That night I had a dream of Vance getting beat and I knew I had to do something I knew the police had to as well. I went to school and everything was going alright but things perked up when in the middle of my sixth period Physics lesson Detective Wright and Detective Miller were lead into the classroom and asked to speak with me.
I got up and they took me out into the hall. "We have the warrant," they said. I grinned. "We're going to go to 7742 but we want you to come with us."
"Yes, of course I will. If I'm allowed." I looked at my principal as she nodded. I smiled and a wave of excitement washed over me I could be saying Vance again after three weeks without him I would finally be able to see him.
Whilst the two detectives talked to my principal I thought about Vance and how much he must have went through. I felt so bad but so glad he was getting out finally I just regret not being able to help him sooner. I'm saying sooner like it might already be too late. Will it be too late? I can't be too late, I pray I'm not too late...
