I stirred up, just immediately as I moved a muscle of mine, I felt a wave of pain. I flattered my eyes open, trying rub the sleep off, which was surprisingly possible considering that I am kidnapped and my arms are supposed to be tied up... Well this is not the scrappy basement at all. Rather this is my room, oh right I'm dreaming. Well that explains why my hands aren't tied, I'm in a dream but now, why is my body so sore? Jesus. And it's pitch black outside, it must be at night, alrighty then, how do I get out of this dream and go face satan's bitch, she sure knows how to throw a mean punch.

I tried to get up and walk but the pain shoot right through making me tumble over and falling with a loud thud on the floor, Jesus what kinda dream is this? Just then the door opened.

Siya: MaZulu, what are you-

He stopped when he saw me on the floor trying to get up. Great so now Siya is in this too, not cool dreamland not cool.

Siya: What are you doing on the floor, who told you to move.

He rushed to my side in a second, scooping me up bridal style and laying me back on the bed. Well this feels real.

Me: Wait, so I'm not dreaming?

Siya looked at me like I'm crazy, putting the back of his hand on my forehead to check my temp.

Siya: Shit! You burning up.

Now that we talk about it, I actually feel...hot, whuu and woozy as hell. And now I'm seeing double. I am spinning.

Me: Whoa, this is soooo cool.

Siya: What is sthandwa sami?

Me: There's two of you, it's like the universe blessed me with double of you, thank you universe.

I yelled that last part before passing out.

Waking up again, this time a lot more stable.

Me: Siya?

No response, the room was empty, I tried getting up more careful not to fall this time. I limped my way to the door, it creaked open and I limped to the railing of the staircase. How am I supposed to walk down these without falling?

Thankfully, I heard voices downstairs.

Siya: What kind of a Dr are you huh!?

He shouted at the Dr who was looking down with fear of a man bellowing on his face.

Siya: If something happens to her, best believe you'll never be able to work a day in your life again! Get out of my house!

The Dr scurried away almost immediately. Siya grunted.

Siya: Fokon shit! (fucken shit)

My whimpering caused him to turn his head fast, his eyes were as wide as a saucers. Within a second he was scooping me up in his arms bridal style, Deja Vu if you ask me.

He opened the bedroom door, placing me on the bed carefully.

Siya: What were you doing outside, you know you not well to walk.

Me: I was looking for you.

Siya sighed and climbed next to me on the bed. He pulled me closer to him, careful not to hurt me. His heart was beating rapidly. I put my hand on his chest.

Me: Why are you upset?

Siya: There's a lot of things that I'm upset about.

Me: Why were you shouting at the Dr then?

Siya: He gave you a strong dosage of medication, something about making your pain hurt less, but that fucker used too much of it and it made you lose control for sometime, I swear I'm gonna kill him.

I looked up at him, disbelief is all I'm thinking about right now.

Me: Everyone makes mistakes.

Siya: What if that medicine was vital huh, what if something else other than you losing control had happened? That's a mistake that can't be forgiven.

I kissed his chest, and held onto him tighter.

Me: Thank you for bringing me home.

Siya: I thought I lost you.

Me: I thought I lost you.

Siya: You never leaving without a guard again.

I kept quiet, because firstly, I'm tired to argue, secondly I'm happy to be home so I just want to savor this moment here.

Me: I'm tired.

He kissed my forehead and whispered to my ear.

Siya: Sleep my love.

I complied and fell into a slamber.

The following day, I woke up and Siya ran a bathtub for me. He washed, and lotioned my body. He choose some comfortable tights with a big sweater of his and fuzzy socks and dressed me up. He was gentle with everything, he looked so focused and determined when he combed my hair and put it in a bun. I was in too deep, and I'm afraid I can't get out. He carried me to the living room, apparently the squad was here when I was rescued and left a day before I woke up, since I was out for two whole days.

They came back today and were sitting in the living room couches cuddled up with their significant others.

Mbali: Sam is Jade's mother is that right?

Siya nodded, he had just explained to us who kidnapped me and for what reasons. Apparently his baby mamma did, and guess who else? Sizwe, that lying slimy bastard was even in human trafficking. How naive was I to fall for his crap. For someone who was kidnapped I sure am not traumatized, there was nothing traumatizing about that entire ordeal, everything was so plain and just suspicious, not because I was kidnapped by a woman, trust me woman can be bad-ass, I have scars to prove it. It just felt weird, especially since I overheard their conversation of not wanting to kill me, because that lying prick was in love with me. I'm just glad he burnt out in that explosive that happened 'accidently' so they say.

Snakes: I'm just glad you okay.

I smiled softly at him, and everyone else who nodded in agreement.

Me: I'm thankful to you guys for that.

Siya kissed my shoulder.

Sanele: Hey, you family alright, we take care of family here.

Snakes: That's right, plus I enjoy watching home boy being whipped over you here.

Lisa hit his chest playfully. Siya flickered him a middle finger.

Mbali: Well I have news to share.

Sanele kissed her cheek and she looked at him smiling, taking his hand to put on her belly.

Mbali: The Dr called a few days ago, but because of all that was happening, I couldn't share the news with y'all.

She beamed and sighed.

Mbali: Yingane yo'mfana (its a baby boy) we having a baby boy.

Sanele: W-what?

His eyes went wide and his smile got bigger as he kissed her on the lips, making her giggle.

Sanele: You not fucking with me are you?

Mbali shook her head.

Lisa: I'm so happy for you guys, that's incredible.

Me: Yeah, I'm having a nephew.

Everyone congratulated them, they seemed so happy.
