Dragon Riders! Not again! These rouges will drive me to retirement! Especially the young man! I glare at the night sky. A raid has just ended, and I believe the riders' may be involved. I hear Astrid breathing heavily, and assume she'd been exhausted from battle. Shd begins to walk away, and then run. Wierd. I goto my home, and fall into a deep sleep.

Toothless said "Hey! Why not turn her into a rider? She could come live with us."

I puch his shoulder. He looks serious. I think about what he said. That's not that horrible of an idea!

I say "Thanks, bud! Let's do it!"

Then Astrid appeared. I grabbed her hand, but she jerked away. I ask her to close her eyes. Then I get her on to Toothless' back. She asks what I'm doing, and I tell her nothing. I ask Toothless to take off gently. Then I tell her to open her eyes.

She smiles and says "Thank you... Dragon Rider...."

I hug her, and Toothless chuckled. I tap his neck, and he gives me a happy grin. Astrid began laughing. Then we began exchanging funny stories. Like the time Toothless and I went hunting and caught a rope instead of an eel. We landed at dawn, and I promise to come back and help her bond with a dragon. I suggested reading up on Nadders, because that she would bond best with one.

We got home, ate supper, and slept. I felt Toothless' tail on my torso....
