I clenched my hands into fists, pissed as hell.
Me: What the fuck!?
I bellowed to one in particular, I watched as Muzi lowered his head. My ex girlfriend decided to take my child to her mothers and left her there! Sam is dead!
Me: Get the jet ready now!
I shouted as I took my gun tucking it on my waist and fixing my blazer.
Muzi: Sho bossa (yes boss)
He sprinted to the car and opening the door for me.
Soon I was in Eastern Cape and walking to the unfamiliar house of Sam's mother. I knocked on the door. Soon a middle aged woman opened the door, as soon as she saw me she smiled.
Ma'Sam: Awu nyana! (Son!)
Me: Sawubona ma. (Hello mother)
Ma'Sam pulled me into a hug as she smiled.
Her short frame covered under my tall broad frame.
Ma'Sam: Come in.
I walked inside and sat down. Getting straight to the point.
Me: Where's Jade?
I asked for what I came for here, my baby girl, who Sam shifted when she got tired.
Ma'Sam sighed and sat down next to me.
Ma'Sam: Aww, she's sleeping in her room, kodwa mntwanam kowusho ( but son, tell me this) what is happening between you and Samantha?
I sighed, damn you Sam, she didn't even have the courtesy to tell her mother we broke up.
Me: Ma, me and Sam broke up a long time ago, she didn't tell you did she?
She clapped her hands and shook her head. Ma'Sam was a very nice lady, what Sam did was unacceptable when many parents were shit out there, she was the ideal mother.
Me: Ngiyaxolisa ma (I'm sorry)
Ma'Sam: Oh Sam, what have you done?
I looked down, feeling sorry for her, she didn't deserve a daughter like Sam.

Me: Ma I have come to get Jade, I heard Sam just left her here.
Ma'Sam: I'm sorry son, Sam came here a few days back and said she was tired of taking care of Jade, I had no idea that you didn't know.
My jaws were clenched as the anger flared up. Sam! When I get my hands on her, she's dead. Fucking piss of shit! I felt hands on my thigh.
Ma'Sam: Calm down nyana (son) let me make some food and we can talk for a while till Jade wakes up, yeah?
I nodded at her, she got up and disappeared to the kitchen leaving me to my thoughts on how to murder and hide Sam's body.
I took out my phone and called my brother, it rang for a few minutes before he picked up.
Me: Stop eating pussy and get up!
Sanele chuckled and I heard shuffling in the background.
Sanele: Wena san,( you boy,) you forget I'm older than you and can still give you a good whopping.
I can still punch him straight up too, but he was still my older brother and I respected him.
Me: Fuck off, I'm in Eastern Cape.
Sanele: Why?
Me: Sam!
Sanele: For fucks sake, what did she do now?
I went on and told him everything that Sam did.
Sanele: Is my niece okay?
Me: I haven't seen her yet, Ma'Sam says she's sleeping.
I could imagine him nodding even though I couldn't see him.
Sanele: Alright, when are you coming back?
Me: Preferably tomorrow.
I heard him sigh, I licked my lips waiting for him to talk.
Sanele: Alright, see you.
I hung up and pocketed my phone, I heard footsteps soon after.
I looked up from the floor to see my baby girl standing there looking at me with sleepy eyes holding on to a teddy. My lips stretched into a big grin. I opened my arms for her to come to daddy. She wabbled over to me in her tiny steps. I laughed as I lifted her up and hugged her, kissing her everywhere. Hearing my daughter squeal was music to my ears.

Me: How's daddy's girl?
Jade: Daddy!
She giggled as I kept on with my kissing assault.
Jade: It tickles!
She giggled and I stopped sitting down and setting her on my lap.
Jade: Daddy, mommy left me.
She looked like she was about to cry, damn that broke my heart, something I never want to see was my child do, crying. My jaw twitched, my anger bubbling ready to burst. I wiped the tears that had started to fall on her face.
Me: Mommy has uhm, things to take care of baby alright?
Jade: But she said, she's never coming back for me.
She stuttered her words out as tears rolled down her tiny face. I pulled her close to me so she laid on my chest.
Me: She didn't mean that baby, she was joking.
I hated Sam for this, she can do anything with me, extort money from me all she wants but with my daughter, I'll kill her.
Jade had calmed down now, just on my lab playing with my phone as I sat with Ma'Sam and drinking tea.
Ma'Sam: Weeh Jade, ngoku uyahamba, uthi mna ndihlale apha ndodwa( So Jade, now you leaving, you saying I must stay here alone?)
Jade: Ah gogo, mina funa hamba no baba (Granny, I want to leave with Dad)
She focused on her game without even sparing her grandmother a look. Ma'Sam laughed and sipped on her tea.
Ma'Sam: Umakhulu uzosala eyedwa nje (Granma will just have to stay alone)
Jade: Kodwa I love you gogo neh (but I love you granny okay?)
I laughed at her trying to make her grandma not to feel bad for leaving her. Ma'Sam chuckled and poured her tea on a sourcer.
Me: Eh, Ma we have to be on the way manje (now)
Ma'Sam nodded and stood up, collecting the dishes and putting them back in the kitchen.
Me: Did you pack all your things?
Jade nodded still playing some game on her phone. I smiled at her, it was better than seeing her crying. Ma'Sam came back but with Jade's bag. I took it and set it on my car.
Ma'Sam: Jade you must behave neh (okay)?
Jade: Gogo mina (Grandma, me) I'm a good girl.
She exclaimed patting her chest in a proud way.
Ma'Sam: I know my baby, I know.
They hugged and Ma'Sam waved at us as we made our way to the car. Glad to have my baby back with me, Sam will surely be dealt with. Jade slept on the way to the airport, I took my phone and dialed Muzi, and put it on speaker.
Muzi: Bossa (Boss)
Me: Get ready, we on the way.
Muzi: Sho skhulu ( Okay boss)
I hung up and glanced back at my little girl, sleeping soundly.

We Weren't Acting
Warning this book is rough. Not edited. We wanted privacy. We wanted a normal relationship with no high expectations. But that's hard when you have a whole fan base keeping tabs on your relationship. With that comes no privacy and very high expectations.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - "I know you weren't acting just then," his voice rumbles, as he whispers in my ear, making sure all the cameramen around us are distracted."I know you were thinking of me when 'Oliver' was rubbing your thigh," he says while kissing my earlobe quickly and secretly so no one can see. I let out a small gasp knowing he's right. I was supposed to be in character, acting in the moment with 'Oliver', not Chris. "I know you wish we weren't in this room, with all these damn people. I know you want me just as much as I want you," he says not bothering to hide the huskiness to his voice. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - DON'T STEAL MY STORY OR PLOTHighest rankings:#1 in Famous #1 in Lovecraft#1 in heartthrob #1 in movie#1 in completed#2 in hot#1 in goodgirl#1 in drama#30 in Romance #6 in BadboyCover by: vhentii
