The temple began to rumble more and more after Garmadon had departed from the area. LEGO bricks were falling apart, as everyone was trying to keep their balance.

Their screams echoed the hallways of the temple, but it would be deemed useless since no one would come to their rescue.

Lloyd and [Name] look towards the only exit available, being blocked off by the collapsing bricks. They both flinched in surprise and looked at each other in worry. Lloyd grabbed her hand, rubbing her knuckles to reassure her that it'll be okay.

Jay was the first one to actually say something like, "Get outta the way! This whole thing is coming down!" He slides towards a royal-looking chair that topples down, so that it isn't covering him.

"We don't have those pieces."

Kai jumped centimetres away from a chandelier that had fallen and back away into the wall. "Yeah, and we don't even have our mechs."

"Thanks for reminding us, Kai!" [Name] sarcastically remarked trying to keep her balance.

Cole and Zane were now taking cover. "We're doomed!"

"Oh no! We're gonna die." Kai took cover alongside Zane and Cole.

"What do we do?" [Name] questioned with pleading eyes, gripping Lloyd's hand more. Lloyd looked at her, lost in thought.

"Our chances of survival are 0.00..." Zane calculated, trailing on the many zeros. That's a lot of zeros...

The rumbling caused Lloyd and [Name] to fall onto the floor. They both hugged each other tightly, closing their eyes and accepting their fate. But, Lloyd remembered what had been told before in the last few chapters.

More bricks collapsed, as Lloyd squinted his eyes trying to remember the very important words that could help save them all.

Lloyd then looks around at each of his friends and then finally at [Name], who was hugging him tightly with fear evident in her eyes.

Lloyd then remembers him and the others doing calm movements, along with Master Wu. The movements do kind of remind me of Kung Fu Panda.

Lloyd looks at each of his teammates, as he visualises them as the elements from the chest of the Ultimate Ultimate Weapon. Nya as water, Jay as lightning, Kai as fire, Cole as earth/rock, Zane as ice and [Name] as levitation/telekinesis.

"Inner peace?" Lloyd mumbles in confusion. [Name] opens her eyes and gives Lloyd a 'Huh?' look, as to why he has to be worrying about this now that they are in actual danger.

Lloyd then remembers Wu's specific important words and the pieces that together make the Ultimate Ultimate Weapon.

"Inner peace! Inner piece!" Lloyd shouted out in realisation, standing up. "Guys. Guys, we don't need those pieces. The Ultimate Ultimate Weapon is inside of you."

"What?" Both Nya and Jay question in confusion, hugging each other in fright.

"Bruh..." [Name] murmured, letting go of Lloyd's hand reluctantly.

"Yes, you have the power. Look within. Harness what you already have inside and let it out. I believe in each of you. So, [Name], do you believe in me?" Lloyd held his hand out towards her, with a reassuring smile.

And, of course, [Name] gladly took the hand and was hoisted up from the ground. Lloyd smiled at her, his smile full of gratitude, as he continued to talk, "Nya, you can create water. Kai, you can make fire."

Nya and Kai stood up, ready to get the heck outta there. "Okay. Alright, I can make fire." Kai rubbed his hands together because he is ready for more action!

"The power is inside of all of you. Now, calm your mind. Concentrate. Build up your powers."

Each of the ninjas started to do the movements Wu had taught them. "Just think about earth, fire, water, ice, telekinesis. And you, Jay, lightning, baby. Do it! Jay, you got the power!"

Jay gritted his teeth in determination. [Name] smiled to herself in determination as well. "Say, 'I've got the power!'"

Jay yelped a bit as he was spinning faster than the others, sparks coursing through his body. "I've got the power!"

Sparks coursed through the door, blasting it to pieces. Everyone ran out, but soon stopped as pieces were about to collapse onto them.

"I've got the power." Cole bumped his two hands together and the force caused the roof of the temple to move away from them.

"Awesome..." [Name] mumbled in awe.

"Good work, Cole." Lloyd complimented him and then commanded, "Go, go, go!"

