fantasy world with knowledge of modern earth, however he does not have personal memories of living or dying before. Good news is he was born in militaristic branch of the royal family and the variety of forms and uses of magic in this world are great fun, bad news is with status come expectations. Follow him as he makes his place in the world all the while escaping boredom with all his might. This is a story without a big baddie trying to destroy the world, without gods choosing heroes to give powers to and without systems that determine what you can and can't do. This is my first fiction and i'm open to suggestions. I plan on using a few cliches while putting my own spin on things, if i write something that feels too much like every other fictions, please say so.

[unedited/discontinued] I thought the unimaginable only existed in fairy tales, and stupid redundant television shows. I never knew how wrong I was.
