He handed the flower to Sonia and turned to Gundham with a smile, "hey Gundham, got any secrets you wanna tell us? I promise I'll keep it safe and sound..."
"..."
Tanaka just stared at him and crossed his arms, "no, I do not plan on sharing my personal life–information with you, for that is one reason why I keep it hidden underneath my wings"
Kazuichi just nodded his head, "... I guess... B-But do you maybe wanna tell me? I promise! You can trust me!" Kazuichi smiled again.
".. No is no" Tanaka glared,
"Oh..." Souda sighed, "I just thought that maybe I'll get to know you better... Even though I already know..." He whispered the last part.
"Hm? What was that?"
"Oh, nothing!" Kazuichi chuckled
Tanaka just shrugged his shoulders and turned towards the princess, "I assume you heard?"
"Nope!" She smiled, continuing to eat her food.
"Hey Gundham, uhm... Uh...c-can I maybe go over to your house today?" Souda murmured, blush appearing on his face, "if not, that's fine!"
".. What's with the sudden attachment?"
"Huh?"
Kazuichi turned to him and realised, "wha- no! It's not like that or anything! It's just you're my friend and I-" "It's fine, I was simply teasing"
"Huh..." Kazuichi stared at him and blushed even more, "that wasn't funny..."
The princess looked at them two and started laughing, "you two are so funny!" She bit her muffin and placed it down, "Peko and Chiaki are calling me, see you two in class" She smiled, picking up her bento and leaving the table, leaving the two by themselves.
"... So, whatcha think?" He smiled, placing his hand on the others thigh, "think I could come over?"

"...get your filthy hands off" He murmured, grabbing his hand and placing it on the table, "do not touch me at all, for your skin may incenerate"
"B-But you just touched m-"
"That doesn't count"
Kazuichi just nodded his head, "so... Can we maybe?"
"No, absolutely not" Gundham huffed, crossing his arms, "I will not let you, not for a single second"
"... Wow...." Souda sighed, "well...now that Miss Sonias gone, what's your secret? Everyone has one, so what's yours?"
"No, Kazuichi, no is no, I will decline this and not respond to it, for you could possibly have a plan up your sleeve"
Kazuichi just groaned and smiled softly, resting his head on the table, "your hair looks nice down, you know?" Sure he just said that randomly, but it just popped into his head, so of course he had to mention it.
"Hm, what's this...? Why are you suddenly complimenting my appearance" Tanaka blushed, looking the other way, hiding his face.
"Cmon, I've never seen you like this, it suits you" Souda teased, poking his cheek, "woops! Hand slipped, I forgot your poisonous"
"Mhm..." Gundham chuckled, "though, do remember, if you touch my skin once more, you WILL incenerate, your skin burning as the hells fire flames along you"
"Huh-" Kazuichi just rolled his eyes and punched his shoulder playfully, "okay you dork! Let's just hurry up and eat"
-after lunch-
Kazuichi quickly made his way behind Gundham and wrapped his arm around his shoulder, "so dude, can I come ov-"
"I have already declined"
"..." Souda groaned and let go of him, "you ass! I just wanted to hang out, but okay!" He glared at Gundham and turned back around, running towards the classroom,
"I could never stay mad at him... He's so...-"
"Amazing..."
Once Kazuichi made it to class, he sat down on his chair, glancing at Gundham every now and then, "hey! Miss Yukizome, can I maybe... Go to the restroom?"
"Of course Souda, here, a pass" She dug through her desk and handed Kazuichi a restroom pass.
"Thanks"
Kazuichi ran towards the restroom and immediately ran into a stall, "... The hell?!" He screached, "I can't stop thinking about the secret! Why the hell did I have to turn into a fucking dog! Shit! I could maybe... Tell just one person... Right?"
"I don't think he'll mind..."

Lone: The Wanderer [Rewrite]
Nine-to-five. The daily grind. Life. Painful years of school. Working as a slave for some undeserving corporate big-wig. The monotonous life of unemployment. We all experience this in one way or another, and we can all conclude one thing: it's dull. Such a fact rings true even for the fabled Lone Immortus, a powerful nine-tailed Golden Foxkin. However, what would you do if your monotony was suddenly ground to a halt and you were thrown out of your comfort zone along with a young girl forgotten by time? Perhaps you might have done things differently, been more organised, immediately died, gained control of the world in a matter of days, but this is Lone's tale, not yours. Watching two insecure people struggle to survive and find their place in an unfamiliar land just might be enjoyable to witness. Who knows? One thing's for certain: it won't be an easy path for them to tread, and what could possibly be more entertaining than watching people endure hardships and grow? I know of at least eight gods that would answer with, 'Absolutely nothing.' I wonder, after seeing this journey from start to finish, how would you answer? Elder Cultivator
Anton is a great-grandfather. He is living quite a happy life, despite his advanced age and declining health… until a group of cultivator bandits moves into the area. The nearby guardians of the area, the Order of Ninety-Nine Stars, are unable to track them down as they continue to ravage nearby towns. During one desperate winter Anton is out on a hunt when his family- his entire village- is killed or taken as slaves by the bandits. He lacks the strength to fight them, and he wasn’t even present for their arrival to die with his loved ones. At the pit of his despair, he wonders if he ever had any chance to change things. What could he even do? He cannot even pull his best bow, and his eyesight is failing. If he had been a cultivator… perhaps there might have been a chance, but he was decades- perhaps even most of his life- too late. Notes on cultivation levels: There are five general stages of cultivation, though the fifth is extremely rare. Each cultivation style might have their own name for the stages. 1. Body Tempering 2. Spirit Building/ occasionally System Creation (Ninety-Nine Stars) 3. Constellation Formation (Ninety-Nine Stars) 4. Life Transformation/Galaxy Construction (Ninety-Nine Stars) 5. The Invisible String
(On Hiatus While I Practice Writing With A New Story) This is a story of connections. A story of a Writer and his pen and paper. Follow the writer as he creates Syndesi, the personification of The Invisible String. See how they change the world around them through the relationships they make. And in doing so, change themselves. PS. it's fantasy but there are no elves, no magic, no superpower. just realistic people living their normal lives, facing struggles like every human being but that alone doesn't sound interesting, does it? How about a special dimension that connects the lead characters? (check out Chapter 2 - The White Horizon) Art Cover Credit: Asviloka Post Timings: (unsure for now as I am rewriting the chapters to make it polished. Hopefully once per week on Fridays) This would allow me to post something you can read every week without abandoning the story. It's a journey, I know. But I'm ready to continue without stopping. Are you ready? If you are, then let's start reading!

Curiosity Killed The Imp
A/N: On hiatus (higher priority). The story is planned out but I need to do some rewriting for clarity and cohesiviness. Still very interested in the story though. Aeris is a place of endless conflict. Bloody evolution is the way forward, and the closed fist is the path given. Life is a luxury granted only to the strong. In a tiny corner, at the edge of a volcanic land, is born an imp. An imp no different from any other save one thing. An anomaly in its code. A blip in its creation. For unlike other imps, this one was born…curious. Book Cover by Betty Elgyn: https://www.deviantart.com/bettyelgyn
