We rode the bus for a while. Not to long later we arrived at the top of the mountain and we all got out.
I noticed a small building in the corner and a large door blocking the way to get in. "So this is what Illumi meant by you wouldn't get in." I mutter to myself"impressive." Leorio says"yes it is. You could enter threw that door but you'd never make it out alive. If you want to enter there's a small door over there, but there's a guardian on the other side. On the other side is all private property so we can not enter there." The tour guide explains"BUT THE MOUNTAIN IS STILL FAR AWAY!" Leorio yells"yes it is. But here is the vegetation of the mountain."
"You mean all of this is their private garden?!"
"Wow. That's impressive." I mutter to myself"miss guide?" Gon asks"do you know how to get inside?" I turn and walk over to Gon"same." She smiles"did you hear what I said?" She leans forward,a forced smile on her lips"if you enter, you're dead."
These older men said it was bullsh*t basically and marched over to the small building. They grabbed the keys and entered, but not long later their skeletons were kicked out.
My eyes at this. And everyone quickly got onto the bus"the master has forbidden that you eat between meals!" The man yells at the door"sir we want to go up to the house." I said"hm? Why?" He asks"we are friend's of Killua's." I explain"I see. Then please come with me."
He invites us into the small building and makes some tea. "Friends of Master Killua's,huh? I've worked here for 20 years and you are the first to show up in peace. There are always people trying to enter so I was given a fake key." He then bows his head"I'm happy to have visitors. But I can't let you in. You saw the giant paw right? That's Mike. He's the guard dog for the family. He only obeys the Zoldyck family." He says as Kurapika asks if he can enter to which the man talks about the fake key.

"So there's no actual lock on the door?" Kurapika asks Leorio rushes outside. He tried to push open the door but nothing happened,it was odd. But then the man pushed it open with no problem. "Each door weights about 2 tons." He states"uh doors?" I repeat as he nods"yes. There are seven doors, and each door is heavier than the last."
"So then how many doors and Kil open?" I hum"Master Killua? When he enters he opens to the third door." My eyes widened"that's 12 tons!" Gon yells"no that's 16 tons." Kurapika corrects"don't you get it? You don't stand a chance in the world you're in right now." Gon turns to the man"can I have your keys sir?"
"What?"
"I have to see Killua, and Y/N to. So we must past the test. And I guess that being an intruder would be easier." My eyes widened a little"Gon you're being really stupid right now."
"If you refuse then I will climb up." Gon states.
"DIDNT YOU SEE THAT MONSTERS PAWS?! IT'S BIGGER THAN YOU!" Leorio yells.
"Yes I know. But I'm not ok with this." Gon replies.
"Sir isn't there someone up there who can let us in?" I ask"yes, just a moment." He walks back into the building and a few minutes later returns"sorry. I knew they would refuse." He apologizes"who did you call?" I cross my arms"the head butler. It's rare to speak to the family one on one. Every call goes to the butlers."
"Can you call them again?" Gon asks"yea. We'll talk this time." I said"hm...I guess so." He walks into the building and over to the phone and starts to input the number"it won't bother me but it won't make a good first impression."

Gon held the phone to his ear"hello uh...my name is Gon. I am one of Killua's friends." I didn't hear anything for a while, but it was obvious what the person on the other line said. 'Master Killua has no friends.'
I grabbed the phone from Gon"listen here,we aren't lying if that's what you think. I swear once we-HE HUNG UP ON ME! THIS B*TCH HUNG UP ON ME!" I screamed"Y-Y/N calm down." I slammed the phone down and took a deep breathe"sir could you please call again?" He looked kinda taken back but soon nods and inputs the number again.
Gon picks up the phone and then starts to yell into it. "WHO ARE YOU TO KNOW THAT KINDA THING?! LET US SEE KILLUA!" Gon screams as I take the phone"AND YOU BETTER NOT HANG UP AGAIN BECAUSE I SWEAR IF YOU DO I WILL
PERSONALLY KILL YOU...though I bet you'd kill me first..."
"The other is Gon,but who are you?"
"Y/N."
"And let's just say that Master Killua has friends named Y/N and Gon. How can you prove such a thing?"
"You put Killua on the phone and see what he says. He'll recognize our voices."
"That won't solve anything. You easily couldn't altered your voices. The Zoldyck's have many enemies. Protecting our master's from useless exterior attacks is our job. I am sorry. Perhaps he will call you back later."
The line went dead and I silently put the phone down. "What happened?" Gon asks"well,we might as well climb the stupid thing." Gon nods and rushes outside and throws his fishing line on top of the doors. "Gon! Stop!" Leorio yells"you two wait here. You ready Y/N?" He asks me as I nod"of course."
In the end the guy said he'd give us the keys in order for nothing bad to happen. But he said he was coming with us.

