Faith groaned as the sunlight hit her eyelids, waking her up. Her eyes fluttered as she observed the unfamiliar bedroom. She stretched her body before noticing she was naked under the bedsheets. Pulling the bedsheets around her body as she sat up on the bed. Looking beside her, she sighed at the sight of a sleeping Jeremy Gilbert who was probably also naked.
She slept with Jeremy Gilbert for the second time and she wasn't even that drunk or high.
She combed her hand through her frizzy and tangled black hair before deciding to go to the restroom. She found her bra and underwear, and slipped into one of Jeremy's shirts at the moment and headed to the bathroom. She had been in the Gilbert house before being 'friends' with Elena so she knew where everything was.
Faith stared at her reflection in the mirror. She definitely had bed/sex hair with a small hickey above her collarbone. She splashed water on her face as a way to wake her up. She was going to open the bathroom door but heard footsteps right outside. Panicked, her hand flew to her necklace and relief set in when she wrapped her hand around the teardrop ruby jewel. She used the magic in the gemstone to disappear from inside the bathroom just as the door opened.
She sighed as she appeared back inside Jeremy's room with her back against the door. She quickly began to look around the floor for the rest of her clothes. Once she gathered them on the bed, she slipped off Jeremy's shirt.
"Hey."
Faith jumped at the sudden voice of Jeremy as he woke up. "Holy shit, Jer. You scared the fucking crap out of me."
A small smirk appeared on his lips as Faith pulled her jeans up and placed her arm through her shirt. "I thought you already left."
"Yeah, well," Faith shrugged as she pulled her hair into a ponytail. "Now I am." Jeremy began to say something but Faith stopped him. "Don't worry. I won't tell Vicki if you don't tell her. I know you like her and everything."

And with that, Jeremy watched as Faith left his bedroom, silently and he didn't hear his sister or aunt saying about her meaning she managed to leave without a trace.

"Yes, Mrs. Lockwood, your son already came for the box," Faith replied with her phone between her ear and shoulder as she pulled out a mint colored floral dress for the Founder's party. "No, I'm not his date. No, no! I mean, there's no need for him to be my date, Mrs. Lockwood. I'll see you at the party."
Faith made sure to turn off her phone all the way so Mrs. Lockwood would stop calling her. For whatever reason, Carol Lockwood wanted Faith to marry her son and whatnot but the blue-eyed girl knew how much the older woman was a bitch. Both of Tyler's parents were major assholes.
In what little time Tyler and she dated, their parents wouldn't stop talking about how they couldn't wait until they grew up and could get married. They were the primary reason why they broke up. That and Tyler was an asshole especially after he found out Faith was being abused by her mother.
Faith made the effort to curl her hair properly instead of leaving it in its usual frizzy, curly mess. She made sure to put on minimum makeup on her face and to cover up any bruises on her body with a foundation where her skin was revealed with the dress. The floral mint-colored dress was off-shoulder revealing the ruby gemstone that hung from her necklace. The upper half of the dress hugged her body and flowed down below her waist as well as the back being a bit longer than the front.
Faith tied the strap of her cream-colored flats before making her way to the foyer. She wanted nothing more than to stay home but knew Circe would come back to Mystic Falls if she knew Faith didn't go to the Founder's party as a representative for the Everly family.

Champagne in hand, Faith walked up to Damon who was staring at Stefan and Elena in jealousy. "Careful if you concentrate hard enough you just might light them on fire," she smirked as she took a sip of champagne.

