Lisa's POV:

I could not believe that the twins were turning one tomorrow. It has been a long, hard and fantastic year. The twins have started walking. They have said their first word. Lorelai's first word was Daddy, and Liam's was Mommy. Carlisle and I have decided that we were going to have a small party for them. His parents, my parents, Camile and Jake, are going to be there. Also, the twins have made some friends in the daycare that we invited to the party. It was going to be the max of 20 people. I was working on making the cake. I loved to bake, so I was spending the day working on the cake and the other bake treats for the party. I ended up running out of a few ingredients, so I ran out to the store. The twins and Carlisle were playing in the living room. Carlisle told me to call him when I get home because he had a surprise for me. I told him, okay, and I went to the store.

 While at the store I got a text saying that I need to pick up diapers and milk. I messaged Carlisle okay. I was rounding the corner when I ran straight into someone. I was knocked to the ground.

 "Shoot I am so sorry." The familiar voice said. "We always have tended to run into each other. "

 I look up to see Matt. "We do," I said getting up off the floor. "How are you?" I asked looking at his cart. There was his daughter. She was about six months old.

 "I am good. I am just grocery shopping." He said.

 "Me too. It is Liam and Lorelai's first birthday tomorrow. I ran out of ingredients for all the sweets I am making. Also, you know diapers and milk." I said looking down at his cart.

 "Oh, I know. Always running out of those. I can't believe the twins are one." He said shaking his head.

"You're telling me," I said smiling. I grabbed my phone and showed him a picture of them. The picture was Carlisle and me holding them on the couch. It was Christmas. We were at my parent's house, and my mother took the picture.

"They are adorable." He said smiling. "Well, I will let you get back to shopping. Jamie is waiting for me to get home."

"By Matt. It was nice to run into you." I said walking away from him.

 I grabbed everything that I needed, but then I remembered that I had to pick up some toothpaste and Advil. I walked over to the place where the Advil was when I turned around, and there were the tampons and pads. Then I realized that I was late. I have not been late since I found out that I was pregnant with the twins. I walk over to the pregnancy test and pick up two of them. I check out and put everything in the car. I stick the pregnancy test in my purse. On the way home I noticed that I was low on gas. So I stopped at the gas station to get gas. When I go in to pay for my gas, I have to use the bathroom. So I use the bathroom. While I am in there, I used the two test. I put it back in the wrapper after I was done and I was my hands. While I am in there, I see Big Brother and Big sister T-shirts. I pick them up just in case I am pregnant.

 Before I leave the gas station, I look at the two tests that I took and saw that they were both positive. They both said about 3 to 6 weeks. I smiled and called my doctor to set up an appointment. I was lucky that there was a cancellation for later this evening. It was at 5. It was only three, so I told her that would work out good. I messaged Carlisle told him that I was going to be home in five. He messaged me, okay, and I finished driving home. When I got back, I was going to take out the groceries, but Carlisle told me not to. I said okay, and he put his hands over my eyes. He walks me into the house.

"Okay, You can open your eyes now." He said taking his hands away from my face.

 I open my eyes to see the twins in shirts that say Mommy will you marry our daddy? I turn around to see Carlisle with a beautiful ring.

 "Yes, I will marry you," I said to him.

 He smiles at me and puts the ring on my finger. He brings me into a hug and kisses me. "I love you." He said.

 "I love you too," I said smiling. "Hey, I have a doctors appointment at 5. I forgot about it until they called me." I told a white lie.

 "Okay. Will you take the twins with you? I have to go grab the chairs and tables and take them over to your parents." He asked.

 "Sure," I said.

Carlisle helped me with the treats after we put the twins down for a nap. Once the treats where done it was four o clock. I got the twins ready for going to the doctor with me. I kept the bag that had the t-shirts in them in the car. So if I am, I can put them on them before I go home. He surprised me about asking me to marry him. I am going to surprise him about him being a father again.

When we get into the doctor office, I get the twins out and put them in there stroller. I sign in and wait for my name to be called. When the doctors get into my room, I tell her that I think I am pregnant. She tells me to go pee in a cup which I do. I wait another 10 minutes before she comes in and tells me that I am. She tells me that I am about 6 and a half weeks along. She says to me that we can do a quick ultrasound. She does one.

"Okay here is baby A. Looking very healthy. Then there is baby B., And there is baby C. It looks like you are having triplets. I will get you your pictures."

I almost fainted right then and there. In 8 months we were going to a family of 4 to a family of 7. I thanked her and went out to the car. I got the twins in there new shirts. We had taken them out of there shirts that Carlisle had put them in and into something else before we went to the doctor. When I got home, Carlisle was not there yet. I put the twins in the playroom and went into the kitchen. I called the local pizza place. I ordered a pizza and then went to our bedroom to change into something comfy. When I was in the middle of changing my shirt, I looked down at my stomach. You could already see a tiny bump. I smiled. Sure being a mother of 5 at 19 was going to be rough but I was excited. It was 10 minutes later when I heard Carlisle come in the door.

"Hey, you should look at the twins new shirts," I told him following him into the playroom.

 He picked up Liam. He turned around with the biggest grin on his face. "Are you sure? I know we have talked about waiting until you are out of school before having more kids?"

 "I am sure. I am changing my major to being an Ultrasound tech, and maybe you should see the ultrasound." I said to him handing him the picture.

 He looked at it. "Wait... three more babies?"

I nodded my head. "We are going to need a bigger house."

 "We are." He set Liam down and hugged me. "I am so excited."

 "Me too," I said smiling. Our little family was not going to be so little anymore. "I have always wanted to have a big family."

"I have also wanted to have a big family," Carlisle said.

The next day: 

The following day we woke up early to start the twins party. Everyone was going to be here at noon for the party. I did not feel the greatest. I had some light nausea. It was nowhere near as bad as it was with the twins. With the twins, I spent my whole first trimester glued to the toilet. After a few moments, it was gone. I finished getting dressed. We get the twins dressed and feed them the breakfast. After we all ate, we gathered everything for there party. Carlisle put the presents in the car, and I put all the food. The twins we running around the house playing. There have started to talk a little more the normal. Their favorite words are mommy, daddy, no, food, milk, up, down and tired. We caught the twins and put them in the car. We gave them there sippy cups and went off to my parents. When we got to my parents Carlisle's parents were already there helping set up.

After everything was set up everything, we waited for everyone to arrive. Camille and Jake were the first ones to arrive. After the arrived, everyone else arrived. My mom was the first one to realize that we got engaged. Everyone congratulated us. We also told them that I was pregnant again but this time with triplets. Everyone was so happy. We spent the rest of the day praising my beautiful babies. They opened presents, ate cake and played with the daycare friends. After the party, we went home and went to bed. It was great to see everyone happy. I am so happy with how my life turned out. If you would have told me that my life would be the way it is I would laugh but I am so happy that it did. I got Carlisle and the twins and three more babies on the way into our family.
