You sat up quickly; oh geez that startled the heck out of you.
A muffled voice came from the other side of the door, "Hey! it's me."
Nick!?
You threw your phone to the side as you hopped off the couch and ran towards the door, a grin wide on your face. You swung the door open and you were greeted with a familiar sight.
"Oh my gosh, where have you been?!" You exclaimed as you jumped forward and hugged Wilde.
"Haha, well," Nick chuckled as he held you, "funny you should ask that."
You smiled as you nuzzled his neck, "Mhm... why's that?" You asked, just happy to be holding him.
"Because... I can't tell you. It's a secret. Also, I have a surprise for you." He whispered.
Your face felt flushed from the heat of his whisper. You stammered, "Oh a surprise? When? Wha?"
"Hush." Nick pecked your cheek after he pulled away from the hug. Your heated ears fell after feeling his embrace leave and him not telling you what he's been up to.
"I actually have just a few more things to take care of first," he said as he shooed you back into your apartment.
"I will be back to pick you up at 11:00!" He pulled on the door so it would close on his way out. Before it closed, however, he called out, "See you then!" over his shoulder.
You were shocked and alone as the door clicked shut.
Whew. That was a rollercoaster. Did that just happen? 11:00 PM tonight?
That's like, just a couple hours away!
Your heart rate picked up as you ran to freshen up.
Time to look great for the date--wait--was it a date? You assumed it was a date.
Wouldn't complain if it was a date, heh.
With these thoughts in your mind, you can't help but smile.

Monsters from his past world start popping up out of the blue, and ordinary people are suddenly learning of sorcery, becoming magical girls in the process. In terms of structure, it will mostly be about what happens to Adam after coming back, but at times, there will also be chapters focusing on Adam's life before his transferred, in chronological order. In other words, very typical isekai stuff. The chapters will be between 2000 and god-only-knows-how-many words and will be released every three days at 8 am, CST. I don't actually live in America so if chapter release is off by an hour or so, it's probably either because I messed up with the time, or because I was unable to finish a chapter on time-, The artwork on the cover belongs to yours truly, I drew it myself and I'm darn tootin' proud of it, and Omni is my dear co-writer who got me this far.
