a black, shrouded spectre who appears when your time on earth has come to an end.

Although his personality and his work are as mysterious as death itself

he was as clear as daylight to the lord of death

bakugo katsuki

the tokoyami was a servant for the lord, his second in command

he would bring dying souls to his kingdom and the Lord would lead them to either heaven or hell where a god or the devil would take it from there

the two had known each other since the beginning of time

working together in the never-ending limbo that was their lives

and bakugo wanted the reaper all to himself

he hated each time he would leave to the mortal realm

he wanted him down with him

but because of their jobs chosen by fate and destiny themselves, it would never come to be

he wanted to be close with the reaper

and he knew exactly how to do it

"you won't believe what is happening this month of the pandemic, a-" tokoyami began as he beckoned the souls of the dead with him, ready to explain to the lord what was going on the world above

the only bakugo raised his hand and flung the souls to the side and into the door of choice, he'll let this group find their own way this time

"my lord, what's wrong?" tokoyami asked, never in a million years had he done something as unexpected as this

"marry me" bakugo stated

the reaper staggered back, placing his cane to the corner and lowering his hood to make sure he was hearing this properly

"excuse me," he asked with a blush

"we've known each other for so long and, well it pains me each time I see you leave, I can't stop you from going but maybe, this could be a way that we're always with one another" bakugo explained flustered, not used to be romantic

only for the raven head to chuckle, confusing the lord and slight hurt before feeling the ravens stone-cold beak press against his own dead lips

"We don't need marriage to know we are always with one another, but I will say yes if it makes you feel better," tokoyami said softly

the lord blushed, his love had said yes

with joy, he wrapped his new bride in a bone-crushing hug

from then on tokoyami was both known as the grim reaper and husband of the lord of darkness

and maybe in another ten million years

perhaps they would find a way to have a child
