If the ocean was meant,

To be with the land,

Then land would also run to it,

Not only the angry ocean waves.

If the wolves were meant,

To be with the moon,

Then moon would also sing back,

Not only the crying ravenous wolves.

If what we have was meant,

To be called love at all,

Then you would also love me back,

And go for the long haul.

You know it's a one sided love,

When the other loves none at all,

And I guess 1/2 of a love,

Is not meant to be called love at all.
