The next day, Shiratorizawa also dominated. However, there was an upset.

"Seijoh lost?"

"Yeah, the underdog Karasuno got the better of them. It was three sets though, so they put up a hell of a fight that's for sure."

"Oikawa must be dying inside." Kazane mumbled as she walked with Ushiwaka and Tendou. The two shrugged. "Never being enough is enough to break a person..."

"He would have been enough if he had come to shiratorizawa-"

"Not the time babe."

"Sorry." Ushiwaka chuckled, pressing his lips to her temple.

"But Kazzy, looks like we're playing your bro! Don't get too upset when we beat the shit outta them, kay?" Tendou grinned, which incited Kazane to laugh.

"It's fine, I won't. I'm actually excited to see how it plays out!" She told them cheerfully. The next day she got her wish.

Ushiwaka had her on his back as they entered the gym, mostly because she wanted to look cool. The drums were loud as the doors opened, revealing the team to the audience. Letting her down once they reached the bench, Ushiwaka and the other boys ditched their jackets as they went to go warm up.

The first hit Ushiwaka did, the impact was so strong it bounced all the way up into the nosebleeds, being caught by someone Kazane almost confused for Iwaizumi's little brother--he never had one.

The glares Karasuno had on their faces made Kazane frown, and then it was time for them to have their seven minutes on. As they rolled their ball cart onto the court, one of the balls fell off and rolled under the net. "I got it!" Hinata jogged over as Reon picked up the ball, tossing it to him. "Is your name Benkai?" The orange haired male asked, then went back when Reon didn't answer.

"Hey, Reon!" Tendou called, standing next to Kazane with his hands on his hips.

"What's up?" He asked, turning towards him. Hinata looked startled.

"That Karasuno squirt just called you Benkai where the hell'd he get that name from?" The redhead demanded, his eyes on Hinata.

"I don't know, I don't really get it." Reon shrugged, walking back to the bench.

"That shortie is part of Karasuno's quick attack duo." Eita reminded, and Kazane nodded as Tendou's faced morphed in surprise.

"Wha--for real?!"

"Mhm."

"Kazzy, what do you know about them?"

"Well I haven't seen them play in a while so I honestly don't know much. Tobio said that they perfected their quick, dunno what that entails but just be ready for anything. Hinata, number 10, can jump, Tobio's a fantastic setter, and the rest are all really well rounded. Nishinoya, their libero, is really good at recieves, as expected of a libero."

"This is gonna be fun, might even put up a better show than Seijoh~" Tendou grinned, then the excitement turned into surprise once again as Tobio set Hinata, and the ball of carrot shot the ball straight down. Kazane's eyes widened.

"What just happened?! He shot it straight down?!"

"He's a quick one! Did the setter even touch the ball?"

"You know guys, I was bummed Sejoh didn't come this time, but they seem pretty fun too!" Yamagata's competitive side sparked to life as he grinned.

"You got that right." Reon agreed.

"Whatever they throw at us we will be sure to force them to surrender!" Goshiki said assuredly.

"You shoulodn't talk smack if you can't back it up." Shirabu deadpanned, annoyed at their young ace as usual. Kazane was about to go break up a would-be fight, but Tendou beat her to it.

"Now now play nice~" Tendou put a hand on both of their shoulders, "Don't chu worry about it Goshiki, your words are as cool as your bangs~"

"Oh yeah you think so?!"

"You know I don't think it's a good idea to baby him the way you do." Taichi commented, holding a water bottle.

"Easy man, you're too tiiiight Taichi~" The redhead said lazily. Transfering both hands to Goshiki's shoulders, he continued. "I have faith in this fella~ This guy's the chosen one! He's gonna be the ace after us theird years are gone, ya know?"

Just the mention of him being the future ace got the black haired male pumped up, the fire in his eyes burning bright as he spoke, "I won't let you down!"

"Yeah we know. Just do you best mister future ace." Semi just smiled.

"Stop it, you're gonna make his ego even worse." Shirabu complained as Goshiki shouted.

"So let him have an ego~ what's the big deal? You sure didn't have a problem with that a few weeks back~" Kazane teased, poking Shirabu's side. He immediately recoiled and turned red.

