Infinite had just gotten finished on fixing the last building.

Infinite: Alright! All finished. Now... it is time... to hang out with my friends in this universe... for the last time.

Infinite started to shed a tear, as he immediately wiped it off.

Infinite (thoughts): No tears, Infinite. You're just gonna miss them, and smile.

Infinite went over to the castle and knocked on the door, as Meggy opened it.

Meggy: Infinite!

Infinite: Yeah, it's me. I'm here to join you guys in the party.

Meggy then hugged Infinite.

Meggy: I'm so glad you came!

Infinite: Thank you, Meggy.

They walked inside and saw their friends hanging out.

Infinite (thoughts): Try and make the most of it, Infinite. This is the last time you're gonna see them for a long time. Be strong, Infinite.

Everyone was having fun celebrating until nighttime, as everyone went off to bed.

Meggy: Good night, everybody. We'll continue our lives as it was before the war started in the morning.

Everyone: Good night.

Mario and Meggy slept together in a bed. The other couples, even Machito and Clauds, slept together as well. Everyone else slept wherever they want in the castle, and Infinite slept in the basement.

Infinite was sleeping peacefully, trying not to contain his excitement. He hasn't seen his friends for over a month, and he misses them so much. He was so happy about this, but he was also a little sad that he'll be leaving this universe and the friends he made there. But it's okay because he can go back whenever he pleases.

However, Infinite's peaceful sleep wasn't peaceful for long. He started dreaming, and he was in the Mushroom Kingdom, but it was a wasteland. Everything was empty and gone, and Infinite was devastated by this.

Infinite: What happened here?

Infinite started to walk around the wasteland, and he's now seeing dead bodies around him. But not just dead bodies. Dead bodies of his friends from his universe.

Meggy, Mario, SMG4, Tari, Saiko, Fishy Boopkins, Bob, Luigi, Bowser, Toad, Francis, Crystal, Flame (if you read Meggy X Reader, then you'll know who these people are), and even (Y/N), were all dead.

Infinite: No... this can't be happening!

A mysterious figure approached him.

???: Oh, it is indeed happening.

Four villains, being Xeggy, Wario-Man, Sonic.exe, and Peach were beside ???.

???: Get him!

They all started running towards him, but he can't run away.

Infinite: Come on, move, damn it!

??? grabbed Infinite and threw him to Sonic.exe. He was now dead. All he saw after being grabbed was Sonic.exe's face and words saying "YOUR FRIENDS ARE ALL GONNA

DIE."

Infinite woke up and screamed. He started to cry, as Meggy and Mario heard him and went down to see him like this.

Mario: Mama mia!

Meggy: Infinite, what's wrong?

Infinite: I... had a nightmare. All of my friends from my universe... they were killed by... someone mysterious and deadly. One of my friends told me about this person while on the phone. He's real... and he's gonna kill me and my friends!

Infinite kept crying, as Mario and Meggy started to calm him down.

SMG4: Will you shut up! People are trying to sleep!

Mario: I'll take care of him, while you take care of Infinite.

Mario went up the stairs to teach SMG4 a lesson, while Meggy was trying to calm Infinite down.

Meggy: Infinite... that's not true.

Infinite: Yes it is.

Meggy: You're just saying the villains you saw are true because a friend of yours told you. Everything else is nonsense. I know you. You're very strong and brave. You beat many bad guys up and kill them. You help all of us out when we need it. You've shown off the best of your abilities all throughout the war, and I want you to keep doing that so you and all of your friends will stay alive and win against those evil people.

Infinite wiped his tears off his face, and calmed down because of Meggy's inspirational words.

Infinite: You're right, Meggy. My friends shouldn't be in danger. We all should stay strong and determined to win against those villains who dare to invade my universe.

Meggy: That's the spirit, Infinite.

Mario went back down.

Mario: SMG4 says he's sorry for yelling at you.

Infinite: Well, I forgive him. He can be a dumbass sometimes in my universe.

Mario: Yeah. Also, your Mario is kinda more insane than me. He slapped all of our asses. You need to calm him down a little.

Infinite: I know. He's a crazy one.

Meggy: Well, if I had to choose between every Mario, I'll always choose you.

Mario: Thank you, Meggy.

Mario and Meggy kissed each other.

