𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐎𝐒𝐓 terrifying experience the siblings went through, it all seemed to have vanished because, after the fight of a lifetime, all they did was exit an elevator to a seemingly normal and calm courtyard.
It had different paths built and was covered with trees. Some street lights were put on the sides, but nothing out of the ordinary that should draw their eye.
As the others looked around themselves, Five walked over to a memorial where their father's face statue was put along with a note which indicated that this was a park gifted by him.
"Luther?" Viktor was the first to notice him alive and standing. "Luther?" A smile of relief appeared on his face as he approached him in disbelief.
"Oh, shit." Luther looked around himself, seeing the others too. "You can see me?"
"Yes!" Viktor jumped into his arms and embrace. Cheers of happiness erupted and the siblings happily laughed. "Wait." Viktor noticed something unusual when he stood up on his feet again. "That's not all, big guy."
Luther confusingly looked at his body, where Viktor was looking with wide eyes and saw that he was back to normal. He no longer had the monkey DNA and was finally looking like a normal human.
"Oh, shit! My body!" Luther touched his chest in amazement. "I look amazing." He pretended to flex his muscles, which he had zero now. "I gotta show Sloane!" But his smile quickly vanished. "Wait, where's Sloane?"
At the same time, Five noticed that Y/n was no longer with them too. "Wait, Y/n's not here either." He drowned out the voices of his siblings as he could feel his body starting to give up on him. He began to frantically look around out but it was no use.

"Does anyone know where the hell we are?" Ben managed to break Five out of his gaze.
"The old man reset the universe." Five came to the realization. "And so did Y/n and Sloane."
"Wait, but didn't you hear how Allison rumored something to Y/n?" Viktor walked over to Five.
"What? What did she say?" Five raised his voice.
"I-I don't know, but it could have something to do with this." Viktor tried explaining.
"But that doesn't explain Sloane!" Luther yelled as he walked around the courtyard before marching over to Five and taking him by the collar. "I don't care about any resets, all right? I want my wife back. Where is she, Five?"
"I'm glad you're alive, but take your hand off me." Five hissed at him. "Y/n is gone too, I'm also worried, okay? They're both gone!"
"Then tell me the answer." Luther pulled him closer.
"Okay, screw this." The boy tried to jump away with his power, but got nothing - it didn't work. Then he tried again. "Something's wrong."
"Yeah, I'm about to kick your ass." Luther told him.
"No, you moron. My power." Five said. "I can't blink."
Soon, everyone was trying out their powers. As Luther let go of Five, Diego pulled out his knives and tried to spin one of them between his fingers. The only thing was he dropped it on the ground. "That's not good."
Ben tried to summon some tentacles - nothing. Klaus attempted to get some dead spirits - also nothing.
"Wait, how do we get 'em back, you idiots?" Ben yelled at everyone.
"I gotta...I gotta go find my wife." Luther struggled to speak.
"Same." Five heavily sighed to himself as Luther sprinted away from them with Klaus, trying to stop him.

It didn't take long for Klaus to chase after Luther and for Ben to flip everyone off and walk out.
"Come on, guys, we need to stick together." Viktor tried to tell something to the other three that were left.
"Well, what are we supposed to do?" Diego asked.
Lila looked up at him and smiled. "Live our lives?"
Diego nodded at her words and took her left hand in his. He gave one last nod, no words, no hugs or handshakes, to Five and Viktor before walking out and leaving the two alone. But after some moments of thinking, Five took his actions and walked out of the park, leaving Viktor all alone himself.

𝐀𝐒 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐃 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐃𝐋𝐘 stood looking out of his huge window, his wife walked away, leaving him alone to himself and Y/n. He turned around to look at the girl who was tied to a chair with duct tape on her mouth.
Y/n tried freeing herself out of the trap, straining and attempting to get her arms out, but that made no use. She had limited air supply and after just a couple of moves, she was already tired.
"Welcome to your new home, Y/n." Reginald proudly walked over to her with a smile. "I hope you'll like it in here."
The girl tried to say something, so Reginald took off the duct tape, making her gasp for air. "You...what did you do? Where is my family?"
"Your family?" Reginald furrowed his eyebrows. "You need your pathetic family?"
Y/n scoffed at that question. "The only pathetic member of my family is you, Dad, and I don't need you. Now tell me, where are my siblings?"
Reginald chuckled at her and bent down to her level. "Y/n, you may not need me, but I need you." The girl's eyes went wide at that comment. "You're much more valuable than you might think."
"Am I some sort of trophy to you?" Y/n shook her head. "Tell me, where the hell are my siblings?"
Dad chuckled at her and stood up from the ground. "You will see your siblings if you do as I say so. If you don't, bad things might happen to you and your future family." Y/n was beginning to panic as she stared deep into his eyes. "I suggest you do as I say so before you regret it. Or do you want more people to die?"
"I'm not Allison, Dad." Y/n rolled her eyes and scoffed. "You can't manipulate me."
"Oh, but I can manipulate you just like I did with Allison." Reginald came in closer to her. "With your own child."

A Nation of Distances (possibly a dystopian love story)
Michael lives in a toxic macho world with extreme male hierarchy. When he gets a weird rating that makes his place even more problematic he's forced to choose a fiancée at a Wife School, and he slowly discovers more about the other side of the great divide between the sexes in The Nation. If only the world would stop being so complicated... On the other side there's Megan, who's more interested in books than in marriage, and the unpredictable Eliza who seems to have a connection with Micheal already. Will they be able to cross the distance and become friends against all the rules of their own world, or will they just be crushed? Are positive relationships between men and women even possible? And is there a way to change the world or is that just a naive thought of a silly wimp? 'A Nation of Distances' is a slightly dystopian dialogue-heavy drama set in a low sci-fi future setting about the war between the sexes, disconnect and friendship. The genre will fluctuate in between more slice-of-life parts and soft sci-fi drama with possible romantic elements, with alternating lead and switching perspectives once more of the main characters are established. Content Warning: Certain concepts and scenes might be disturbing and/or triggering to some, even though the story itself won't be extremely heavy most of the time. Sexism as a double-edged sword destructive to both sexes is an important part of the story, but so is friendship.Note that all descriptions of persons and places are purely fictional and made up by the writer, and any resemblance with anything in the real world is a coincidence, since the real world is not supposed to be dystopian anyway!
