I zipped up my bag and went into the bathroom to take a shower.

I decided I needed some time away from my friends for a while. I love them all don't get me wrong, but I just need some space. I want to be with other faces for a while.

So I'm sneaking out tomorrow morning. I'm going to our vacation home in the forest. Only Matt knows about it and he promises not to tell anyone.

The next day I woke up at 4AM. No one is awake so I took this as my chance to sneak out. I grabbed my bag and quietly went downstairs. I quietly groan when i see the boys sleeping downstairs. I forgot they stayed up playing video games. I slowly walked past them and opened the door. As soon as I got out, I put my bag in the car and drove off.

I arrived at the forest at 6am and I smiled seeing the familiar home. It's been a while since I came here...

"Miss Verdana! You did not say you would arrive" Our butler,George, says. George is a kind man in his late 30's and he takes care of this house while we're away. His family is here too and they all keep the house clean and well.

"Sorry George, It's an unexpected visit" I say and he nods smiling

"It's fine Ver. Go inside, my wife will make you some coffe." He says and I thank him

I walk inside and immediately got trapped in a tight hug. I laugh and hug her back.

"Ver!! I'm so happy you're back!!! We've missed you so much!!!" Caroline, George's wife, said

"I know!! I missed you guys too!!!" I exclaim

"Oh the children will be so happy!!! Sit sit, I'll make you coffee" She says and rushes to the kitchen

Just then I hear multiple footsteps come down the stairs. I smile widely knowing exactly who that is

"Mom?? What's with all the noiseee" A voice says

"Yeah mommy. It's too early to be noisy" Another voice says

A faint grunt can be heard as if agreeing with the two voices.

"Uh, mom? Who's the visitor?" a voice says

"...wait a second...I KNOW THAT HAIR COLOR ANYWHERE."

One second later I am being attacked by a hug.

"VERDANA HOLY SNAP IVE MISSED YOU SO MUCH"

You know how a girl always has a gay best friend? Yea meet mine. Justin is the eldest child of George and Caroline and is,like I said, my gay best friend. Him and I are the same age so we would always play with each other as kids. He used to be a really manly man but it wasn't until another gay guy admitted his feelings for him and kissed him that Justin started actually thinking bout his gender. A year later he came out and was so scared. All of us just laughed it off and hugged him tight saying we don't care. I mean I'm happy I have a gay best friend, they're super fun to be with.

"GET OFF OF ME YOU HEAVY BUTT" I yell and he hugs me tighter

"NUH UH. WE HAVE A LOT TO TALK ABOUT. LIKE DAMN GIRL YOU HANG WITH A LOT OF HOTTIES." He yells and I laugh

"I FOLLOW YOU ON INSTAGRAM, DONT EVEN TRY TO DENY IT" he continues. Just then two little girls slap his butt and cross their arms.

"Justin!!! It's our turn!!! We miss V too!!!" The brunette girl says

"Yeah!!! Share her!!!" The blonde one says

Bailey and Railey are fraternal twins and the youngest children of Robin and Caroline. Bailey is blonde and Railey is brunette. They're the cutest 7 year olds ever.

"ILL SHARE HER IF SHE SHARES HER HOTTIES" Justin yells and the siblings start quarreling while I laugh my ass off

"Move heavy butt" I say and push Justin off. He pouts crossing his arms and I laugh picking the girls up

They hug me so tight and rant on about how much they've missed me. I smile, I've missed these people so much. The girls rant stops as Justin takes them off me and grabs my arm

"OKAY IM STEALING HER NOW" He yells and drags me upstairs

I'm in for a long talk.
