"Humanity has always been one to hope. Their dreams, ambitions and drive have always pushed them forward. The primitive men of the Paleolithic; creating stone tools. The agrarian farmers and their domestication of animals and growing crops. The industrial manufacturers of goods. And finally, the technologically driven 21st century. Humanities motivation to compete and do better than their neighbor has always advanced them forward. But foremost, we have been explorers.
Our closest satellite, the moon, has been a source of space exploration since the 13th of September 1959, when the first human-made object reached the moon's surface: The Soviet Union's Luna 2 mission. This was followed by the United State's first manned mission Apollo 11 on 20th July, 1969. 10 years later, and we broadcast: 'One small step for man'.
However, this day is different. This day is motivated by exploration, as humanities collective joined forces to launch towards transformation. No arms race, no superpowers, no animosity. The International Collective Space Research Organization (ICSRO) had decided to establish a base on the moon for ease of travel to other planets in the solar system. With the contributive efforts of other space agencies in the eastern and western hemispheres, today is the day that they have successfully established a base on the moon and its first ever occupants have landed." The telecast switched over to live footage of the lunar base after a series of inspirational images of exploration and space travel faded into black.
"Operation Leapfrog successful. We have arrived at the Moon Base" reported commander Arjun of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) . The control room erupted into a frenzy. Joyous laughter, tears and pride filled what was once an overheated room in Bangalore, India.

The transmitters are enthusiastic as they’ve been searching for life outside their galaxy, and with the technology capable of travelling between galaxies recently became possible, they accepted the invitation. A first contact made outside the Milkdromeda galaxy, by the Terran republic, and the Elven realm.