They all started running down the stairs, but halfway, they got dented. Nya and Zane came up in front and did their magic. "I've got the power."

"I too, have the power."

Nya then shoots water from her hand and Zane uses his foot to pew-pew out ice as well. That then created an awesome ice slope for the ninjas to slide down. Both of them ushered the rest to hurry because their time is running out and they should really watch their mouths. Sorry, sorry. Just had to put a reference there.

"Weeeee!" [Name] cheered, putting her hands up in the air, like it's a rollercoaster. Looking behind, they all saw a dragon head statue coming towards them.

"Kai, your turn." Lloyd commanded, turning at him.

"Got it." Kai nodded and turned around to face the falling head. That sounds horrifying if it weren't a statue....

"That's probably not a good idea..." [Name] trailed off nervously.

"I've got the power!" Kai clicked his hands together, causing red sparks to course through and make contact with the dragon head. "I think I made it worse!"

He flailed his arms around in panic, running around in the same spot, until he started running back to the others.

"What did I say?!" [Name] exaggerated with her hands, knowing that she was right. She then turned towards the dragon head and exclaimed, "I've got the power plebs!"

She put her hands together, [Colour] sparks flying through her veins. The flaming head of the dragon was lifted from the air for a bit, but because I'm a jerk, I'm just gonna make it so that her powers didn't work on it. [Name] gave a 'Bruh...' look, rolling her eyes and went to catch up with the others.

Everyone was now running for their lives from the flaming head. All of a sudden, Lloyd heard Master Wu say something in his head.

"Master Wu?" Lloyd called out, but there was no answer. "Guys, I can hear the dead and Master Wu says to jump!"

Lloyd then grabbed [Name's] hand, shocking her for a bit and then they all jumped together. They screamed, believing this would be the last thing they would do.

"Reeeee!" [Name] screeched, squinting her eyes shut. Oh, nevermind because they are now on Destiny's Bounty! Woop Woop!

And the person sailing this magnificent ship would be none other than Master Wu. "Great jump, students." He spoke through a megaphone.

Once they managed to hoist each other onto the ship, they all turned and gasped. "Master Wu!"

"Master Shifu- Uh, I mean, Master Wu..." [Name] rubbed the back of her neck in embarrassment.

"You're alive!"

"Of course. I'm a ninja master, who live life on the edge and cheats death at every turn."

"Wow!" They all smile in awe and in shock. "Really?"

"No, I thought being dead would make you listen to me more." Wu tipped his hat to them. "And I was right."

"The fact that you had to go that far and pretend to be dead, so that we could listen to you just says a lot..." [Name] stated.

"Master Wu, we found our elemental powers." Jay said in excitement pointing to himself and the others.

"All because Lloyd wouldn't give up on our training." Cole stepped forward pointing towards Lloyd, whilst nodding.

"Lloyd saved us." Nya came up to Lloyd and gave him a little noogie, smiling at him.

Lloyd didn't say anything yet and just smiled awkwardly, just taking it all in.

"He also decoded your needlessly cryptic metaphors."

Wu nodded and smiled proudly at his nephew. "Lloyd, I'm so proud of you."

Lloyd looked at his new, uh, old friends that were smiling at him gratefully. [Name] came up to him and gave him a friendly punch on the shoulder, as a way of congratulating him.

"You helped your friends be great. And that makes you truly a ninja master."

"Now, let's go save the city from the giant kitty that apparently has a sandpaper tongue." [Name] shrugged, sighing in relief that the story was almost coming to an end, but she was gonna miss ya'll still.

"I second that!" Lloyd replied and the others cheered, knowing that all the chaos was gonna come to an end.

Meanwhile, Meowthra was now completely destroying Ninjago without the laser being pointed at any objects. By now, everyone was evacuating even though they had so much time before.

"This cat is destroying everything!" Well, no Sherlock, when'd you figure that out?!

"Where are the Ninjas when we need them?"

"We have to evacuate!"

