I grabbed the soft blanket pulling it over his sleeping form. It was still nighttime and we still had a couple more hours on this train.
The room was warm but not too warm, just enough for my sweet heart to feel comfortable. He was snoring softly and thankfully was not humping me, at this point I wouldn't know if I could control my self. We still had our essence all over us but he just wanted me to hold him for now. I didn't mind either, but we would have to get cleaned up soon.
He molded perfectly into my side, clutching on to my shirt, his mouth open slightly. Those soft snores were so sweet and angelic. He was more than beautiful...he was extravagant even when he was sleeping. I just played with his hair hugging him close. The window seemed to fly by after every image of the woods, the moon illuminating the room with a soft light.
I waited a little while longer before getting up and getting cleaned off. Sketch laid peacefully in the bed, hugging a pillow close to his body. His lower section was covered up to his mid stomach. I dressed in some black sweatpants and a t-shirt, not dressing in anything too nice.
I walked back into the room, seeing my sweet little Sketch sitting up in bed. He was rubbing his eyes with his little fists, before looking up at me tiredly.
I walked over to him, watching as he raised his arms to be picked up. which I did gracefully. I took him into the bathroom setting him down on his feet. I started to fill the tub with warm water, grabbing soap to make it bubbly. Once it was filled, I picked him up and placed him in the tub. He didn't splash me or smile, he must really be tired.

I washed his hair first before washing his body. And once I was finished, I dried him off with a fluffy towel. I dressed him the same as me, in comfortable clothes that would be easy to sleep in.
But before I let him go back to bed, I changed the sheets and grabbed Mr. Bear. My little Sketch crawled into bed, reaching for his bear, before going back to sleep. I kissed his head, snuggling my baby close to me.
I closed my eyes thinking of the dome, but ended up falling asleep sooner than I expected.

A loud explosion woke me up from my sleep and Sketch also. I looked around but nothing seemed to be wrong. The train was still moving and at the same speed. I got up, ushering Sketch to grab my hand before going over to the door. This train is heavily protected and if someone tried to attack it, well let's just say it wouldn't end well.
Sketch grabbed on tight holding his bear in the other hand. We walked down the long hallway of the train as a potent smell hit my nose. It was farther down the train and the movement activity was high. I led the way down not hearing or seeing anything too suspicious. The smell of smoke was strong and the sound of a siren rung in my ears. Sketch huddled close, but he didn't seem sacred, maybe more on edge if anything.
A small figure appeared out of no where but I saw them flinging whoever it was to the other wall. Sketch jumped out from behind me, putting his arms up like he was about fight or something. I might of actually laughed or something but the person on the floor groaned, gaining my attention.
It was a girl, human, and definitely apart of the elites. My main question was how did they actually get on the damn train while it was moving so fast. But that wasn't something I should worry about if we were under attack.

I grabbed Sketch's hand again, before continuing down the train. What surprised me, was the bodies that lay on the ground but they weren't humans, they were guards. I kept on walking nearing the front of the train where Erin should be.
I kicked the door open, walking in and expecting to see Erin about to fight. But he was in the corner dressed in a night gown and cap, with a frightened expression. Did only one get on board or did I miss a few rooms? No, I would of smelled them...I would of known they were there.
Erin jumped up and ran over to us with a relieved but scared face. "That was scary...a lot of them came into my room but they didn't see me..." he whispered as if someone else could hear him.
"Were they the elites?" I asked.
"I guess so...but they looked different, maybe more sinister I don't know. I swear one of them looked at me and smiled." he whispered.
"I'm going to check the train for anyone else, I don't know where that explosion sound came from, but I need to find out." I said.
"Come on Erin, I'll protect you." Sketch said.
Erin just nodded too afraid to realize that Sketch couldn't protect a fly. But he did, however, follow us as we made an exit toward the back of the train. "Nice hat." Sketch said to Erin, smiling wide at him.
"It's a sleeping cap." he said matter of factly which made Sketch giggle.
There didn't seem to be anyone in sight which put me on edge.
We searched the whole train for a while but didn't see anyone, and the girl I knocked out earlier was still there. Was it just this one girl that knocked out the guards? Erin said there were others but where did they go? Would they come back for this one girl? It didn't matter, I gave some guards that were still conscious the responsibility of watching her.
Erin stayed in my room with much to Sketch's complaint about him being hurt I let him. He however slept on the sofa, while Sketch and I slept on the bed.
We would make a stop at a rest stop coming up, due to the attack that had just happened. Something didn't seem right with this. It definitely was messed up but I didn't know how. Sketch fell asleep easy though, maybe excited about seeing the dome later tomorrow, I was too.
I just wanted to show him the world, and I knew I would give him anything he ever wanted.
So for now we'll sleep, and take it easy. But I know something is not right, and tomorrow those 'elites' are not going to like an angry Ancient Vampire getting them back for what happened tonight.
Because no one messes with an old vampire, his baby, and the tutor.
