"Girl lemme tell what Quincy told Jasmine?" Di'anna sat at the lunch table expressing herself to her friends.
Alijah sat there writing some kind of poem as always.
"You always in somebody business." Laila said.
"So my middle name is nosy and I don't care. You know you want to know anyway." Di'anna said.
"You right." Laila said while repainting her nails.
Di'anna continued her conversation with Laila.
"Hey hoes."
Alijah cut her eyes at her best friend Ming Lee.
"I'm not a hoe." Di'anna said.
"I am though so wassup." Laila said.
"Damn you not gonna speak back?" Ming Lee said to Alijah.
"I'm not up for it today." Alijah said.
"Whatever you so stuck up anyways fine ass just walked in." Ming Lee bit her bottom lip.
"He shole' is fine." Di'anna said before popping her gum.
"Damn. I'm wet just by looking at him." Laila said.
Alijah rolled her eyes while all three of her friends drooled over August as he walked in with his crew.
"Vonte cute too and Jay fine as hell." Laila said
"That's my brother hoe." Alijah said.
"So.. so.. and so." She said.
Alijah rolled her eyes.
"Aye sis." Jay came strolling over there looking high as hell.
The smell of weed hit Alijah's nostrils hard as hell.
She took a deep breath.
"What Jay?" She said.
"I wanted to know if you can tell mom I'll be home late."
"Why?"
"Because I got to handle some business damn." He said before walking away.
"I get so sick of him."
"That's your twin." Di'anna said.
"Hey y'all." Marie said walking over to them all preppy and happy.
"Uggghhhhhh." Ming Lee groaned.
"Nice to see you too Ming." Marie said before sitting down in front of Alijah.
"Hey." Alijah smiled.
"So I was wondering if we could have a kickback." Marie said smiling.
Ming Lee started laughing as the rest of them had an crazy expression on their face.
"Um Marie you're not the kickback type hunny." Di'anna said.
"What makes you think that?" Marie said cocking her neck to the side because she was offended.
"Marie you're too uptight." Laila said.
Marie started fussing with the three girls while Alijah started writing again.
On the other side of the lunchroom August and his crew was chilling watching everybody like they owned the place.
"Say man, Hey man we need some bad bitches at our party." Darion said.
"You right about dat'." Jay said.
August stood against the wall with his glasses on not really listening to those niggas.
"Aye Yung?!"
"What?" His thick accent came out.
"You look pissed what's up?" Lucas said.
"Nothing mane." He said.
He kept his eyes on one thing only. Not a thing though a person. That was Alijah.
He took a deep breath.
"Hey baby." Delilah said feeling on August.
He took his glasses off before flashing a smile at Delilah which made her automatically wet.
"Wassup lah' baybeh." He said.
"I wanted to know if you would like to get together after school maybe you could meet me." She said.
"I'll think 'bout it baybeh." August licked his lips slowly.

"Okay." Delilah said before strutting away.
"Damn Aug you fucking that?" Vonte asked him.
Before August could say anything the bell for third hour rung.
"I would tell ya' dat but dat's personal young blood." August said before walking away.
"In a right triangle, the hypotenuse is the longest side, an "opposite" side is the one across from a given angle, and an "adjacent" side is next to a given angle." Mr.Lawson explained.
Half of the class was listening and the other half was either talking or sleep. This had to be the most boring class ever.
Alijah sat up paying attention as usual.
"Can anyone give me some facts on this?" Mr.Lawson asked.
"The hypotenuse of a right triangle is always the side opposite the right angle. It is the longest side in a right triangle." Alijah explained.
"Thank you Alijah."
"Nerd!" Javi the class clown yelled making everyone in the class laugh.
"Just because I'm doing something with my brain doesn't mean I'm a nerd maybe if you stop trying to be a class clown then you wouldn't have to worry about being held back not once but three times." Alijah said.
The class got quiet.
"Whatever." Javi said slumping down in his seat.
Ming Lee walked in the class late as always.
"Ming you're late."
"Obviously." She said taking her seat by Alijah.
Mr. Lawson shook his head. "Everybody write the notes on the board I need a Tylenol dealing with you all." He said before walking out of the class.
"Why you late?" Alijah asked Ming.
"Because that bitch ass Mrs. Edwards wrote me up because of my skirt." She said.
"Ain't nothing wrong with your skirt." Alijah said.
"Thank you." Ming Lee said. "But anyways August and his crew plus your brother throwing a party."
"Good for them." Alijah said before continuing to write the notes.
"Girl stop being so stuck up. You need to stop hanging around Marie so much." Ming said.
"I'm not stuck up this is my senior year and I'm not trying to be distracted." She said.
"Whatever. I'm getting my nails did later on wanna go with me?"
"I gotta do something for my mom." Alijah said.
Ming Lee rolled her eyes.
Alijah went back to doing her notes.
Alijah didn't know why or how she became friends with Ming Lee but it was crazy because they were two different people.
"Mom! I'm home!" Alijah yelled walking in the house.
"Hey baby." Her mom said coming around the corner. "Where's your brother?"
"Still at school he had to something to do." She said.
"Oh well he'll just miss out."
"Why? Miss out on what?"
"I wanted to tell you all I got an promotion on my job." She said.
"Mom that's great." Alijah said hugging her mom.
"Come in the kitchen and help me cut up these vegetables for this soup." Her mom said.
Alijah washed her hands and started helping her mom.
"So any boys?" Her mom asked.
"Nope." Alijah said frowning her face.
"Better not be." Her dad said coming into the kitchen.