And yes, that was what they were doing right now. All of them were piling onto boats as quick as they could, whilst their screams echoed the city in hopes of this being all over.

"Hey, Ninjago," Garmadon had arrived now in the helicopter zooming over the destroyed city. "Garmadon's back!" He threw his other hat and put back on his evil overlord one back.

"Generals, stop anyone that gets in my way."

"Yes, sir." They answered through the radio, saluting and looking above to see their leader above in the air.

Destiny's Bounty came flying in as well, even though Garmadon left ages ago before them, but who cares?

Unfortunately, the generals that aren't fired, saw them in the distance. "Whoa, it's the Destiny's Bounty. I've always wanted to shoot at it. Attack!"

"Alpha team, on it."

Multiple airplanes were flying towards the protagonists. Wu noticed this and warned the ninjas, "We have company. Hold on tight." He spun the wheel and the ship went up, divert its direction away from the oncoming airplanes.

Everyone on the boat yelped at the sudden action, but were nonetheless still on the boat in one piece. The airplanes zoomed down through the narrow area and onto the highway.

One of them stopped on there, hovering over the street wondering where they went. "Hey, where'd they go?"

They were all actually underneath the generals. The ship was attached to the bridge, being upside down with the protagonists hanging onto it. "Alright, ninjas, follow me."

They all let go of the ship and dived down, looking epic as ever. "Ninja, go!" They all put their masks on and [Name] put her hood and bandana on.

They then did a superhero landing onto the cemented ground. "Nya, we need to get to Garmadon and that cat fast." Lloyd informed her.

Nya nodded, running infront of everyone else and taking the lead for now. "You got it."

Garmadon landed the helicopter onto and got out with the chest. "Alright, you beast. Get ready to feel the wrath of the Ultimate Ultimate Weapon."

He smirked and got out the pieces from the chest, as Meowthra came closer to him and looked at him in curiosity.

Garmadon had now managed to get all the pieces in his hands, smirking in victory.

The ninjas and Wu were now running through the streets of their beloved, but destroyed city. "Here they come." The airplanes were soaring towards them, ready to strike.

"Come on! Let's go!"

They all jumped to the side, leaving the airplanes to attack nothing in the air. The ninjas and Wu jumped onto the water making a human pyramid. Whilst, Wu used his hat as some surfing board and [Name] flew over the water, thanks to her powers.

She put her hand into the water and it splashed behind her in response. The water glistened, as they all skidded across it.

Meowthra meowed and Garmadon cackled in response. "Take that." He threw a piece at the cat, but all it did was meow in response.

"What?" Garmadon exclaims in confusion.

Once the protagonists were back onto the ground, they all ran towards what looked like thousands of generals racing towards them.

"Zane, freeze these guys out."

"Copy." Zane jumped in the air, with the help of [Name] and used his arms and legs to shoot out a wall to cover the generals view.

"Kai, make a smoke screen."

"Yeah, baby! Fu-fu-fuego!" Kai did some twists in the air and ignited his hands together. Zane was then safely put back onto the ground with the help of [Name] once again.

Kai's hands then sprouted flames from his hands and that caused the ice to turn from a solid to a gas.

"Where'd they go?" A general asked, squinting through the smoke and trying to find their targets. Some generals screamed as they were flung into the unknown, by none other than [Name]. She giggled mischievously, as they all ran past the generals that weren't yeeted into the unknown.

"I can't see them anywhere."

"T-There's something in the mist!" [Name] said, pretending to be scared and hoping ya'll know the reference.

Garmadon was still trying to use the Ultimate Ultimate Weapon on the beast, Meowthra. I mean, it's getting up to a point where it's actually just sad...

"Okay. Well, how about this? Hyah!" He threw another piece at the beast, but it didn't do anything. "These things aren't working."

The ninjas were busy fighting off the generals, giving them kicks and punches. "Jay, now's your chance, buddy." [Name] reassured him, giving him an encouraging smile.

