"Ok... so let me get this straight" Phil said once Hannah told them the whole story "You found her wander close to her grave, alone and scared, brought her in your home, gave her a name and had been taking care of her ever since?" he asked, receiving a nod from her "Basically yes"

"I'm guessing you don't remember who killed you right?" Wilbur asked Angela, who shook her head "All i remember is seeing a person in front of me and... then i fell asleep" she shivered a bit "When i woke up i was laying next to... m-my grave"

Techno didn't say a word throughout the whole exchange, he was just furious. Whoever did this will face the wrath of the Blood God, that's for sure, but right now, before revenge, he had to worry about her.

"There's something i wanted to ask you Hannah" Phil said "I noticed that before Angela sat down and before she took the teacup you touched them, is there a reason or was just a coincidence?" she smiled "You're a very perceptive person" she took a spoon in hand.

"You see, ghosts normally wouldn't be able to touch the objects belonging to the living world, since we don't belong to it anymore, but with enough training you can learn to focus enough energy around the part of the body that comes in contact with said object, allowing you to touch and lift it" she explained.

"I have been teaching Angela to do it as well, but it seems it's particularly hard for her, her magic is very weak, probably because when she died her magic was at it's lowest. I touch the objects before her to place my magic on them, so she can hold them, otherwise they'll just fall right through her hands" she handed her the spoon "Give it a try Angela" she encouraged.

Angela nodded, hesitantly taking the spoon, Phil could see she was focusing really hard but the object kept remaining stuck half-way in her hand, so she still needed to practice. After a while the spoon fell.

"That's good, you got better" she cheered, patting her back a bit, earning a small smile from her.

"Still, we need to decided what to do now" Wilbur added, catching their attention "You can't just stay in that small house in the forest forever, if Dream manages to escape or has more affiliates he might come after you" he pointed out, the thought of it making Techno growl.

"That won't be a problem, ghosts don't have a physical form, they can't be harmed" Hannah reminded "I know, but there might be more to that"

"What do you mean?"

"My husband means that there might be ways of hurting or capturing ghosts that not even you are aware of" Sally clarified.

"She's right, we found out that Angela was for some reason drawn to the full moon by a very old book, who says that in some other book there are similar informations" Philza added.

"I think it's better if you stay here for the time being while we do some research, just to be safe" Sally said in a soft voice to her. Angela gave an insecure look at Hannah.

"I-i'll stay if Hannah can stay t-too... i-i don't want to b-be alone" she mumbled, Hannah took her hand "Of course i'll stay, i'm not leaving a friend behind"

And so, from that day and for a whole week, Angela and Hannah stayed inside the castle of the Soot kingdom while they awaited for the two kings to do their digging. Needless to say that Techno was beyond furious, he just wanted to kill Dream so badly, but he knew he couldn't do it, they still needed him alive.

So him and Philza went back to their castle to do some research, soon finding a few books that talked about ghosts and going back to Wilbur to talk about it.

"It says here that ghosts are created when someone has a strong regret when they die and can't pass on until that regret is fixed, unfortunately, they don't remember it, so this makes it even harder for them to fix it" Wilbur explained.

"Is there anything that says how to bring someone who's a ghost back to life?" Techno asked, Wilbur shook his head "In our royal library there's not a single mention of it" they both sighed.

"Excuse me?" Hannah piped in "I might have an idea"

"Geppy! Look at this!" Bad shoved a flyer on Skeppy's face "They are looking for smart people like you!" he said excitedly. Skeppy, pushed the flyer off his face and took it in his hand, giving Bad an annoyed look "You didn't have to shove it in my mouth you muffin"

'Whoever is in possess of any information about harming or reviving ghosts is asked to come to the Soot kingdom, if your information is useful you'll be rewarded with a fitting amount of gold'

"Huh... i did do some research on ghosts a few years back, i should still have the results with me"

"Why don't you go and give it a try? We could use the gold" Abby added, joining the conversation "Besides, it would be fun to finally leave this cave, i'm sure that Dream guy won't dare to try and attack us again in a kingdom full of people, and if he does" she growled, her teeth and horns growing in size "I'll tear him to bits"

Skeppy sighed, he wasn't really convinced in this whole thing, but they needed the money, so in the end they set off for the Soot kingdom, arriving about a day later, seeing a long line of people waiting just outside of the castle.

"It seems like many other had the same idea as us" Abby pointed out, Skeppy held the papers of his research tightly against his chest "What if they don't find my research useful?" Bad patted his back "That's fine, we'll just go back to hunting, but i'm sure they'll like it" he reassured, earning a small smile from him.

They waited in line for almost two hours and when their turn came, they got escorted into a room with both kings, needless to say Techno was surprised to see him again.

"You're that Geological spirit that Dream kept captive" he said, rising a bit in his seat "I assume these are your void demon friends" Skeppy gulped, remembering that Angela did warn him that she would tell the king everything, he just hoped that he wasn't mad at them.

"Y-yes your m-majesty" he answered, the three of them kneeling down "Very well, expose your information, if we deem them useful you'll be rewarded" Wilbur said, Skeppy took a deep breath and stood up, opening some of his paper and placing them on the large table in front of him.

"Y-you see, i-i did some research a f-few years back a-and found out that e-even though ghosts don't hold a physical form they can s-still get hurt if they want to" Techno raised an eyebrow "If the want to?" Skeppy nodded.

"I-if they want to protect someone they can use their magic to gain a temporary physical form, and in that short span of time they can be hit by normal weapons and presumably killed"

"Presumably?" Wilbur repeated.

"I-i didn't test the fact if they could be killed your m-majesty" he clarified, receiving an understandable nod.

"What about bringing a ghost back to life, do you have any information about that?" Techno asked, he was far more interested into that to be honest, but all the people before him only had useless informations, so he was starting to lose hope.

"W-well... i-i once went in a city far out in the desert c-called Orior, w-which means rise and rebirth i-in Latin, t-the people there worship an ancient God known by the name of Foolish, he's said to be able to be able to bring back to life someone if he deems them worth of a second chance" Techno was very interest in this information and wanted to hear more, but right in that moment Hannah decided to phase through the wall and go talk to them.

"King Wilbur, me and Angela are going out for a walk, i was against the idea of telling you but she thought it would have been rude if we just left without warning, so there, we are leaving for a few hours" she said sternly, catching Bad's attention.

"Angela?" he asked "Is... is Angela here?!" he stood up, taking a step closer, alarming the guards, who reached for their swords, their action making Abby growl a bit.

"Yeah, she's in the other room, why? Are you one of her friends?" she asked, receiving a small nod from him. Wilbur leaned in to whisper to Techno.

"We could let them meet, this could jog her memory a bit" he proposed, Techno sighed but agreed nonetheless "Hannah could you tell her to come in?" she scoffed a bit but obliged in the end, leaving the room and returning shortly after with Angela, this time opening the door, since she didn't like phasing through things.

Their eyes met, and the room fell quiet for several seconds.

"You...." Angela started, walking closer "You look... familiar" she said, heading towards Bad, stopping at a safe distance "Do i know you?" she asked, tilting her head to the side a bit. Bad didn't respond right away, tears started to flow down from his eyes, as well as from Abby's and Skeppy's.

"I'm so sorry.... i shouldn't have done it... i shouldn't have listened to your plea..." he apologized, which only made her even more confused, Angela remembered that this person was the last one she saw when she was still... well, alive. But she was more than sure that he wasn't a bad person, she didn't know why, she just knew.

"I shouldn't have killed you"