"Shut up Kazane." He growled, still very red. Tendou and her exchanged a smirk.

"Okay, we're first to receive." Ushiwaka came back from the coin toss.

"Roger that buddy~ Kick some ass for us." Tendou said.

"You have to pull your own weight too, don't just lean on Ushiwaka." Reon reminded, making the redhead pout.

"Starting to put too much pressure on me, Benkai~"

"Yeah Benkai~" Kazane teased along with him, which made Reon sweat drop.

"You guys aren't gonna drop that, are you?"

"Nope!" The two grinned mischievously.

"Ushiwaka!" Goshiki suddenly spoke up, causing all eyes to go to him. "In this next game, I promise I will prove myself worthy of the title Future Ace of Shiratorizawa."

Tendou made a dramatic gasp, and Ushiwaka's eyes narrowed. "Oh yeah? Do your best then."

"Pffffft-"

"I think he's actually being sincere even if he sounds like a deadpan jerk." Yamagata pitcvhed in.

"We all know you weren't gonna get much more of a reaction, sweetie." Kazane patted the future ace on the back as he frowned. Just then, the whistle sounded, so it was time for the team introductions, and finally the match to begin.

Each team member was introduced, Kazane and the coaches giving them high fives, and Kazane allowed the boys to kiss her cheek as well for 'good luck' as they said. After both teams were introduced, Karasuno started off with serve.

Daichi was the one to serve, and Goshiki received it nicely. Shirabu got under it, calling out for Ushiwaka as he set it back to him. Asahi, Tsukishima and Tobio jumped to form a three man block to stop any chance of a cross court shot. That just left the straight, and Kazane saw that Nishinoya was stationed by the line, ready and waiting for the spike.

However, a smirk formed on her face as Ushiwaka spiked it line, and the ball was shanked. Nishi grinned though, "Oh I see, lefty."

The next few serves were aces, and the amount of 'after you no after you' mistakes made Kazane facepalm as she marked down the aces under Taichi's name on her clipboard. "DON'T PANIC GUYS!! ARE YOU GUYS GETTING DISTRACTED BY ALL THE CAMERAS?! JUST IGNORE THEM! LISTEN UP! GET YOUR HEADS OUT OF YOUR BIG DUMB ASSES!" Suga yelled, and the ref sideeyed him narrowly, obviously not appreciating the outburst. Kazane just snickered as Daichi apologized to the ref.

But after that outburst, Karasuno did finally manage to get a receive. Tendou went to block Tsukishima, but the blonde went around him. "What you slacking Tendou?!" Kazane called out.

"Oh shush! It's not my time to shine yet~" The redhead smirked back at her with a wink. Reon passed it to Ushiwaka, making sure it was high. Not disappointing, Ushiwaka made Nishinoya shank the ball yet again.

Tanaka finally got a kill, making it 5-1. A few points later, it was 8-3, so the buzzer went off to signal a time out. Kazane passed out the water bottles, complimenting everyone's playing so far. "Ew get offffffffffffff you're stinky! And sweatyyyyy!" She complained as Ushiwaka nuzzled her neck and hugged her from behind.

"Hmmm, I don't think I will." Ushiwaka smirked, pressing his lips to her neck which made the female jolt.

"Not here for the love of god-"

"No pda at games please."

"Barf-"

"Get a room!"

"Come on, drink your water." Kazane thrust the object at him, so with a sigh he took it. The time out ended, and pretty soon after that, it was 16-8, which said a lot about how Shiratorizawa and Karasuno were playing. Another time out was called, more water was drunk, and then they were back on the court.

"Get a good one Wakatoshi!" Kazane called, as he was up to serve. He nodded to her, and then the whistle was blown. He got an ace, but then next one Nishinoya managed to get up. Kazane's eyebrows shot up, so he finally managed it, huh?

Tobio motioned to spike it over, faking Tendou and Reon out and then setting it to Tanaka, who killed it. Shirabu looked pissed off as he spoke, Kazane couldn't hear what he was saying but it probably didn't matter.

Since Karasuno was rotating, that meant Hinata was going to be in the front. Kazane exchanged a look with Ushiwaka; this is where things would get interesting.