"Roger that." Jay spun himself as he jumped, a line of lightning sparked out and he held onto it. Once he was in the air, he shot lightning sparks out of his hands towards the airplanes, causing them to break down and fall.

Cole jumped to where the airplanes fallen bits were, only to come across more generals in creepy crawly mechs, coming towards him. "Let's rock!"

He spun his head and jumped, slamming his fist into the ground. That sent the generals and their creepy crawly mechs flying away. Serves them right.

The rest of the ninjas caught up with Cole, cheering. But, their cheering came to a halt as Lloyd looked to hear his dad confront the beast. [Name] looked and cringe, believing that was kinda sad at how he's trying and failing as well.

"Hey, cat, back off! I'm Garmadon, baby." He exaggerated, flailing his hands about only holding the lightning piece. "I'm the greatest warlord of all-"

Meowthra snarled and cut him off by eating him. Yeesh... His screams were now muffled and so was his voice. "Somebody help me!"

"Dad?" Lloyd called out in concern, running up towards them with the others following.

"Please!"

The ninjas landed with a crowd behind them cheering for them. "Go, ninjas, go!"

"Hip, hip, hooray!" Chad cheered, waving his pom-poms into the air. Um, chile, anyways so...

Lloyd looked back at them all, as they continued to cheer.

"The cat ate Garmadon!"

"Now, all we have to do is take out the cat and Ninjago is saved."

"Get him!"

"Take out that monster!"

"Blast that cat with your awesome hand powers."

Wu just looked at the ninjas, not uttering a word or stroking his beard. Oh, great, this must be serious.

"La-Loyd! Cappuccino! Please help me!" Garmadon yelled desperately.

"Oh, I can use my fire. But, is that too much?" Kai suggested.

"Or I could blast him with my water. Cats hate water." Nya implied.

"What if I just yeet the cat? I feel like I'm doing us all a favour by doing that." [Name] shrugged.

Lloyd looked back at the cat and then turned to his uncle, who was standing in the crowd watching this all happen. "You were right, Master Wu. I need to walk the path that only the son of Garmadon can walk."

Wu nodded at him, urging him to walk on that path. Lloyd then walked forward and took his mask off to reveal himself. Somehow, everyone in the crowd behind him and the ninjas can see that it's Lloyd Garmadon, telling from the back of his head.

The crowd gasped in shock, as the bas- I mean bully Chad dropped his pom-poms in shock. "Oh, my gosh! The Green Ninja is Lloyd Garmadon?"

Koko pushed her way to the front of the crowd and widen her eyes to see her son up there near the beast. "Lloyd."

"All we have to do is scare off Meowthra and we've won." Jay stated with Kai nodding in agreement.

Lloyd inhales deeply, "No."

"What?" Jay yelps in shock.

"I mean, I might as well reveal myself..." [Name] took off her hood and bandana, as the crowd behind her gasped in shock.

"[Name]! If you die, you'll see what I do to you!" [Name's] mother yelled in worry, folding her arms. [Name] sweatdropped in embarrassment, and gave her mum an awkward smile.

"Uh, Lloyd, where are you going?" Kai asked in concern.

"Lloyd? Come back."

Lloyd inhaled deeply, slowly walking towards the beast. "Here, kitty, kitty, kitty."

The cat purred softly, making its way towards Lloyd. "Lloyd, no!" Koko yelled, making her way towards him only to be stopped by Wu.

"It's okay. He's got this."

Lloyd started to speak comforting words directly to the cat. Meowthra huffed through its nose, causing Lloyd's hair to fly back, but still be on his head.

"Yeah, yeah, that's a good kitty." He put his hand onto its cute nose. I actually wanna boop its nose. "What a sweet, sweet kitty. Everything's gonna be just fine. Hey. I know it."

[Name] looked on with a hint of nervousness and worry in her eyes. "Don't go dying on me, Greenie..." She mumbled sweetly, trying to reassure herself.

It was all gonna be okay and of course, Lloyd's gonna be okay as well.

Soon, he'll find his place of where he truly belongs.
