Koko turns around, as the door opens to reveal her own son. "Lloyd!"
"Hey, Mum." Lloyd responds, scratching the back of his neck. Koko finishes talking to the person on the phone, "No. I've got him right here. He just walked in. Bye-bye."
She puts her attention onto her son, "Oh, my gosh. I was so worried about you."
Lloyd closes the door behind himself, "I'm fine. I just took the long home. Someone walked with me home on the way." He mumbled the last bit underneath his breath, his eyes droopy from tiredness.
"Why did we get on a family plan, if you're not gonna text me?" Koko questions worriedly, placing her phone aside and checked to see if Lloyd was harmed in any physical way.
"I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to worry you. I love you, and I'm sorry." The blond-haired, tired teen quickly inputted, the two hugged each other. The ginger-haired mother sighed, pulling away from the hug.
"I don't know what I'd do if anything ever happened to you, okay?"
"...Thanks, Mum."
"I'm just really glad those ninjas saved the day. You always seem excited, whenever Mysterio appears out of nowhere!"
Lloyd almost dropped the fish food, as soon as he heard the last sentence. He cleared his throat, his cheeks growing increasingly warm of embarrassment. "Yeah. Yeah, I was...I was there."
Koko was by the fridge looking for some food, when she turned her head quickly at what he said; "What?"
Lloyd pauses his session of feeding the fish, realising his mistake and quickly added on a tainted lie. "--...Watching with the other regular kids!"
His mum faces the fridge and nods in relief, "Okay. Well, you must be starving." Lloyd lets out a quick airy whiff of relief, that his mum took on the lie.

"I don't know. I'm not really that hungry." He hastily declined her offer, placing the fish food away.
"But I'll make your favourite: Dumplings!" His mum insisted, showing dumplings and soy sauce. Her face was full of reassuring joy and pride at the food she made for her beloved son.
Lloyd gave an anxious lopsided grin, speaking up with fake enthusiasm, "Oh enticing, but I'm just gonna go to bed, I think. Just really...tired." He faked-up his yawning.
"Oh." Koko frowns, her mouth open in an 'O' shape. Her body showed how disappointed she felt from her son's dejected manner, but she wanted to still try.
"Good night, Mum." Lloyd walks away to his bedroom, as his Mum turns around to show him a lit birthday cake with a cute little candle. It also had the words;
'Happy Birthday and Well Done on Asking [Name] out!'
When she realises that he's gone to bed, she lowers her gaze, "...Okay, well goodnight..."
[Name] was out from her vigilante uniform, she managed to nick a lollipop and was her taste buds were clearly enjoying the tasty treat. She grinned to herself, hands shoved in pockets, as she made her way back home.
Jolting about for her keys, she grimaced at the amount of noise they were making. As she tightly held them, she slowly turned the keys about and shoved them back into her pocket. Opening the door slowly, but the door made a clinking noise. [Name] widened her eyes in realisation.
The key chain was still attached to the lock of the door.
"Ah, crap..."
"[Name] [Middle Name] [Last Name]. What are you doing outside this house, so late, huh?!" A familiar voice boomed out from the inside of the house, the [Hair Colour]-haired girl widened her eyes in shock and cleared her throat.

"Oh, dearest Mother...I was, um-- Taking out the rubbish, can-can you please open the door now?" She tried lying, but she grimaced from her voice cracking.
"Taking out the rubbish...at this time?! Are you an owl? [Name], are you an owl?!"
"...No-No, mum. I'm not an owl."
"Good. Now, remember what I told you, if you didn't come back at the right time for your curfew?"
[Name's] eyes widened in bewilderment, jiggling the knob on the door even more and started banging on the door. "Ma, Mama; please! Please-Please, abeg. I'm sorry, now."
"Oh, you're sorry? Okay-Okay, I forgive you." And with that, the key chain was removed off from the way of the door and the door was slowly opening for the young teen to enter in.
[Name] took a small step back, blinking mildly and shrugged to herself. She continued to enjoy her lollipop, as a small sigh of relief left her and she walked inside the household. She was confused on where her mother way, furrowing her brows within confusion.
"Ma?"
No response.
Shrugging, [Name] went onto her phone to check out something, but a sudden shuffle in the kitchen caught her attention. But, she stayed where she was and looked around. The sound of the front door closing behind her, made the teenage girl jump.
She placed a hand on where her heart was in shock, "Geez..."
When her back was faced, focusing on the door: she collapsed to the ground and widened her eyes. "What the--"
"So, you decided to not listen to me?!" Her mother's voice perked up, as [Name] shakes her head quickly.
"Mama, please! I'm sorry!"
"You're sorry?! You are sorry? Okay-Okay. We shall see." She grabbed [Name's] ankles and started dragging her away, the [Hair Colour]-haired girl tried gripping the door sides to try escape.
"No! I haven't even gotten to have some cake yet! I'm too pretty to die, Ma!"
Though, her pleading was ignored upon her mother's ears and her dramatic screams echoed through the whole household, as the two disappeared off.
