I lean in to kiss him and he kisses back, we kiss for a good few seconds. "S-Stop." I hesitate and pull away looking at him sort of afraid.

"Bil, what's wrong? Look, I don't want certain things from you I don't want to rush everything. I just want to be with you."

I look at Stokeley, "It isn't just that Stokeley..you remember how I told you I was afraid to like anyone?" I feel pressure already being lifted off.

"I-I've been abused Stokeley.. and I haven't been able to be with anyone since and I don't want you to be in that position" I explain.

"Bil, I don't want you to be afraid of me, and I will do anything to be with you." he looks at me.

"Stokeley.. h-he took something I can't get back. I don't think you understand what I mean but you should." I look at him with a certain look.

"He really did that? Billie. I'm so sorry. Come here" he hugs me and kisses my forehead.

I hug him tighter than I usually do, and every pressure I felt on my chest had lifted off.

"I'm so sorry you had to go through that Billie." he says and releases the hug at the same time as me.

I look at him, "That's why I'm afraid. It isn't you." I explain.

"Billie, I meant what I said. I will do anything to be with you, even if that means you want to wait a while." he looks at me.

I started to believe Stokeley. "What about Gen?" I ask him

"We aren't talking anymore. She wasn't who I wanted either way."

"You wanted to be with me?" I look at him

"Always did. How could I not? You're everything I could need Bil. You make me smile, and you give me tons of reasons to laugh." he smiles.

"Can we wait a little? Talking for now?" I suggest.

"Of course. Take all the time you want to." I look back at Billie.

I lean in to kiss him, I pull away smiling. "You look beautiful when you smile Bil" he smiles back.
