(During the year apart still)
I stiffened at the unforgettable voice of my nightmares, I didn't dare turn around. I looked up at the woman's face that was friends with Jack, she gave me a confused face before looking behind me at the figure of the voice. My body began to uncontrollably shake, I didn't want to go through this again, especially if it's in front of a "friend" of Jacks'.
"Did you hear me? Who the FUCK are you?"
I finally got the courage to turn around to the person behind me and as I predicted, Vee stood right behind me but alone this time. I got even more confused when she held a mad face mixed with a concern one, I tilted my head.
"It's none of your business, your not apart of this." Jack's Friend's voice came from behind me as I just stood there in confusion and frightened.
"Tsk, shut up you smart ass." Vee walks passed me, pushing me on her way over to Jack's friend. I stumble a little but catch myself, I quickly turned around to see what Vee's doing. My eyes widen once they set on the scene in front of me, Vee grabbed a fist full of the girl's hair. I ran as fast as I could over to them, Jack's friend clearly could win against Vee so I don't know why she isn't fighting back. I grab Vee's free hand and try to pull her away, yelling at her.
"Stop Vee! Don't hurt her!" Vee ignores me, pushing me away and towards the ground. I stumble and scrape my hands, I ignore this and get up again. This time a crowd had gathered around us and was now watching, Vee's voice could be heard clearly yelling profanities at Jack's friend but she just keeps quiet. I stare as Vee continually hits Jack's friend, I cover my ears to stop from hearing the sounds of the hits contacting skin. I couldn't take it, it brought so many memories back to me. I finally got the courage to stand up and run towards Vee and the girl, I set my hands out and close my eyes. Once my hands contact a body, I push as hard as I can so they fall over to the ground.

"Bitch!" The sound of Vee's voice and the sound of something hitting the ground made me open my eyes, Vee was on the ground now, facing away from me. Jack's friend stood silent for a second before looking over to me, she seems to be in worse shape than what Vee actually could of done to her. Her face was so scarred and bloody, the parts of skin that was showing was scarred as well. I gasped as I reach out to her but she just flinches away, what came next was even worse. Vee had gotten up and was heading towards me and the girl, the girl seemed prepared for the hit while I covered my face with my hands.
"Damn you idiots.." The sound of a voice whispered in between me and the girl, I didn't even get a chance to respond before Vee was on the ground again. She laid on the ground, a butcher knife sticking out of her chest. Everyone around us screamed and rushed towards her while some others ran, I was suddenly yanked backwards. Now running towards the woods with a hand wrapped around my hand, I looked at the body in front of me but only met a white sweatshirt and medium coal hair. I gasped out once I felt a bush surround me, I had to close my eyes for a second but when I opened them, I was met with Jeff.
"You are stupid you know that!? You got hurt and didn't even fight back!" I flinched at his volume, I didn't know he could be this loud, I guess I never really WAS on his bad side. He didn't appear to be talking to me though, he was only focusing on the girl. She just looked at him dead in the eyes before bowing her head in defeat, placing her hand out to him. He furrowed his eyebrows before switching looks between her and her hand, he seemed confused and upset about something.

Jeff smacks her hand aside quickly, I flinch at the sound. She seems as lost as I was until Jeff pounces out and wraps his arms around her, she freezes but immediately hugs back. After a couple of seconds of being a 3rd-wheel, Jeff let's go. The girl now turned her gaze towards me, her eyes shone bright like green emeralds. Her scars didn't even compare to her eyes, I hadn't noticed before but now I can see everything.
"I'm sorry you have to see me like this..." Her voice was still below a whisper, I cocked my head to the side. She didn't cause those scars so why would I be anything but sad about it?
"I lost the necklace that hides my face." I froze at this, this is what her actual face looks like? So it's just like when Jack used that necklace to look normal. I just stared for a couple seconds before closing my eyes completely, nothing is more harder then picking your judgement carefully as to not be mean.
'Asu is the one you were talking about when I kidnapped you." I snapped my eyes open and gazed up at Jeff, his face held a serious one. I thought back to when I asked if someone he cared about was in trouble, I guess she's the one he was talking about. Asu looks from Jeff to me, looking a bit confused.
"I-I'm sorry, I was just a little startled." I take another deep breath before standing up from my crouched position, they stand up as well. Asu nods before walking over to me, patting my shoulder.
"We better get going." She said bluntly, I wanted to get to know her better but Jeff seemed like he wanted to leave. A laugh leaves my mouth before I smile brightly, it will be hard finding a new place to go to school since the incident. Jeff scoffs before he starts off deeper into the woods, Asu walks after him but stops after a couple steps and turns around to look at me.
"Jack loves you, he's really worried about you..." And with that, she turns back around before running after Jeff. I stand alone, smiling like an idiot. I knew he loved me but hearing it said by another made it even more real, especially at this time at my lowest.
"TELL HIM I LOVE HIM TOO!" I yelled out to Asu who I assumed could still hear me even though I couldn't see her, but in the distance I hear a faint gag that sounded like Jeff then a loud smacking sound is heard before Jeff cries out. I laugh at this, they seem to really like each other.
"I'll stay strong for you, Jack."
