The group woke up in the morning and started getting ready, Mbali had talked to her dad about coming, with guests. It was easier for her to talk to him than her mother. She'd ask questions like 'who are they?' 'what class do they reside in?' like she cares. They were now in a different black Rolls-Royce's heading to Mbali's home, It was a big house but no mansion, not that they couldn't afford it. But David, Mbali's dad didn't want anything extravagant, just a home. Against his wife's protests, Zanele, he got what he wanted.

They parked in the driveway and got out. Mbali's heart started to quicken by the second as they approached the doorstep. With shaky hands, she pressed the doorbell. Turning to look at Sanele who had his hand firmly on hers in a protective and reassuring manner. She looked down at their hands clutched together and smiled when the door opened revealing a petite woman, in a pencil black dress with black red bottom heels, her weave flowing down her back straightened. She screamed money and elegance.

As soon as her eyes landed on Mbali she smiled and went to hug her, but the bump had other plans as it got in the way. She looked down and gasped. Her eyes wide as saucers. Her hand went to her mouth.

Mbali: Hey, ma.

She looked down to her bump and she felt a squeeze on her hand, she smiled and brought her head up again looking at her mother with a smile.

David: Ahh my baby girl.

Her father screamed as he appeared behind Zanele. Mbali smiled wide and embraced her father in a hug, not carrying about the bump on her stomach, her father hugged her back.

Sino: Sawubona ma. (Greetings)

Zanele: Oh Sino, my child come.

Sino went closer and hugged Zanele for a brief moment. Mbali pulled away and Sino smiled at David as he outstretched his arms to hug her. After the embraces, Mbali cleared her throat.

Mbali: Ma, Baba, this is Sanele Nkosi.

She said as she took hold of his hand again, feeling the warmth creeping back in as they held hands. Her mother looked at the good looking young man from head to toe. She nodded to him. David shook hands with him, a stoic look playing on his face.

Sanele: Nice to meet you.

Mbali: And this is his brother Siya Nkosi.

Mbali gestured to Siya. Their eyes went to Siya and Sino and to their hands as they held each other.

Zanele did yet another inspection of Siya. To say she was not enjoying this would be an understatement cause she had already figured it out what's cooking here. On the other hand David showed no emotions.

Sino: He's my fiancee.

She just went blunt with it, her heart dropped when the words flew out her mouth involuntarily. And she immediately regretted it. She hadn't meant for it to come out like that to begin with.

Zanele: Your what? Heh these kids!

Zanele's classy woman demeanor vanished as she clapped her hands once. She didn't even want to know who the other two were as she strode back to the house.

David: And who may you be young man?

He looked at Snakes who had one of his hard glare, always showing he didn't give a fuck.

Snakes: Mndeni Zikalala old man.

David looked taken back but nodded and went to Lisa. She smiled shyly.

Lisa: Monalisa Zulu sir.

She contemplated shaking his hand but just extended her hand, David looked at it and shook it.

Sino: I never knew that she's a Zulu, that's weird.

She whispered to Siya. She didn't think too much about it, as it was normal to share a surname. It did mean you were related in a way but it was common.

Siya: Yeah me too.

She let it slide, how did she not know her surname. She wondered.

Everyone had settled down in the dining room. Zanele was fuming as she looked between her daughters who had men holding them close. David was not liking how the men disrespected him in his house with all the PDA in his presence as the head of the table.

David: I can't say I'm not happy for you my child, but I'm very much disappointed in both of you, especially you Mbalentle. I sent you to school but you apparently had other plans. And you Sinoxolo, I expected a lot from you, and getting married at the age of 19 was not one of them.

Zanele: Ningamahlazo (You are an embarrassment) what the hell am I supposed to say people when they see this, both my children are whoring around in Johannesburg huh?

Mbali bit her inner cheek at the choice of words her mother used. Sino turned to look at Siya and gave him a nod that she was fine as he had tensed up upon hearing his fiancee being called a whore.

David: I need to talk to my daughters alone.

Zanele: David-

David: Excuse us.

Mbali got up from the help of Siya. Sino got up as well following behind their father.

Zanele: I can't have my child bearing a nobody's child. Never!

She fumed as she looked at the men who held hard glares towards her and a cowering Lisa. Sanele's anger flared up at the tone of her voice. And something told him not to trust her or anyone from this house for that matter.

Snakes got up and went outside to smoke. He lit up a cigarette and leaned against Siya's car with his legs crossed. Zanele went out holding a Coco Chanel bag in her hands, she needed some place to be. She spotted Snakes and something in her rose up. He looked familiar. But she didn't have time to go through memory lane as she needed help with the situation at hand. She strode up to Snakes and stood confidently in front of him.

Snakes arched an eyebrow at her, he wasn't intimidated by anyone, he was just annoyed to say the least.

Zanele: Remove your car, It's blocking the way.

Snakes looked at her and pulled on his cigarette and exhaling slowly, just to irritate her more than she was.

Snakes: Unfortunately, this ain't mine, it's your son-in-law's car.

She immediately scowled, glaring daggers at him.

Zanele: He's. Not. My. Son-in-law!

Snakes smirked and pulled the last bit of his cigarette before letting it drop exactly next to her shoe, he pushed himself off the car and chuckled lightly as he passed her.

Snakes: Word of advice lady, don't do anything stupid.

Without even looking back he said and sauntered to the house. Leaving a fuming Zanele. She looked down at the cigarette and she stomped on it, before huffing and going to her car.

Inside the house, Snakes walked and sat next to Lisa as she smiled at him, the smell of nicotine and mint hitting her nostrils, wetting her panty. She sighed and composed herself. Now wasn't the time to think about how sexy this man was.

Snakes: Bafo, umazala wakho uthi suza itranzi daar, yena ufuna'ku vya (Bro, your mother in law wants you to remove your car, she wants to leave)

Snakes said as fiddled with his phone.

Sanele: Eh ndoda, uringa nobani? (Dude who you talking to?)

Snakes: Siyabonga Nkosi.

Not once he looked up from his phone as he casually said.

Siya: That woman gives me bad vibes.

Sanele: Very bad vibes.

Snakes: She's your mother in law.

Sanele/Siya: Shut up!

Snakes flickered his middle finger at them without looking up from his phone.
