Sino got ready for school. She grabbed an apple and went to the Jeep Siya gave her to use. He had gone to work early today. She drove to school and parked on the campus's parking lot. She needed to go to the Deans's office to tell them to give their old room to other students since they don't live there anymore. A car parked next to hers, Sizwe came out looking slick as ever, he smiled at Sino. He made his way to her, and she seemed a bit taken back by his appearance. He looked different, he had a strange aura around him.

Sizwe: Hey, long time.

Sino: Hi, yeah been uhm- busy.

Sizwe: Yeah, you look good by the way.

Sino: Oh thanks...I'm just gonna go in now.

She didn't know what he was doing here so she felt kinda awkward. She started walking but he grabbed her arm, she turned to face him, looked at his hand on her arm and back at his face. Sizwe let go and cleared his throat, he was captivated by her beauty.

Sizwe: So, I was wondering if you'd like to have lunch with me today.

Sino: Sizwe, I- I'm busy today, the thing is...I've been behind with school so I'd like to catch up.

She lied, she's been studying a lot the past few days and caught up with everything if not ahead. She just felt uneasy around him, her crush on him long gone. She just wanted to be far from this man in front of her right now.

Sizwe: Oh...dinner then?

Siya: I don't know, look I gotta go, see ya.

She bolted to the entrance leaving Sizwe cussing some profanities under his breath.

He called someone.

Woman: Is it on?

Sizwe: I don't think I still have the same effect on her anymore.

Woman: What do you mean, she's just a little hormonal stupid girl, you a hot grown man. How hard is it to pursue this girl?

Sizwe: Listen, I don't answer to you okay? And she's different now, we need a new plan.

Woman: Okay, I guess I'll have to come up with something again.

Sizwe: Oh screw you!

Woman: Okay listen...

She went on explaining her plan. Sizwe grinned and hung up the phone. 'This should work' he thought. At first, he was supposed to sell her to buyers but he fell hard for her so he just watched her be happy with someone else instead until she came with an offer to get his love back.

Two classes after, Sino, went to the Deans' office and after explaining to him that it's not the school's fault she moved out, she went to lunch. After plopping on a chair at an empty table she opened her sandwich and took a big bite. Her phone went off. She smiled and picked up her phone.

Sino: Ah mama weh ngane zam (Mother of my kids)

Mbali: ubaba wezingane zami (Father of my children)

They laughed a little, feeling a bit stupid.

Sino: How you holding up?

Mbali sighed, she had gone to the Dr's appointment with Sanele that day, and nothing was found but she was stressing too much and she needed to tone it down before it affected the baby. Sanele went in a frenzy all day, he was moody and bossy. He wanted everything to be done for Mbali. He even stayed at home the whole day taking care of her.

Mbali: I've been watching some youtube videos that suggest ways to calm stress for pregnant women. I should be fine, plus Sanele has been on my neck since the Dr's appointment. He even bought different books about pregnancy, I swear that man is hooked.

Sino giggled. She was honestly happy for her sister. A few months back, she would've laughed at someone telling her that her best friend would be pregnant and with a guy of her dreams.

Sino: Damn, excited much?

Mbali: Look who's talking?

Sino: Minaaaaaa? (meeeee)

Mbali: You bought a whole baby store last week.

Sino: Oh come on, it was not a whole store.

Mbali: The nursery has no space Sino.

Sino: Hey, in my defense...

Mbali: What? You don't even know the gender.

Sino: Okay maybe I went overboard a little.

Mbali: A little?

Sino: It's my first niece/nephew okay!

Mbali: Hai, okay, listen I need help with something.

Sino: What's wrong?

Mbali: I need remedies to lose weight, I look like a pigsty

Sino: Whaaaat? You?

Mbali: Oh my God you also think I'm fat?

Sino: No no no, oh Jesus. Listen, babe, you look amazing okay, it's your first pregnancy-

Mbali: Hopefully last.

Sino: -and you need to enjoy every bit of it okay. And who cares what you look like, that man of yours is whipped so no worries there.

Mbali: I guess you right, thanks, friend.

Sino: Anytime.

They hung up. Sino checked her phone and sighed, time for another class. She grabbed her things and marched to her next class.

She bumped into someone and her bag fell emptying her contents on the floor. She cursed under her breath. A boy crouched down to help her. After taking all her things she looked at the person who was making her late. A young boy, no more than 21 probably in his third year. He smiled at her sheepishly.

Boy: I'm sorry, I just-

Sino: It's okay, I need to get to class.

Boy: Listen, I didn't get your-

She was long gone, she was really running late and she was not in the mood to chit-chat. Getting in class, she sat down in the middle of the big room and took out her things. She started listening when someone sat next to her. Without glancing at who it was she focused on the lesson. Someone cleared their throat and she looked over. And it was the same boy she bumped into earlier.

Sino: You!

Boy: Me!

Sino: Are you following me?

Boy: I came here to study.

Sino: You have a history book on, in an economic class.

She stated matter of fact. He pursed his lips in a thin line and rubbed the back of his neck.

Boy: Okay maybe I must've seen you at the cafeteria earlier on and bumped into you to get your attention and followed you here because I find you very interesting.

Sino: It's bold of you to admit to such and very weird to find someone you've never conversed with interesting don't you think?

Boy: Cheeky, nice.

Sino: Excuse me?

Boy: The name's Bonga.

Sino: I'd like to focus on my class now Bonga.

Bonga: Aren't you at least gonna tell me your name?

Sino: Are you gonna leave if I do?

Bonga: I swear.

Sino: Sinoxolo.

Bonga: Nice name for a beautiful girl.

Sino: It's 'Beautiful name for a beautiful girl' actually but sure.

Bonga: I'll be out then, but I'm not giving up on you.

Sino: Whatever rocks your boat.