"And here I thought I killed you," Damon replied with a smirk.
"Almost did but sadly your brother wanted to play hero and took me to the hospital," Faith explained as she placed her empty glass on a waiter's tray. "And I was ready and everything."
His eyebrows furrowed. "That's weird. Usually, you witches don't want to die."
Faith smirked and shrugged. "There's always an exception."
Damon stared at the young witch in front of him. He observed how the girl would smile politely at the adults and how she rolled her eyes once they walked away from her. She would glance around before stealing a glass of champagne from the waiters and drinking it like it was nothing. She stood confidently even though she was alone without a date, yet her fingers fumbled with the ruby gemstone that hung from her gold necklace around her pale neck. The usual joy of life in teen girls wasn't in her crystal blue eyes, instead they were dull and emotionless like a doll.
Faith Everly reminded the vampire of a porcelain doll.
Her pale skin contrasted against her raven hair with her crystal blue eyes. They shined lifelessly yet they looked beautiful. Her usual frizzy yet curly hair was now smoothly curled without a hair out of place. The mint-colored floral dress was a drastic change of wardrobe being her usual high waisted jeans and long-sleeved shirts or crop tops. She never wore clothes that showed much of her skin, the crop tops being long enough to not reveal anything.
"How about we make a deal?" Damon smirked, taking a sip of champagne. "Hmm? How about it?"
Faith raised an eyebrow at the vampire, questioningly. "A deal? What kind? Is it me helping you take out Katherine Pierce from that tomb from 1864?"
Damon masked his surprise by keeping his smirk. "Well, don't you know everything?"
Faith smirked, noticing how stiff the vampire's body was. "The Bennet witches aren't the only witches that lived here, Damon. The Everly witches have lived here since the beginning as well as in Louisiana."
"So what do you say?" Damon inclined.
Faith thought it over. If she was able to get Katherine Pierce and maybe even Elena Gilbert, she might be able to get out of her mother's abusive clutches by offering the two doppelgängers to a certain family. She grinned and held out her hand. "Why not? But in one condition, Vicki Donovan and Jeremy Gilbert cannot be hurt, killed, or turned during the process."
"Deal," Damon and Faith's eyes met with both sets of blue eyes shining with sadistic amusement.
The rest of the party was uneventful other than watching Elena's and Stefan's relationship go downhill for the night. Faith had talked to many people talking about her mother and how much of a good daughter she was. She would much rather be thrown against a wall by Damon again than hear another person talk about how much of a great woman Circe Everly was.
Faith glanced around before chugging down two glasses of champagne. Abruptly, Damon who stood next to her was pushed into her making the third glass of champagne spill onto her dress.
"What the hell-" she turned to see Elena all up in Damon's face with an angered expression.
"There is something seriously wrong with you," she upbraided. "You stay away from Caroline or I'll report you to her mother, the Sheriff. You got it?"
"What's up with you, Elena?" Faith asked with a slur. Elena looked at the drunken siphoner with a frown.
"Do you know about Caroline?"
"What about her?"
Elena made a face and turned to Damon. "Stay away from her." And stalked past the siphoner and the vampire.
Damon frowned after Elena walked away. He grabbed Faith's wrist and pulled her away before she could drink another glass of alcohol. "I'm going to take you home, little witch. Then I'm going to go handle Caroline."
Faith didn't have much time or control to stop Damon when the vampire dragged her away from the party. She couldn't escape since he was a vampire and she couldn't concentrate on siphoning the magic out of him since she was drunk.

Cowboys and Wizards
Currently in queue: Episode 12 in progress. Set in the Aurora: Apocalypse universe.Updated every Wednesday. If it's not updating, I'm working on my other fictions. If nothing's updating, I ran out of whiskey. Be patient. Cowboys and Wizards is a hot mess of garbage that should not be taken seriously by anyone. It’s a vaguely-GameLit spoof of Isekai wa Smartphone to Tomoni (In Another World With My Smartphone) where the MC ends up in another world and fused with his crappy smartphone, mashed up with fantasy western elements. Dungeons & Dragons meets the Wild West in an alternate high-fantasy timeline. Guns & Goblins. Cowboys & Wizards. Locomotives & Dwarves. Don’t expect great writing, accurate numbers, or common sense. Hell, don’t expect anything — just relax and let it happen.
