《The tokoyamiverse》A soul of a corpse

Requested by SecretlyPryo (contains death)
darkshadow cried in anger and anguish
anyone who dared to try and move the no longer breathing body of his host
no
his best friend
his brother
would tear apart limb from limb
at least while he still could
tokoyami had died just an hour ago
his blood continued to flow but only just
he wasn't ready to die
not this young
his poor brother had his life on the line for a child who was in the crossfire of a villain fight
dark shadow tried to block the bullet
but it was just too fast
and it landed straight into fumi's heart
the accident and emergency staff tried everything to save them
but it was useless
they tried to move him but darkshadow didn't let them
not until he too passed away
he knew he was going to die when fumi did
he could feel it in their bond
it just seemed to be slower for the quirk
and that seemed to make it more frightening
as more time passed
the more he felt his shape evaporate into the sky
parts of his shadowy body were pulled away
he feared what would happen next
where would he go
do quirks go anywhere
do they just dissolve into nothingness
would he ever see his fumi again
he wanted his fumi to be happy
he had always done everything to make him happy
his entire existence was to protect him
and he had failed him
it was his fault he was dead
perhaps he didn't deserve to go anywhere
but fumi did
the young hero deserved the world
darkshadow just hoped he was happy
wherever he was
the outside world was becoming fuzzy
colours seemed to blur into one another
it was going to happen soon
he just wished it would end now

the world around him was as dark as he was
the quirk seemed to blend in with his surroundings
seems he had finally left the world
forever in the darkness
but now in alone
"dark shadow?" a familiar voice asked the quirk
the shadow's eyes bulged
there in front of him was the figure of his brother
black raven head and all
"fumi?" he asked in shock, tears coming to his yellow orbs
"I'm here darkshadow" tokoyami reassured in a calming and welcoming manner
darkshadow felt new energy fill his entity
it wasn't life
but it was something greater
and as he came closer to the raven it seemed to get stronger
their bond back intact
"fumi!" he cried as he rushed towards his brother and hugged him tightly
"heh, what took you so long?" tokoyami laughed
darkshadow laughed but tears continued to fall
"I'm so sorry that I couldn't protect you, it's my fault that your...that we're-" darkshadow began to apologise before the raven stopped him
"you've done more for me then you think dark shadow, you were there for me, even in my darkest moments, I'm glad we're going to be together forever brother," tokoyami said happily
the world around them seemed to get lighter
their time had come
"wherever you go" tokoyami began
"I will follow" darkshadow finished

Reborn From the Cosmos
Lourianne Tome is a mildly talented, underachieving, slightly lecherous summoner who wants nothing more than to live a simple life away from her father's expectations. Those dreams are waylaid when a madman knocks her carriage off the road and sacrifices her to power a summoning. After a fateful encounter with a powerful elemental, Lou becomes something other than human and embarks on a journey to live happily and bring a little amusement to a god tired of the world's status quo. This is a mainly slice of life story with a bit of action/adventure. A few tags that need to be added here: 18+, yuri (wlw, lgbt), NSFW (and it doens't really have dedicated chapters, it is very much a part of the story), shapeshifter (and everything that comes with that). Fair warning.

Ever After
Nerdy gamer chick Claire is one of the first people to log into new Supplementary Reality game Ever After, an MMO styled after classic Dungeons & Dragons tropes. She's beyond delighted with her dwarf ranger character, despite the derision the combination attracts in the game forums, and her starter quests are going well... but is this questline really working out the way the designers intended?

Angel Skin
'Home to half-breeds. A home to monsters such as us.' Deep in the isolation of the forest and hills there lies a place called Sanctuary. A home to creatures not quite human, not quite monster. A sleeping warrior known as both Celeste and Venus enjoys such isolation, entertaining herself with the residents filling the near-empty halls of the estate. She enjoys the honey-sweet taste and warm comapny of the half-fae, half-demons, creatures of shadow and moon-water, young soldiers and witches of the wood. But such tastes are soured upon the arrival of an old enemy. A ghost of her demonic past. A puppet-master eager to find his favourite toy, and reclaim her once more.

Understanding a cultivation world
A modern man armed with having read a few novels about cultivation is suddenly transmigrated to a cultivation world. He fights to both survive and thrive in this new archaic world full of arrogant young masters, demonic sects, and incredibly hostile wildlife. Note: In this story, I wanted to focus a lot more on what most novels skim past in regards to cultivation, namely the whole, spiritual growth aspect that seems to be entirely absent from the prosses of obtaining enlightenment the majority of the time, but the method of gaining cultivation. how it works, and what kind of world would develop around it are all things I wish to explore in this novel.

Way of the World
In a world of martial arts and magic, where the strong do as they please, a young swordsman seeks revenge for his school's destruction and mentor's death, while trying to stay true to his own values. Arround him, the era shifts as immense powers struggle and scheme for the world's future. Join our protagonist as he travels through exotic lands, meets strange and funny creatures and learns to remain human amongst the carnage. Author's note: This is the first story I'm writting in a coherent manner (I have written a lot of DnD background stories in the past), so bear with me if I make boring or overdescriptive bits: I'll regularly come back to rewrite whichever parts feel unpolished, especially grammatical errors. I would also appreciate any corrections or suggestions.
