The three have joined the rest of the passengers, thirty in total and all of them in huge panic, screaming around questions no one was going to answer, all of them terrified and scared they were going to be stuck on the island all alone and would die here.

"We should make a fire so ships can find us!!"

"No, we should build a float to get the hell out of here!"

"What about the island? Shouldn't we go and investigate it? Maybe the jungle is filled with hungry animals!"

"We should stay on the beach! It's safe here!"

"Have you seen others?"

"I'm getting a headache from all of this screaming", Seokjin grumbled and buried his head into the side of Hoseok's shoulder who laughed and pulled his husband closer. Jungkook has left their side already but the couple didn't mind, actually being kinda suspicious of the blonde who now moved around the stranded tourists and tried calming them down.

He seemed to have introduced himself to the rest of the group already, smiling friendly at a few and overall looking very excited to be back in the middle of humans again. But Hoseok somehow couldn't stand that and he decided to announce that Jungkook wasn't part of them, was in fact longer on the island than they were.

After all, the male could be a cannibal or some weirdo not wanting to share the island with them or a creep who was going to murder them all in their sleep once he has gotten their trust.

"Jungkook's been here longer than we are. He said he's here for months so why don't you tell us how you survived here? And when you came here", Hoseok said. He received a few nods, Seokjin on his side nodding his head vigorously while a few others were in some kind of daze, nodding along the words but staring wide eyed at the charming blonde smiling at Hoseok.

"Sure, you deserve all the answers you're longing for", Jungkook smiled and started to explain some things to them which didn't really help Hoseok to relax but the others seemed to be, not speaking up to question him anymore after they received the answers. Jungkook caught Hoseok's burning stare and smiled sheepishly before he turned to help a woman in her thirties up.

The group was calming down, all of them craving for someone to take responsibility for their situation as they were too afraid to do it themselves while Hoseok and Jin were different, not wanting to rely on someone other than themselves. They never anyone besides themselves anyways so it was an odd picture to see how easy they trusted Jungkook.

A man they didn't know.

What was so special about this male that he seemed to easily capture their attention and receive their trust?

Hoseok couldn't stop thinking about this and also didn't stop looking at Jungkook, investigating his every movement as he wanted to find out what was so suspicious about the male. He was surprised to see the blonde suddenly looking up alarmed, eyes shifting towards the beach and Hoseok nudged Jin who seemed to snap out of a daze to also stare at the male.

Jungkook noticed the form of a running boy getting closer and his face hardened. He quickly changed his expression after seeing Hoseok's curious face who wondered what was going on. "Excuse me for a second", Jungkook smiled sweetly while standing up, leaving the group confused as they couldn't spot what worried him.

They haven't seen the figure just getting out of the water.

"Is something wrong?", Jin asked curiously while Hoseok's was stroking his hair. "I think it's another stranded passenger", Hoseok just assumed while he watched how Jungkook left the protection of the palms and walked up to the boy.

He saw how the friendly blonde easily caught the screaming boy in his arms and pressed him against his chest. "Wait, I think they know each other", Hoseok then said while he watched their interaction. The other boy, oddly familiar somehow, was struggling in the blonde's arms. "Another survivor from the previous ship maybe? Then why did Jungkook tell us he's alone here?", Jin asked suspiciously.

"You can't just obey me for once, can you?!", Jungkook on the other side hissed at his crying Baby who was so close to the group. "I won't let you do this", he choked out while clawing at the arms pressing him close, trying to get out of the grip to run to the group. He was so close, so so close to end the circle yet Jungkook has come into his way for another time.

Jungkook's face was a picture of fury.

"I'm working for our own survival here! I'm providing us with new lives and powers. You won't stop me on this, Taehyung. You couldn't the last time and you won't now!", he hissed at his crying captive who shook his head. "You can't just take people's lives like this! It's sick!", Taehyung screamed back in response and Jungkook growled.

"It's not sick. It's survival of the fittest. Kill or get killed! I'm taking care of the both of us so fucking stay out of my way right now or face the consequences!", Jungkook warned the absolutely terrified boy in his arms, an angry snarl on his face that left Taehyung horrified.

"You're going back into your cave now Beautiful, so you won't ruin this for me. I know how you get. You get upset as soon as the killing starts", Jungkook said and exhaled to make himself more relaxed so he wasn't going to do anything he'd probably regret. Especially with the audience watching them and not with his beautiful Taehyung in his arms.

He knew that Taehyung wasn't used to this life, was still fighting and behaving like a human while Jungkook has already lost these types of characteristics in order to stay alive. Jungkook was already used to this killing. It was either them or him. If someone would take his place for the island, he was dead. So he provided the island with energy.

He didn't want to hurt Taehyung because he genuinely liked him. No one has ever defied him and a beauty like Taehyung doing it made him fall head over heels.

There was no one else for Jungkook.

So he had to work even harder so the island would accept Taehyung as the second inhabitant. Luckily for Jungkook, the dolphins loved Taehyung and the island loved the dolphins, creating a peaceful vibe for its victims to feel safe. To be lured right into their death, just like a venus fly trap.

"And when I know that you're upset, I'm upset too", Jungkook mumbled before lifting Taehyung up and easily carrying him back to the water. The raven was too surprised to react in time, screaming and yelling for Jungkook to let him go, hoping the group would hear him but not of them came to his rescue so he assumed he has lost another time.

It was frustrating how powerless he was compared to Jungkook.

The blonde carried Taehyung into the water, making sure his feet weren't leaving the sand so he wasn't going to transform into his true form and held Taehyung close to his chest, one hand pressed against the back of Taehyung's head, little sobs and whimpers now repeatedly leaving his mouth.

"P-please... this is so horrible, please Jungkook... please have a heart", the raven whispered, sobbing against Jungkook's chest who pressed a kiss to his salty wet locks. "You and I know that I can't. Don't fight me, my Beautiful", Jungkook mumbled, distracting Taehyung from the sharks coming closer.

"My heart has stopped beating long time ago but if I had one, it would only be beating for you. So don't get into my way, don't ruin my plans or I have to tie you up and leave you there as a punishment. You're fully on my mercy, Taehyungie so don't upset me like this ever again. Or face the consequences of your stupid actions. You cannot save everyone. You couldn't even save yourself."

With that, Taehyung was pushed back into the water and looked up to Jungkook absolutely horrified before sharks surrounded him and pushed him back into the depths of the water.
