"So you bailed him out, and then left?" Pam asks, staring at me with wide eyes.
"Yeah, pretty much." She nodded her head and stood up, walking to her house.
Her and I were sitting on the sidewalk outside of our houses. She asked me how last night went, and I told her. She still wanted me to slap him, even though she did as soon as he got home.
Apparently he had walked home through the rain after I left. Pam said when he got to the house, he was completely drenched and shivering like a dog. I actually felt kind of bad.
This morning when I woke up, the first thing I saw was a vase of red roses sitting on my desk. When I got up to look at them, a card was sticking out of the top of them. I open the card, and it said, "Come to the private beach at 8 p.m.".
At first, I wanted to run away. I didn't I want to see him. I was scared to death.
The other part of me wanted to run to the beach and jump in his arms, never letting him go.
So instead of deciding was I was going to do or not going to do, I decided to take a nap instead.

"Wake up, sleeping beauty! We got places to be!" I groan as someone rips off my blankets. When I open my eyes, I see the girls standing in front of me with gigantic grins plastered on their faces. I glare at them before sitting up and rubbing my eyes.
"Where exactly would these places be?" I question, and they all smirk at me.
"It's a surprise." Pam says, winking at me. "Now here's your dress and your wedges. Go get dressed and all dolled up and meet me at my car." The girls walk out of my room, and I sigh before I grab the clothes she threw me.

Pam picked out a navy blue dress with a white belt wrapped around it, just below the breasts. The dress wrapped around my neck and ended at my knees. On the left side of the strap, there was a white flower, and it reminded me of the lavender flower Axel gave me for formal. Suddenly I was back in my slump, and it took everything in me to continue getting ready.
I slipped on my white lace wedges, and then I applied some light makeup. I decided to leave my hair down and curled, but pinned back on the sides. After taking one last look in my mirror, I walk out of the house and meet the girls at Pam's car.
We drive for about thirty minutes, and when we reach our destination, my heart drops in my chest.
"Oh no." I panic, "No, no, no. I cannot go there! I can't see him!"
The girls try to calm me down, but I a mess of nerves. This was the place Axel wanted me to meet him, and I knew I would break down if I saw him. I couldn't take the chance. I couldn't risk seeing him and breaking down. I would never be able to live it down.
"Look at me, Michelle." Pam turns my head so I'm looking at her, "You can do this, and you are going to do this. You can't let your fear hold you back."
The girls nod their head in agreement, and I begin to calm down.
"Now what you are going to do. You are going to walk into that beach with your head held high like Axel McCarthy never broke your heart. You're gonna walk in there like a bad ass Pink Lady. You hear me?" The girls watch me with hope, and after a couple of minutes, I nod my head ad smile. They all high five before we all get out of the car.

We walked to the gates of the beach where Pam let me when. When I turned around, they all gave me a thumbs up before walking away. I turned back to the beach, and took a deep breath before walking down the path towards the shore.
When I reached the end of the path, there was rose petals set up in what looked like another path. I could hear faint music coming from a distant, and lights aligned the path of rose petals. A small smile grew on my face, and I continued to walk down the path. This was an extremely long path, and when I reached the end, my heart swelled with warmth and love. An unconditional love.
Axel stood at the end with a bouquet of roses in his hands, and beside him was a blanket with a picnic set up. When my eyes met his, he smiled at me. My eyes filled up with tears, and I walked closer to him. When I was close enough, he grabbed one of my hands and handed me the roses.
"I didn't think you would come." He said, and I wiped at my eyes before looking back up at his beautiful brown ones.
"I almost didn't." I admit, and then I turn to the picnic and roses he had set up. "What is all of this, Axel?"
When I look back up at him, his smile grows wider.
"You were the first girl I ever brought to this beach." He said, his smile still growing. "And I plan on you to be the last."
I continue to stare at him, and he continues to smile at me. Suddenly, his happy face turns into one filled with regret.
"Look, I know I was an asshole. I hurt you, and I hate myself for it. I don't know why I would go back to Stephanie." A stray tear falls from my eye, and he wipes it away with his thumb as a small smile appears on his lips.
"I hated myself for it because I didn't realize the girl I had in front of me. The night you bailed me out and then drove away crying, I wanted to beat myself up for it. I wanted to run after you." More tears fall from my eyes, and I wrap my arms around his neck and bury my head into his shoulder. He wraps his around my waist and pulls me as close as possible.
"You're not just another girl, Michelle." He whispers, and I hold on to him tighter.
He pulls away, and he looks me in the eyes. He stares for a moment before crashing his lips into mine, and I completely melt. That was the moment I knew.
When he pulled away, he brushed my hair out of my face and smiled at me, and this time, I smiled back.
"You're my girl. You're the only one I want."

The Demon’s Bride
Elise had about to change into the dress that was lying on the corner of her bed when she heard a knock lightly calling from her door. Curious, she turned the door knob only to have a tall man towering in front of her.«Master Ian!» She called.Ian smiled with the usual mischievous smirk that he always used. His crimson eyes trailing a little over her room and spotted the black dress over her bed and shifted his eyes over to the woman in front of him. He stepped forward and spoke. «Where did you acquire that dress?»«Mr. Harland gave it to me.» Elise replied and strained her neck to see Ian’s brows knitted in its elegance.«Do you know why a man would love to give a woman a dress?» He gave the riddle that she always had to think twice before replying. But this time, she found no answer and instead shook her head. «I don’t know.»His grin grew bewitching as though something had stirred deep inside the scarlet eyes that he had. He slowly slid his hand over the collar of her dress, sending a cold shiver that startled her for a moment due to its freezing temperature. After unbuttoning the first two buttons on her collar, he tilted his head down, whispering to her ears. «Because they want to be the one to undress the cloth.»He paused and kissed her neck, turning the pale skin to red before retracting his move to fix his eyes on her and leisurely replied. «Unfortunately, you can’t wear the dress over there with this.» He chuckled and passed a box over to her hand. «And the fortunate news is I prepared a dress for you.»
