Anime: Idolish7
(Y/n)'s POV
It was the weekend. Exams were over and I could finally relax without having to worry about studying. Unfortunately, it was only going to get harder next year, my last year of high school.
As I was walking, I noticed Natsuka (made-up character) in a deserted alleyway. What the hell was she doing there? As far as I could tell, popular kids didn't go there alone.
"Please, go out with me!" she pleaded.
There was someone there with her. I headed closer, only to give away my location when I knocked an empty can over with my foot. The two looked at me with a confused look.
"Y-Yotsuba Tamaki..."
"Ne Tamaki, go out with me. Just ignore her."
I looked between the two as realisation soon dawned on me. Natsuka has had the biggest crush on him ever since Idolish7 debuted. It was a coincidence that she even managed to find him.
Wait, wasn't he supposed to be on a variety show right now? He was already fifteen minutes late! If Natsuka really did love him that much, she wouldn't have gotten in the way of his busy schedule!
"Hey Yotsuba-san, you have to go now! Don't listen to that useless girl's begging."
I grabbed his hand and dragged him away from the fuming girl. I began running, scared of the angry staff we would be facing if he was any later. Soon enough, he was the one dragging me along.
I struggled to keep up with him. Damn, he sure had a lot of stamina. I was already out of breath. He looked back and noticed how I found it hard to keep up before slowing down to match my pace but I simply shook my head and urged him to go on.
When we arrived, I pulled at his hand and bowed deeply before he could say anything. Everyone looked at us.

"I'm terribly sorry! Don't blame him, it was my fault. He stopped to help me with my work. I shouldn't have held him back, knowing that he had to go on a live show today."
"You! Do you have any idea how much trouble we had to go through with the higher ups?!" asked the producer.
"I-I'm sorry. I won't do this again."
"You better not! Okay everyone, let's start!"
I was soon escorted out of the studio quite roughly by one of the managing staff. I glared at him before shaking his hand off my arm.
~After they finish~
I had gone to a convenience store to get some snacks. I was hungry and I didn't even realise it before. *sigh* I guess I just had no time to think about my hunger.
I reached for my favourite pocky that rested on the top shelf. It was just beyond my reach, even though I had jumped. There was no one here I could ask so I had to do this myself.
I stood on my tippy toes and reached for the box again. Come on, just a little bit more... Suddenly, I felt someone lean against my back as they grabbed the box that I had tried to get for myself.
I turned around, only to come face to face with their chest. My cheeks flushed red as I cleared my throat to get their attention. He stood back and handed me the pocky.
"Yotsuba-san! Are you finished?"
"Yeah," he replied while eating his king pudding.
"Thanks for this."
I gestured towards the pocky. He just nodded before asking for my name.
"It's (L/n) (Y/n)."
"Hey (Y/n)-chan, I need to talk to you after," he exclaimed as I bought the pocky.
"(Y-(Y/n)-chan?..."
Now that I think about it, he did use informal speech with me the whole time. How did I notice just now? Well, I didn't exactly mind but it was a little unusual.

We headed to a bench outside and sat down. I slowly ate the pocky as he started to talk. I turned to look at him before blushing once I realised how close he was.
"Hey, sorry about before. I didn't mean for you to take the blame," he started.
"*smiles* Don't worry about it. Being an idol is a tough job after all."
"So-chan told me to do something for you after I explained the situation to them."
"Huh? You really don't have to."
"Wait here."
He stood up and left. I could only wait in silence as I was left alone to think about all the events that had occurred. I couldn't believe that Idolish7's Yotsuba Tamaki had talked to me of all people.
I got up and threw the box in the bin once I was finished with the pocky. Unexpectedly, I was pulled by my hair and slammed against the wall. Natsuka glared at me with vicious eyes.
"Why the hell did you have to interfere?! I wasn't doing anything to harm him! If everyone found out that he was dating a beautiful girl like me, then I'm sure his popularity will rise!" she yelled angrily.
"Tch, what a pathetic way of putting it. I was thinking about his career, you dumbass."
"If I tell my dad about this, you won't be able to stay at school."
"Oh? So you can't do anything without your parents?"
"Why you!"
I fought back the tears as she slapped me hard across the face. She seemed angered by the fact that I wasn't showing weakness and raised her hand again.
But before she got a chance to hit me, Yotsuba grabbed her arm and stood protectively in front of me. I was left in shock as he defended me from her venomous words.
"T-Tamaki, it hurts," she exclaimed as his grip tightened on her arm.
"Ne, why did you hurt (Y/n)?"
"I-I didn't-"
"I hate you."
She dropped to her knees as he dragged me away. Once we were far enough, I tugged at his hand, making him turn around.
"M-maybe we shouldn't have left her there..."
"Aren't you mad? Don't you hate her?" he asked.
"I am and I do but it's just that she loved you and it-"
"You don't have to worry about her. Worry only about yourself."
I looked at him but he simply grinned at me. I couldn't help but smile back as we started walking again although I had no idea where he was taking me.
"(Y/n)-chan, be my friend."
"Eh?"
"I want you to meet the rest of Idolish7. I want to become your friend."
"*smiles* Sure, I'd love that."
"Then let's go."
I stumbled slightly as he pulled me forward. Now, I was chasing after him. He laughed at my hopeless attempts at catching up, which just made me try harder.
I ran after him but accidentally tripped over a tree branch. Within seconds, he had his strong arms around my waist as he steadied me. *blush*
"You're so clumsy," he commented.
"W-whatever."
"Come on, we're almost there."
Instead of letting me go like I had expected him to, he grabbed my hand and intertwined his fingers with mine. I smiled to myself as he walked ahead without a care in the world.
He may not have thought much about it, but I was still blushing from how much we seemed like a couple. Damn it, I had to get myself together.
"They're here!"

THIRTEEN (Evie's Perspective)
This is the 2003 movie, Thirteen, told from the perspective of Evie Zamora. We got Tracy's point of view, but what about Evie? Why did she do the things she did?I've seen a few different interpretations of Evie's perspective and I decided to give it a go. This is how I think Evie thought and the reasons behind why she did the things she did. This is NOT canon, just a fanfiction, and I am not affiliated with Thirteen or Catherine Hardwick in any way.