Witchbone: The Goblins Winter
Themes found in these stories include friendship, found family, defying negative expectations, trying to figure out how to be a force for good in your corner of the world, doing heroic things even if you don't look or feel like a hero, and that being different isn't necessarily fatal. Summary: A spell of arctic weather. A mysterious death. The reading of a will. Strange tracks in the snow. Eleven-year-old Danny Hallow accepts his life, such as it is. His father is dead, his mother left years ago. His three Keepers are the only people aware of Danny's erratic and not-very-impressive psychic abilities. He has no friends, he's been suspended from school, and he's responsible for the life of a small brown bat that's ended up in his care. When Danny's estranged Uncle Enoch dies under mysterious circumstances, he and his Keepers are called to the town of Eddystone, New Hampshire for the reading of the man's will. Traveling four hundred miles from his dreaded hometown to attend, Danny is happy to get away, possibly inherit something interesting- and maybe find out more about his family while he's there. Arriving at the crumbling family estate of Gnomewood Home, he finds it to be hauntingly familiar, a bit creepy, oddly comforting, and possibly alive. When his uncle's will reveals that he's inherited Gnomewood and everything in it, he's determined to stay and make a happier life for himself in Eddystone, somehow. But at Gnomewood, he finds more questions than answers to his family's secrets. Disturbing old memories come to him in dreams. His psychic abilities begin to grow stronger, and as a result he becomes aware that a horde of cryptic creatures are plaguing the town of Eddystone, seemingly drawn out by the spell of an unusually frigid February. Toothy little goblins that are sneaky, vicious, and hungry. Goblins that take a particular interest in Danny. Will the emergence of the alien, and potentially dangerous, power he's inherited from his peculiar family tree help Danny survive the goblin infested winter, inadvisable attempts to befriend a terrifying boy with silver eyes, and a new school? Only if he learns to control them before they put him and everyone around him in danger. Before they convince some people that he should never have been allowed to exist at all. Before he becomes just another twisted tale in his family's bizarre history, kept hidden for centuries within the ivy-covered walls of Gnomewood Home.

The Adventures of an (un-)Ordinary Magician
He was living a normal life, until he was dragged into the world of magic against his own volition. This is the story of a legendary magician, Roma, and how he went from typical high schooler to overpowered sorcerer. From the author: This is my first published work, and frankly this is me playing around with my own fantasies. I'm still terrible at writing, but I hope that this story will bring some enjoyment to you nevertheless. Updates on Wednesdays, 20:30 (GMT+5).

Bear trap (statehumans CalTex)
(This book has nothing to do with furries, otherkins, or irl therianthropes. Both by their own definitions and my own, we have nothing to do with each other. Keep being your weird selves just don't pretend I'm a part of those groups because I wrote this book with animal/human hybrids in it. Any comments trying to talk about furries or otherkins will be deleted because it makes me physically uncomfortable. Therians are ok tho because it's basically the fancy way to say people who have spirit animals)There are two races in this world, humans and therianthropes, which are humans with animal qualities, that can shapeshift into their animal counterpart. The therianthropes, once divided by predator and prey, joined together in hiding after the humans began to hunt therianthropes for sport. California, a young grizzly bear therianthrope, was always curious to see the world beyond the forest he and his people lived within. Texas, a young farmhand, always wanted to catch a therianthrope, believing it would make him the hero of his village after violent massacres and thefts had been performed on it, supposedly by therianthropes. But when these two young men's paths collide, secrets, strange new feelings, and a magical adventure turns everything they thought they knew about the others race upside down.Warnings:- statehumans- countryhumans - the country and statehumans are all kinda just mixed together. There is no obvious separation between state and country, they're all just people - guns- and ships- hunting - idk, vegans?- gay stuff- not super gory, but people do get hurt - maybe death
