After, a few titan killing on the way, I rest myself on a random roof as the blood from titans evaporate from my uniform.
'I never knew real life titans can be more difficult to kill than fake ones. They should do a one time training on the training regiment on killing real life titans'
My thoughts were interrupted by a loud stomping.
'An abnormal?'
I began to fly away using my odm to the sound.
Some elite squads were far infront of me as they couldn't reach the abnormal titan.
'Hmmm. I should use a little boost of gas then hook myself on the titan.'
Mikasa them reappeared as she overtook the titan as it fell down infront of the evacuating citizens.
I landed on the dead titan's head next to Mikasa.
"Good job Mikasa" I congratulated her as I glanced to the entrance that was blocked by a big wagon and furrowed my eyebrows. "What the heck is happening right now?"
"Oh perfect timing" a man in a brown suit said "Hey you make these people help me out! I'll reward you handsomely!"
'This son of a- '
"My comrades are dying right now " Mikasa spoke "because the evacuation is lagging, they're fighting the titans and dying."
"Course they are. It's your duty to offer your lives to protect citizens and their property. Isn't it?! Don't get full of yourselves just because you freeloaders are finally doing your job after a hundred years!" The man exclaimed.
I came down from the titan head and walked to the man as the crowed made me way for myself as I gave a smile whilst I was walking.
Two people were trying to stop me but failed as I kicked their shins.
"So old man." I spoke as I gripped his collar with my left hand, raising him up in the air as my right hand held my blade just infront of his neck "Let's play a game? How about you'll die and let your precious belongings out of the wall or... You'll live and let the citizens go out before your precious belongings..."
"P-president" one of the old man's men said.
"Move the wagon" the old man said as I let the man go and the wagon was moved making the other citizens escape.

"Reminding you again on Good job on killing the abnormal" I spoke to Mikasa.
"Thank you big sis" A small voice spoke that belong to a young girl with her mother.
"We're saved thanks to you two" the mother then spoke "thank you so much"
Mikasa put her blades back then did the salute as I followed her.
"Its time for us to do some more work. Take care" I waved them goodbye as me and Mikasa went away.
It began raining as we met up with the same Garrison a while ago on the roof.
"Good work taking it down Ackerman" the Garrison said.
"Thank you very much. However... I dulled my blades with a single blow with impatience. I'll be more mindful next time." Mikasa spoke as she unhook her blades of her handle and replaced it with new ones.
"Oh by the way, Yeager. You did a good job on killing most of the titans in the area" the Garrison said as I thanked him for the compliment.
"Just what kind of life have you two been living until now.. Nevermind it's nothing" The Garrison spoke.
'Hardwork. I guess?' I answered in my head.
I look over the direction of more titans in the farther part of the area.
'Titans... Oh titans. Where do you all come from?..'
I sliced the last titan that I have seen moments ago as the big bell rang.
"We're withdrawing, Ackerman, Yeager" the Garrison spoke "Climb up the wall"
"I'll support the vanguard's withdrawal" Mikasa spoke as she went away.
"Ackerman!"
"So do I" I said as I covered my head with the hood of my cloak and left, following Mikasa from behind.

Me and Mikasa landed on a small tower in the vanguard section.
There were 3 people in a roof as I saw HQ being surrounded by titans.
"Mikasa, let's go find Armin" I spoke as the two of us flew with our ODM.
______________________
Once we spotted the rest of the 104th trainee, we began to land on the roof and ran to them.
"Mikasa, Y/N?. Weren't you two supposed to be in the rear guard?" Connie asked as we went up to Annie.
"Annie! We have the gist of the situation and I apologize for sounding selfish but have you seen Eren's squad?" Mikasa asked.
"I haven't seen them. Nobody climbed the wall either." Annie replied.
"Oh yeah, Armin's over there" Reiner pointed to Armin sitting on the roof who looked glum.
"Armin!" Me and Mikasa chanted together as he startled up and we went up to him.
'Why do I have a bad feeling for this?'
"Armin, are you okay? Are you hurt? And where's Eren?" I asked him as I touched his shoulder. "And why are you slimy?"
Admin began to cry as he looked up to Mikasa who stood up.
The look in his eyes already gave it's answer as I felt a pang of sadness inside of me.
"Those.. of the 34th training squad.. Thomas Wagner, Nac Tias, Mylius Zerasmuski, Mina Carolina and Eren Yeager"
'I know what he's going to say next and I don't want to hear it'
"Have fufilled their duties and was heroically killed in action" Even though I covered my ears, I still heared what he said as I tried battling the tears from flowing.
'Eren, my dear brother. The one that I was supposed to protect until the titans go away died. I promised to protect you when you were a baby. I saw you so little and fragile that I promised to protect you.'
"I'm sorry Y/N, Mikasa. Eren died in my stead... I... couldn't do anything..." Armin sobbed "I'm sorry"
"Armin, calm down" all I could see in Mikasa's eyes were blank. "This isn't the time to be getting sentimental"
"Stand up" Mikasa helped Armin stand up as Mikasa began to talk to Marco about destroying more titans.
As for me, I was still sitting on the roof as I tried to battle the tears as I was trembling a little.
'Mikasa is right. This isnt the time to get sentimental Y/N. But.... Eren... he-'
"Y/N?" Armin asked worryingly. I stood up and breathe in loudly as I patted Armin's shoulder.
"Don't worry Armin" I tried giving a smile but ended up giving a weird one.
'Eren. I promise to visit the sea for you.'
"Y/N!" Admin shouted as I went away following Mikasa to HQ.
Mikasa was going fast. Too fast for ODM gear.
'She's using so much of her gas'
I looked behind me and saw the others following up.
It's hard following up to her as she uses so much gas.
Mikasa had no more gas as she began to fall on the roof
"Mikasa!" Armin shouted as he went to Mikasa.
"Y/N! You're in charge. I'll stick with Armin" Connie spoke.
"No me too!" Jean said.
"There's still more titans Trost boy!" I spoke "We need more skilled people"
And with that Connie left to go with Armin as Jean was with me.
"Its no good. We can't go close to HQ" Jean spoke as we stood up a tower.
Suddenly a guy was out of gas and was surrounded with two titans
Another trainee tried to save him but got captured by the titan.
'A chance to save the guy who had no gas'
I jumped down the tower and sliced the two titans' nape as I took the guy's arm and safely brought him up the tower.
"That... was fast" Jean said as he looked down at my sprained ankle. "You're injured"
"I'm fine. When I fell down the tower, I accidentally sprained it but I can still run"
"Thank you so much for saving me. I owe you my life" The guy who's name was Tom sobbed greatfully.
"No problem. Our issue is to head to HQ without anymore sacrifices. Now that I have a sprained ankle, its hard to fight the titans by myself. " I blandly said.
'Why couldn't I save the other trainee? Maybe I was stressed out'
The titans were distracted by their meal as I nodded Jean who knew what I was thinking.
"Now! Rush over to HQ now!" Jean began to run as me, Sasha, Marco and the others ran with him to HQ.
'Seeing a titan eating it in close feels q bit of deja vu'
______________________
We began to zip to HQ as I killed the titans on the way despite of the pain of my twisted ankle.
"Jean, Y/N! Thanks to you two. We got away" Marco spoke as I ran a bit faster to avoid getting a bit of sentimental to compliments.
'I hope your ok in the afterlife Eren'
Ereh.
I'm supposed to think of a hypothesis right now but.... yeh sorry :)))))))