Infinite: I'm gonna miss you two so much.

Mario and Meggy: We're all gonna miss you too.

Infinite: Good night, guys.

Mario and Meggy: Good night.

They all went back to sleep, and the next morning, Infinite woke up and packed his things. He went upstairs to see Mario eating spaghetti naked.

Infinite: MY EYES!

Infinite was screaming in pain with his eyes burning after what he saw.

Meggy: It's not that bad, Infinite.

Meggy laughed a little at Mario like this.

Infinite: WHY DO YOU LIKE THAT, MEGGY?

Infinite threw Mario's clothes at him.

Infinite: Just put your damn clothes on.

Mario: Fine.

Meggy: I love Mario doing that because he's adorable!

Infinite (thoughts): Man, this universe's Meggy is kinda weird. Well, I hope my universe's Meggy is excited to see me again.

1 hour later, everyone woke up and went outside to see Infinite making an announcement.

Infinite: Everyone. I'm about to leave this universe.

Angelina: Oh no.

Steve: Oh shit.

Infinite: Yes. I know that you're sad, but I can come back and visit you anytime, so there's no need. Apparently something is going on in my universe, and so not only do I want to come back, but I also need to come back. I may have told a few of you this before. Come on out, Machito, Reader.

Machito and ReaderFromWR, along with his Blood Ravens and Ultramarines went beside Infinite.

Infinite: These two... are gonna leave with me to help out.

Everyone was surprised at this.

Machito: Again, there's no need to be devastated. We just want to help a needy friend out.

ReaderFromWR: His universe is in danger, and we won't say no to him.

Infinite: Oh, and Meggy?

Meggy: Yes?

Infinite: The Widowmaker I gave to you belongs to a friend of mine named Francis. You can keep it. I'll make a new one for him.

Meggy: Sounds fair. Thank you, not only for the Widowmaker, but for everything you've done for us.

Infinite: No problem, guys. You all are great friends I made, and I will never forget all of you.

Machito and ReaderFromWR: Me too.

Machito: I'm gonna miss you most of all, Clauds.

Clauds: I'll miss you too. I love you so much.

Machito: Love you too, sweetie-pie. And Meggy? Here's your Pikachu back.

Pikachu (male): Pikachu!

Meggy: Thanks, Machito. And Infinite, I was just hoping you take a break after all you've been through... but now I feel for you.

Infinite: Don't worry, Meggy. I'll make sure I won't get killed by those evil people.

Meggy: *sniff* Thank you.

Infinite: Well, everybody. This is it.

SMG4: Just wondering. How are you gonna get back to your universe?

Infinite: Well, I'm friends with the god of this universe. His name is SmeshBras123, and he's a nice guy.

Everyone was shocked at hearing that.

SMG4: GOD?!?!

Infinite: Alright, guys. He should be here... right about now.

A portal came out of nowhere, and I came out of it.

Me: Hey, Infinite. I see you're bringing some friends along with you. You ready to go back?

Machito: Wait. Smesh, I have a favor to ask you.

Me: What is it?

Machito: Well, I want to give gifts to Clauds and Tari in my universe... but I can't right now. So could you...

Me: I accept your offer, Machito. I'll make sure to send the nicest gifts to them saying they're from you. You can count on me.

Machito: Thanks.

Me: No problem.

Infinite: Wait! I want to cherish this moment forever with a picture.

Me: Can I be in the picture too?

Infinite: Of course you can.

Me: Thank you.

Infinite set up the camera, and everyone else stood together.

Infinite: All set.

Infinite set the camera timer to 5 seconds, and just as he pushed the button, he quickly ran until he was beside everyone.

Infinite: Now smile!

Everyone smiled and made a pose, as the picture was now taken. Infinite was to keep this photo on his phone for the rest of his life.

Me: Looking good. Now you guys want to say your goodbyes?

Infinite: I'll miss you all so much!

Meggy: We'll miss you too!

Machito: Goodbye, everybody.

ReaderFromWR: You all keep your weapons I made. I hope all of you are proud of us.

Infinite, Machito, and ReaderFromWR: Goodbye!

Everyone: Goodbye!

Mario: We all hope you win and kill those baddies!

