HOGWARTS - SLYTHERIN COMMON ROOM
The woman ran in the deserted streets of London, stealing glances behind her she noticed that it was getting closer.
She kept running hugging the blue bundle close to her, she was so close.
She heard a growl behind her and without pausing pulled out her long wand from the holster in her leg, she threw curses after curses hopping that it will slow them down. It didn't.
She slowed down in front of an orphanage, wools orphanage. She looked at the face of the quite sea green eyed boy staring at her "Percy i want you to know that i love you and that you will always be protected" the woman hurriedly said tears streaming down her face. She left one more thing, a chain locket and placed it gingerly beside the now crying boy "shh shh" the woman whispered her expression sad and eyes filled with remorse.
she looked at the boy one last time before she ran into the night the roars of a great beast following her.
Percy was left gasping for breath before he quieted down realizing he might wake the others. The woman, she looked familiar. The way he looked at him, her eyes filled with undivided love. That must be his mother he thought shockingly. He could never remember that night no matter how hard he tried. He wondered what happened to her, something was chasing her that night.
The dreams were getting more vivid for him, no matter how good his occlumency skills are they would never go away. Percy grabbed his wand from under his pillow (better be safe then sorry) and conjured up the time, 6.30 it reads.
Percy quitely took his bath equipment and took a quick shower which did nothing to soothe the migraine in his head, changing into a clean pair of pants and shirt he went over to Phobos's small little aquarium -whatsss the matter masster?- the snake hissed -i had a nightmare- Percy hissed back.
They talked for a while before Phobos slithered back to sleep, at around 7 o'clock he woke up his friends "I'll be waiting in the common room" He said after he put on his robes and tie.

Percy sat tiredly down at the couch, the common room was filled with only a couple of early goers. Percy saw Daphne walked down "honestly Percy i cant see how you manage to wake up this early" Daphne said sitting down next to him "one of my many skill set i suppose" Percy was exhausted, he couldn't stop thinking about the dream he had.
About a minute later Draco came down "Theo is still getting ready and Blaize is insisting he gets another 10 minutes of sleep" Draco said rolling his eyes "well Draco shall we go to the great hall?" Percy said standing up remembering the supposed duel "and so we shall" Draco answered with a knowing smirk in his face "I'm not even gonna ask" Daphne said noticing their exhanche.
The three walked to the great hall and both Percy's and Draco's eyes turned to the Gryffindor hourglass which looked the same as the day before. "Either they weren't caught or they didn't came" Draco grumbled angrily stalking of to the Slytherin table "what's that about?" Daphne asked confused "don't even ask" Percy sigh dejectedly followed his friend.
Percy pilled his plate with waffles and bacon while the others chattered among themselves, He couldn't stop thinking about the way she -the woman in his dreams- hold him before she was killed by a beast he have no knowledge about. He stabbed at his waffles loosing his appetite "Are you feeling well Percy?" surprisingly it was Theo who was sitting quietly to his right reading a book, Percy tried for a reassuring smile which made Theo more concerned "I'm fine just hadn't had much sleep is all" Percy said softly. Theo nodded still concerned but did not pushed which Percy was internally grateful for.
By lunch Percy was in a much better mood, he happily chatted with Daphne about making plans over the upcoming winter break to go horseback riding in the Riddle estate. Draco looked over to him "you better eat some more Perce we got Quiditch practice later on" Percy forgot everything about the evening practice, typical of him really. He served himself a serving of mash potatoes and before he could do anything Daphne placed a modest amount of vegetables in his plate "you got to eat up Percy you didn't had much of a breakfast this morning" she scolded him, Percy smiled to himself Daphne was like the mother of the group always taking care of them when needed.

The last class of the day had just ended and Percy and Draco was getting ready for their first Quiditch practice. Percy pulled on the quiditch uniform they were given (black and silver obviously) and tied the laces of his dragon hide boots. He also put on the worn leather gloves he was given for his 10th birthday which was charmed to always fit him. Draco was also getting ready in a similar way, he was polishing his broom, a nimbus 200. Percy took out his already polished broom from his trunk, he ran his thumb over the elaborate cursive writing of the handle of the newest nimbus. "are you ready Draco?" He asked his friend slinging the broom over his shoulder, Draco quickly put back his polishing equipment back to his desk and followed Percy out the door.
The whole team was already waiting in the common room, ones Percy and Draco came in there was an outrage "their just first years!" "are you crazy!?" "we cant let them play!" Percy and Draco stood beside Flint as he calmly regained control of the situation "SHUT UP YOU PATHETIC IMBECILES!" Flint shouted angrily "they got in the team because they are better then most of you lot now get moving we can't be late" see? what did i tell you, his diplomacy skills are flawless.
They trudge down to the field (well in Draco's case strut down the field) where a few people have gathered to watch the practice.
The practice was grueling, they practiced formation, their speed, strength and agility. Flint released the snitch over and over again urging ("COME ON CATCH IT OR YOUR OUT OF THE TEAM!") Percy to catch it in shorter amount of times. They played stimulation games and kept going at it for the next three hours.
By the times they were done Both Percy and Draco was exhausted and sweating buckets. They tiredly went back to their dorm and showered long and refreshing showers. After they had finished they opted to stay in their rooms calling an elf to get them some snacks and drinks.
They boys ended up playing a game of chess which Draco was obviously winning, Percy was great at many things but chess was obviously not one of them.
"so Draco do you have any plans for the winter?" He asked cringing as yet another of his knights were devoured by Draco's queen "nothing much mother and father are hosting the annual Malfoy Christmas ball are you coming this year?" Draco answered, the Malfoy Christmas balls were extravagant and one of the most hardest party's you can get into at the wizarding world. "I suppose so I better ask Father first" Percy said back sighing as his king was destroyed by Draco's already advancing queen.
Percy then retreated to his desk where he took out a quill and piece of parchment
dear father,
Everything's been quite here, nothing from Potter or Dumbledore.
I'll keep the lookout, I sense that the newly proclaimed "golden trio" is up to something.
In other matters, are we going to the Malfoy annual ball this year? I have already missed last year's I do not want to miss this year's.
Percy Achilles Riddle, son and heir of the house of Riddle.
Percy put away his writing equipment before he turned of his bedside lamp, beside him he can hear Draco doing the same. Both boys quickly fell asleep moments later, unknown to them a cloaked figure was watching them from afar through a white mist.

Distant Leaps to Circinus
A dark fantasy story that takes place on a reborn Earth. "With all the planets in the universe, it just had to be this one." Not many thoughts came to mind when scientists said they could provide the Earth with nearly infinite power. Humans could only think about the future, after all: they could travel to the farthest reaches of space, never worry about their electric bills again, and give rise to new and innovative technologies. With such good outcomes on the horizon, there was no way humanity would sit idle; instead, they studied perhaps the most powerful entity in the entire Milky Way. It seemed that, after its appearance decades ago, the strange and unmoving black sphere was something of a godsend. There will always be a reason for these things. With one touch, our very reality was but a grain of sand in an hourglass. In an instant, the Earth was gone - replaced by something… different. More than a century later, Earth’s remains have reformed into a completely different beast - a planet both alive and dead at the same time. Physics that were once understood no longer made sense, giant land masses floated in the sky, and billions of people fought for their very survival. Work, sleep, and play were no more; it was time for the world, Circinus, to reign. The birth of Circinus could only be the beginning. The powerful yet ever-elusive black sphere seemed to watch the world from afar - casting light for those below, but never truly emitting light from itself. What does it all mean for the children of Circinus - children born with eyes that seemed to stare into God’s heart?