Dream Dungeon
Welcome to the dream dungeon. Ely suddenly finds himself in a mysterious dungeon accessed only through sleeping. Many people are drawn into this dream world, confused and mystified. Those in this dungeon must kill monsters to survive; maybe even each other. Join Ely as he struggles to survive a ruthless environment. What replaces his rest is untold trauma. What seems like an innocent game trope turns into a nightmare. This is a story of tragedy and the path to ultimate power. All in the hopes of an uncertain survival. _________ This fiction has NOT been abandoned. I made a haughty promise earlier to not worry because I'll continue this series, and with things lately, I've only proved myself a liar. Further promises dwindled, and I've lost trust. So many things have been going on recently that I've been booked. I will refrain from making any future guarantees or promises as my busy schedule will stay with me for a long long while. Time for me to actually spend on writing and revising won't appear until at the least November 19. I won't say expect that's when I'll restart, but you can expect expecting it to maybe happen. That's really shallow. But with everything going on, I've let my small reading base down. I apologize. I still stick by my statement though that I won't abandon this project. I plan to stick it to the end, no matter the delay. Most importantly, thank you everyone; readers who both like and dislike my work. I appreciate your time spent on my dumb imagination. Stay toasty my readers in this winter season. Cheers. UPDATE: We're back on track. Thank you for your patience. Any future readers, heyo! Glad you're here. UPDATE 2: So far it's been 21 days since I last uploaded a chapter. The best thing done for any fiction, no matter how good it is, is that it continues, and I have a bad history with that. 1 fiction on hiatus and already more delays with less than 20 chapters in this fiction. I've been very preoccupied with adding more things to do in my life rather than actually committing to any particular thing. That applies primarily to this. I cannot abandon this, as busy as my future looks and will look as I get busier and busier. Someday, I hope, I will be able to sit down and just write. just. write. But for now, I ask for patience. I suppose I'm glad this fiction hasn't picked up so that I don't disappoint too many people if any really. But I need to commit and it's going to happen sometime and sometime soon. No more flowery words. I'll see you later. UPDATE 3: It's very evident I won't be able to pick up this story for a while. With AP Testing, competitions, and other things I am busier than ever. But I must complete this fiction. I have too. Until next time. UPDATE 4: It is now the summer. I owe everyone an apology. Chances are, nobody's around to see this, and that is okay. I only blame myself for this sort of brokenness of a fiction, not that it is actually that bad but I am just exaggerating it for dramatic effect. But what's not exaggerated is the severity of my broken promise. I apologize for my naive claims about finishing a novel that I couldn't finish and that I didn't have the discipline to finish. Nor the skills, really, I was and am still an immature writer. What is to place now? I want to make it clear I understand this is my fault. I will man up to this. And I will accept any criticism. I understand I messed up. Reading Stephen King's On Writing made it clear to me that I need to do two things:Read lots. And write lots.I have done neither. If I don't have the time to read often, how do I expect to write? I need to become more experienced. I need to become a serious writer. So if I want to dream of continuing, I need to at least fulfill both requirements. I enjoy writing. I haven't written seriously outside of school in a while. I planned to write this summer and finish this. I made a lot of promises that I didn't keep.So there's that. I won't enact any self-pity, or be foolishly obsessed. What I did was wrong, and I must deal with it. I let down readers. And I apologize.I hope I can find forgiveness. This is a writer's sin.I won't promise I'll finish this. I intend to finish this, at some point, because writing is fun and I want to write. But how things are don't reflect that. Maybe I'll finish this at some point. Maybe I won't. I won't be naive to make that promise.I thank everyone who has read this if this is the end. If not, and hopefully not, I thank everyone who is to read future chapters. I thank everyone who allowed me to live in the miniscule little dream of mine as I passed my days. I thank everyone who cares enough to read this. Until next time, peace everyone. Thank you. You are all great readers and great people. I wish everyone the best in whatever reading/writing endeavors follow you henceforth.