Infinite, Machito, ReaderFromWR, and I went through the portal as it disappeared. Since I was god, I picked up a gamer duck for Tari and magenta-coloured necklace with an Inkling on it for Clauds. I wrapped them up and put them in the mailboxes of Tari and Clauds in Machito's universe.

For everyone else, SMG4, Tari, Luigi, Saiko, Toad, Shroomy, Onyx, FM, X, Mariomario54321, and Starman3 went back to the castle, Fishy Boopkins went back to his underwater home with Emily, Bob went back to his trash home, Bowser went back to his castle, Sonic and his Pikachu went back to Green Hill, Slendy went back to the forest, Steve went back to his blocky home, JCR, Edgellie, Alex, Inkura, Clauds, Geof, Violet, Aria, Poool157, Ralph, Agents Blue and Orange, Ellie, Brian, Christine, Jessica, Jerome, Darkness, Flower, Shining Nova, Rocket, SniperTheFox, and William went back to Inkopolis, Angelina went back to her run-down home, the Pokémon team who helped out went back to @Turtwiglover , and Mario, Meggy, the two Pikachus, Violent Ruler, and Meicoomon were about to go back to their house in Inkopolis as well, but Mario and Meggy then talked to each other.

Mario: I'm just so glad that this madness is over. All there is left is peace.

Meggy: I'm so happy for everyone. They're all safe again.

Mario: And so are we. I promise to you that we'll be a very happy couple until we die.

Meggy: I promise to0. I love you so much, Mario.

They both kissed each other and started walking back to their home. They went inside and were greeted to Thor and Keara, their dogs, barking at them, along with Meggy's parents, Eddie and Mabel hugging her.

Eddie: There's our little hero!

Mabel: You were so brave and courageous out there. We're so proud of you!

Meggy: Thanks, mom and dad.

Mabel: You were brave out there as well, Mario.

Mario blushed like crazy after hearing that.

Mario: Thank you.

Eddie: Now we know that you two are a couple and you want some alone time, so we'll visit more over time for you two, or you can come to our house to visit us. Either way works fine.

Meggy: Okay. Thanks for looking out for me! Bye mom and dad!

Eddie and Mabel: See you later, Meggy!

Eddie and Mabel started walking back to their house, as Mario found a briefcase on top of a table.

Mario: Meggy, come look at this.

Meggy: What is a briefcase doing here?

The briefcase had words written on it. It says "To: Meggy and Mario

From: The entire city of Inkopolis

We all appreciate what you two did for our entire city. So please accept this gift as our way of saying thank you."

Mario: I wonder what's inside.

Meggy: Let's take a look.

Mario and Meggy opened the briefcase together, as out came a giant pile of money.

Mario: Holy shit! Look at all this cash!

Meggy: We're rich! It just goes to show you that the people in Inkopolis will go to crazy lengths to thank people who saved their city.

Mario saw a piece of paper on top of the piles and piles of money, as he picked it up to read it.

Mario: 50 million dollars!

Meggy: Wow! I can't believe it, Mario! We're set for life!

Mario: I gotta make a place to set all those money. Give me half an hour.

Mario started drilling a giant hole in the floor of the basement. He put a ladder inside the hole and beside the wall, and he was now done.

Mario: Meggy! Get the cash!

Mario and Meggy worked together carrying the piles of cash down to the basement, and they put them in the hole. All of the money fits perfectly inside.

Mario: Here's where the money would go. Think of this as a safe.

Meggy: Well, thanks for the help, Mario. Our life is gonna be much more interesting with 50 million dollars beside us.

Mario: It sure is, Meggy. It sure is.

They walked back upstairs, both very happy because they now have a huge pile of money, and because Inkopolis is now at peace. They know that there won't be as many villains to try and kill them from now on.

Orange Angel finally got out of the sewer water and kept breathing in and out.

Orange Angel: I CAN'T BELIEVE WE LOST!!!

She was very angry, but she calmed down a little by thinking to herself that things will be okay for her in the future.

Orange Angel: I wonder if what I got isn't broken.

Orange Angel got out two closed test tubes with Zelus' and Dark Squid's blood inside from her pocket.

Orange Angel: Oh, thank god. Soon, my friends. Soon, we'll be friends again. Meggy is gonna pay for what she did to you two!

She smiled evilly while looking at the test tubes. Sooner or later, she won't be alone again.
