He stopped before he could finish. The damage had already been done. I got up from the table and walked out of the Cafeteria. There was no stopping me.

I turned the corner to the stairs before I could hear him finish what he was saying. I lifelessly climbed up the 6 flights of stairs with no hesitation. I got onto the roof, then climbed over the edge. I stared at the beautiful city, then I heard footsteps speeding up the stairs, and then someone opening the door with lots of force.
" DEKU?? DEKU?! DE- "
It was Kacchan.
"Sorry for being useless, Kacchan. "
I turned around to see Kacchan running towards me.
I stepped off the ledge.
