After destroying the rock, Stoick left the Great Hall and headed home as the sun was rising. As he entered the house he heard a loud crash from Hiccup's room. He dashed upstairs and saw Hiccup and Toothless in their respective sleeping spots looking at him far too innocently. Stoick stared at them with his intimating scowl.

"I wish we could bud." Hiccup whispered. "Um hi Dad. I see that you noticed we were gone and you probably noticed the enlarged window and I'm guessing that you have some questions that require answering."

"Where have you been and what happened to the window!?" "Oh yeah funny story (uncomfortably laughs and looks at Toothless who shrugs) um...Toothless thought he saw Stormfly outside um doing something so he jumped out through the window and I followed him and I wasn't able to bring him back until now."

Stoick laughs. "Is that so? Well then, next time keep him under control, understood? "Yeah". Stoick nods and then leaves.

"I don't know! I don't! It's the best excuse I could think of." "I'm going to have to. I don't think this is going away anytime soon."
