As much as my body denied moving I couldn't just sit there like an idiot.
I scooted away from Azawia and rose to my feet. My body was shaking with adrenaline.
I peered at him through the darkness of my hood. The stood silently, not even facing me.
Quickly I darted in the opposite direction I was previously going. I turned down an alley and traveled behind the buildings.
I found a fire escape and climbed up the building. I hid in the shadows of the piles of rubble on top of the building and looked out onto the street.
The street was empty. Void of his presence. As expected for an underground hero to not linger.
Satisfied, I began my journey back to the old bar. I jumped across buildings silently and stealthily.
Eventually I dropped down, into the alley behind the bar. I opened the door to be greeted by no one.
Kurogiri was behind the counter. Tomura was sitting on a stool, sipping on god knows what.
"You left quite early this morning...good day at school?" Tomura teased.
I growled at him. My ears flattened on my head and my tail tucked and wrapped around my leg in embarrassment.
The bar sat in an awkward silence before Kurogiri spoke.
"How was it?"
My eyes widened at his question. Tomura began laughing uncontrollably. Kurogiri looked strictly at him before returning to me.
"How was you first day of hero school?" He asked.
"Just fine." I said plainly. My facial expression betraying my speech.
"Any information?"
I huffed and prepared to give a very long informational speech. I sat my bad in the stool beside me and sat in front of Kurogiri.
"The underground hero, EraserHead is my homeroom teacher. His real name is Shota Azawia. Several other pros are also teachers, including All Might. Today's event consisted of a quirk assessment test."

I spaced out for a short while before returning to Kurogiri.
"What were the highest ranking?"
"Momo Yaoyorozu. Shoto Todoroki, son of Pro hero Endeavor. Katsuki Bakugo. And then me."
"Why'd you try so hard on the test, to get forth?" Tomura mused.
A stupid expression on his face.
"Because if I didn't I would've gotten expelled." I hissed at him.
"So?"
I rolled my eyes at him. He knew why. All he was doing was trying to get on my nerves.
I remembered the secret meeting between Midoryia and All Might but I wasn't quiet sure of what it was so I didn't mention it.
I glanced back at Kurogiri as he cleaned glasses.
"Class 1-A students have a curfew and are to stay in dorms on campus. I was nearly caught by EraserHead while coming out here."
"He didn't follow you here did he?" Kurogiri asked quickly in a panic.
"No." I hissed, "I'm not stupid! I was just getting mugged on my way and he showed up. I don't think he even realized it was me."
"Good." He let out a sigh in relief.
"Wait." Tomura called our attention, "Your staying in a dorm?"
"Yea?" I said, questioningly.
His face held a expression of smugness. It instantly made me dread what would come from his mouth next.
"I guess I'll have to sleep by myself then." He said, pretending to hold a slightness of sorrow.
I looked toward the bar. My face turned red and my ears twitched. My tail swung furiously, lightly curling and uncurling.
I wanted to lunge at him. To punch him in the face just for being annoying.
"You could always go prostitute yourself. Then you won't have to always be lonely." I sneered.

He looked amused by my remark.
"Why would I when I got you for that?" He stated.
"Well your the one who wants to kill me after this little plan of yours goes miserably." I growled.
Insulting his stupid plan got him stirred up. He rose from his seat so quick that the stool hit the ground. He glared at me across the bar. He began slowly marching toward me.
I carefully got up from my seat and stepped toward the middle of the bar.
Once we got with in two feet of each other the jumped at me.
I ducked and rolled beneath him, knocking him off his feet. He slid on face into the wood. I jumped back to my feet. He was already back up and looking at me with a hateful glare.
He raced back toward me. His stance was much more firm than before.
Unsure of what to do, I leaped onto one of the round bar tables. In a cloud of mist I transformed.
I stood on the table, ready to pounce, growling at him as he turned around.
He rushed at me, attempting to wrap his arms around me.
I leaped off the table, hiding under it.
I tried to dart under the bar but I was yanked back by the neck.
He had managed to grab ahold of the god awful collar he forced upon me.
He attempted the yank me back by my neck but the collar broke in the middle.
His quirk was good for something.
He tumbled backwards and landed on the ground.
I took the opportunity and raced under the bar. My head collided with Kurogiri's legs.
He stumbled back into the cabinets, and I was dropped to the ground.
While on the ground, Tomura had recovered and was reaching out for me.
He wrapped his hand around my tail, using his quirk, I hissed out in pain. By instinct I craned my neck around to his arm. I stunk my teeth deep in his wrist.
He yelled out in pain and anger. I released my grip on his wrist and out of the other side of the bar.
He fumed in anger and sprinted toward me.
Having had enough, Kurogiri opened a warp that sent Tomura to his room.
Relieved, I let out a small pant.

The Book of Rune
If you like moderately well-researched semi-medieval military logistics with some fantasy twists, and also conspiracy, and exploration, and violence, and maybe a dash of road movie, hey, Ruen just might be your thing. Plot-wise, basically there's a guy who got fired by Death, a kid with pyrotechnic tendencies, and a slave general who wouldn't mind retiring but ended up on a mass suicide mission. If you were looking for a less TL;DR version, a guy who got fired by Death meets a kid with pyrotechnic tendencies, and they try to get the guy un-fired while also trying to come to terms with death together (ooohhhh, look, I'm deep). Meanwhile a slave general does something stupid and ends up being sent on a suicide mission, and he tries to wreak havoc and save lives at the same time. The threads come together, I swear. This is a rough draft of a fantasy semi-book that I've had in the back of my head for some time. I've written a variety of short stories set in the world over the past three years, and I finally kicked myself into writing the actual story. Very much a slow work in progress. Occasional violence (okay, well, maybe more than occasional), occasional foul language.
