《[1] RUNNING THROUGH MY MIND.》09 | MALAYNA.

, but it was cold. Malayna clung to Carter's side as they walked down the icy street, heading towards the park.
"Thanks for getting rid of that girl, I had no idea how I was going to get outta that," Carter chuckled, his arm around Malayna's shoulder getting tighter as if he was telling her how much he loved being close to her.
"No problem," Malayna grinned happily up at the taller boy. "She was a bitch. I know you wouldn't fall for her tricks. At least I hope not," she raised her eyebrows at him before looking down, making sure not to trip over the icy sidewalk.
"The only thing I'm falling for, is you." Malayna's head snapped up, her eyes glowing from the reflection of the moon. She smiled widely, wanting to say so much more then what came out of her mouth.
"Oh Carter," she breathed, "you keep that up, and I'll be falling for you a lot faster than I thought I would."
Grinning, Carter let out a breath, his face disappearing momentarily before the air cleared. "Good."
The two made it into the park, not a single person in sight. The lights shone down on them as they sat, their bodies brushing up against each other, on the park bench. Carter sat with his hands in his jacket pocket, however when he saw Malayna rubbing her hands together frantically, he hung one arm around her, pulling her body into his warm side, stuffing her hands into his one pocket, playing with them, with his own hand.
She giggled as she looked down at the pocket moving with three hands stuffed in it, then dragging her gaze up to Carter who was already looking down at her. They kept eye contact for a few minutes, nothing being said as they searched each others eyes, Malayna admiring the innocence and wisdom swirling in Carter's beautiful dark brown eyes.

She had never imagined she'd be so in love with the colour brown. Growing up, she'd always pictured her dream boyfriend as a tall, short blonde haired boy, with ocean blue eyes and tan skin. When she was thirteen and thought of the perfect boyfriend, thats what she thought of. But now, her vision of a perfect boyfriend, is completely different.
Now, the perfect boy would consist of an average height, maybe 6'2, with chocolate coloured eyes, dark brown, tousled, messy hair and plump lips that constantly wear a contagious grin. The perfect boy, is Carter.
"I-" Carter started reluctantly, not sure if what he wants to say, should be said. He bit his lip momentarily before continuing. "I wanted to wait until midnight, but I really wanna kiss you right now."
Malayna's eyebrows shot up in surprise, her lips surprisingly staying in a straight line though her heart leaped with happiness. She'd imagined what his lips would feel like on hers, since she first kissed him on the cheek.
Although, sharing their first kiss at midnight, would be pretty magical, she knew that she couldn't wait that long now. Besides, kissing exactly where they first met, is still pretty damn good. Kissing Carter in general is damn good, where it happens wouldn't change a thing.
"Oh yeah?" She swallowed hard, a smile forming on her face as her eyes shone. "What are you gonna do?"
Carter leaned forward, letting out a breath. "I'm going to kiss you now," he whispered before leaning in even more.
Malayna met him half way, their faces pausing centimetres apart. Malayna let her eyes gaze over his whole face before meeting his eyes once again. Carter did the same thing, however just as his gaze meet her eyes, he dropped it to her lips, where he then pressed his own.

The two kissed. Carter's lips tasted like mint and rum and coke from the few sips he had taken back at the club. The kiss was sweet, slow and... pure. It was like their first kiss all over again. Like they couldn't believe their lips were together, moving in sync.
After a minute, Malayna and Carter adjusted, the girl wrapping her arms around his neck, playing with the ends of his hair at the back of his neck. Carter's hands moved around, going from her cupping her cheeks, resting on her shoulders, to hanging loosely off her hips.
After Malayna took the liberty of deepening the kiss, Carter moved one hand to her chin, the other grazing up and down her side. He loved the feeling of her soft lips on his, he almost couldn't believe it.
Out of breath, the two pulled away, their lips swollen, cheeks rosy and smiles on their faces. Carter leaned forward and placed a peck on Malayna's growing cold lips, leaving her wanting more.
"I'm glad you didn't wait until New Years," Malayna mumbled, her eyes fluttering open and her lips twitching upwards in a sweet smile.
Carter grinned, his hand resting on her thigh. "Me too. Plus, this way, you get double the kisses!" He exclaimed, referring to the one she'll get in a few hours when the clock strikes midnight.
"Well I hope I get more than just two," she giggled, glancing down at his hand on her thigh before meeting his gaze once again.
Carter straightened, his eyes perking up and his smile growing like it always does around Malayna. "You're cold. Do you want to go to my hotel?" Carter asked, noticing the blonde shivering for the first time.
Malayna giggled, "are you asking because I said I wanted more kisses?" She teased.
For the first time, Carter realized how that must've came out, however he knew there was some truth to her question. "I didn't intend it to come out like that, however if we do go back there, yes, you will get more kisses." He paused well smiling, "but I mainly offered because I can see you shivering."
"Thats just the effect you have on me, C. But yes, lets go."

An inhuman MC who has no interest in pesky things like romance or growing a conscience. Blue boxes, and a DnD style system messily mashed together with several other systems.
