Mom handed me a basket, and gave me the 'You know what to do.' Look. We went fishing, and filled the basket. They may of had bite marks from Toothless. He liked to use his teeth. We ate supper, and fell asleep in our nests. I slept beside Toothless, as I always has. We went to sleep, and I dreamt that Astrid was watching sheep in a pasture on Berk. My mind goes fuzzy....

DREAM

What emotion is this I'm feeling? I stare at her from Toothless' back. She looks at me, and I panick. I see her smile a warm smile at me. I smile back, and land beside her. A familiar Nadder stands behind her, and rubs on her head. When did...this happen? I turn to see the man I dreamt about 10 years ago in a dream. He looks angry. I ask who he is. He begins crying. I realize my mask was in Astrids' hand. Who is this guy? Why is he crying?

He says "Son...."

I cock my head at him and say "What?"

He hugs me. Awkward. Since when do..... oh... I get it. This is supposed to be the father who I never met. Huh. Then the world goes black, and green eyes stare out of it. "Hi, bud."

"Let's go. It isn't safe here."

"Why I found my...."

"WE'RE LEAVING!"

"Okay..."