"Daddy really?" Alijah said.
"I'm just saying." He said laughing hugging his wife. "Where Thing 1 at?" He said referring to Jay.

"With his friends he had to do something at school." Alijah said.
"He better be home before dinner."
"Mommy I really don't feel like doing this can I go to my room?" Alijah asked.
"Yes go ahead." She said.
Alijah went up to her room and locked her door before walking over to her window and opening it. Zack climbed through the window.
"Hey baby I missed you." He said before giving her a passionate kiss.
Zack and Alijah had the secret relationship nobody knew but her and him. The only thing wrong with their relationship was that they weren't in a relationship they were just friends with benefits and he went to another school.
Alijah felt up and down his chest. "How did you escape from football practice?"
Zack kissed up and down her neck. "Told them I had some business to handle."
"You sure do." Alijah pulling over to the bed.
August
"Hit it harder daddy!" Delilah moaned.
"Fuck." August groaned.
"Oh shit damn." Delilah moaned again. "I'm about to cum."
"Hold dat' shit ma." August said getting a few more strokes in before pulling out.
He slowly rubbed Delilah's clit a few more times before she came.
"Oh my god!" She yelled coming down from her orgasm.
She laid down in the backseat of her car as August hovered over her.
She felt up and down his chiseled chest.
"Round 2 maybe?" She said biting her bottom lip.
"Nah ma I gotta go." He said before sitting up and putting his shirt on.
"Why daddy?"
"Cause I got to go." August said with a slight attitude.
"Same time next week?" Delilah said putting her shirt back on.
"Maybe." He said before getting out of the car and going to his.
He hated when she did that shit. Delilah and him been messing around with each other since the 8th grade. She always wanted more but she was low-key a hoe.
August pulled up to The Trap since it wasn't that far from school. Yes they were fucking in the school parking lot.
August got out the car. Vonte and Lucas sat on the porch with some girls.
"Yung got that pussssyyyyyy." Darion said coming outside.
"Mane shutup." He said before walking into the house.
"Yung blood." Warren said dapping August up.
"Where Lord?" He asked.
"In the back."
August walked to the back where he saw Xavier but everybody called him Lord.
"Lord?" August said.
Lord looked up to see August. "'Sup Yung what you need?"
"I got sum' info for ya'." He said.
"Tell me."
"Somebody on fifth between long tree avenue running sumthin' ion know." He said.
"Well you and your crew need to make sure and if anything going down mess it up. You've been wit' me since you were twelve living in New 'Awlins." Lord said.
"I know."
"What 'dem grades lookin' like?" He asked August.
"Well we just started school gotta gimme' time." August said.
"'ight get out and tell Lucas to com'ere."
August walked out. Lord was like a father figure to him. He moved to California with him when his mom got sick. When she got better he didn't want to move back so he just stayed.
August walked outside greeted by Jay, Lucas, Darion, and Vonte.
"Lord want ya'." He said pointing at Lucas.
"Damn." Lucas said walking inside.
"Aye Jay ain't that your sister?" Vonte said pointing to Alijah who pulled up in their mother's car.
"What you want damn man?" Jay yelled.
She got out the car.
"Dammmmmnnnnnnn." Darion said copying Smokey off of Friday.
Alijah was a whole different person when she wasn't home or in school.
"What the fuck you got on?" Jay said looking at his sister who walked up to the boys.
"A shirt and some shorts I had just got out the shower." She said.
August licked his lips looking at her up and down.
"You can't speak baybeh?" August said.
Jay turned around looking at him. He had that "what the fuck nigga?" face on.
Alijah looked at August.
"Sorry Hey y'all." She said speaking to all of them.
"No need to apologize."
"Aye niggas this is my sista'." Jay said.
"Boy I'm grown."
"But I'm the oldest." Jay said.
"By 2 minutes lucky ass." Alijah said sarcastically. "Anyways mama got a promotion."
"Hell nah stop playing. Y'all mama got that shmoney" Darion said.
"I'm about to go to get something to eat you wanna come?" Alijah asked Jay.
"Nah I'm about to chill."
"Ok. Bye." She said waving to the boys before walking away.
"Damn man your sister is fine as hell." Vonte said.
August watched Alijah walk away and get in the car.
"So what did you and Delilah do?" Jay asked August.
"The usual." August said.
"When y'all gon' make it official?" Vonte said laughing.
"You know damn well August ain't even thinking about that bitch. She's just a fuck and duck." Darion said.
August lit a blunt that he forgot he had to be honest. He needed to relax.
"Aye I'm thinkin' about ending things with her." August said taking a pull of the blunt.
"Why?" Vonte took it.
August exhaled the smoke. "Bitch crazy."
"Can't help it's good." Jay said.
They all looked at Jay.
"Gay ass nigga." Darion said.
All of them moved over away from Jay.
"I ain't gay!" Jay laughed. "I'm fucking hoes."
"Jay you a virgin just say it."
"I ain't no vi-
"Stop lying young blood." Warren said.
"I should've went with my sister." Jay mumbled.
"Aye we need to hit up fifth." August said.
All of them looked at him like he was crazy.
"Is Lord crazy? I ain't tryna die. He know who own that?" Vonte said.
"Yeah he don't but we gon' find out dis' weekend."
"But the party's this weekend." Jay said.
"Shutup virgin. Imma hook you up with some pussy." Warren said.
August continued to smoke with them and listen to them fuss. He was just a chill, laid back nigga until it was time for some shit to go down. He was always ready for that.
