"y/n! over here," you recognized reki's voice and walked over to it. you thought you were early but clearly reki was much more early than you were.

"how long have you been here?" you walked up to him. "just 30 minutes," he replied acting like it was normal and you just stared at him with a concerned look.

"who did you invite by the way?" reki questioned as the two of you decided to go on ahead and get an aisle reserved.

"the others had other plans so only lumine, aether, and xiao can make it. Is that alright with you?" you replied.

"that's okay! wanna play for a bit?" reki picked up one of the bowling balls looking up to see the names already registered.

"sure," you accepted climbing up after putting on your shoes. You watched as he rolled and completely missed not once but twice.

"goddam you suck," you insulted and he turned around clearly offended. "shut up! in middle school I would beat you in every round," he argued back.

"key word middle school now watch and learn," you grinned grabbing one but also missing. you stood there watching as the ball rolled to the side missing like reki.

"goddam you suck," he mocked and you had the urge to throw a bowling ball at his face. "shut up there's more rounds for a reason," you rolled it again and this time got the pins except for one that stood there firmly.

until the others got here reki and you had a great time. the vibe was different from before. you guys were having a lot of fun laughing the only difference was the relationship between you guys.

"look at them having fun without us," lumine frowned entering the place to see you two laughing and cheering each time someone made a strike.

reki and xiao were now head to head fighting on whoever wins gets a point. xiao at first thought it was childish but when reki kept provoking him he just couldn't help it.

"is it just me or do I feel like they're gonna break the floor?" you sweatdropped hearing the ball land on the ground harshly. they were venting their anger into the bowling balls clearly.

when they finished the game xiao had won in the end but it didn't really matter because you could tell they had fun even if they were hiding it behind all their fighting.

"can we play now?" lumine jokingly rolled her eyes. "wanna go against me?" reki pointed to himself happily still not tired nor was xiao.

"hell no. aether me and you whoever wins doesn't have to do the dishes for a week."
