Gon went to call Hisoka to see if he'd hang out with him since he hasn't seen him since Greed Island. Also, he wanted to repay him for helping out at the volleyball event.
Bzzz..
The other end quickly picked up.
"Gon?~♣"
"Hi Hisoka! I was wondering if you would want to hang out.. maybe.. " The sentence grew quieter near the end, but not enough for Hisoka to not hear.
"Of course.~♠"
"Really?!" Gon said ecstatic.
"Wouldn't miss it for the world.~♣"
To Hisoka that's an offer he would never decline.

Gon wanted to meet him at the park and Hisoka arrived a little earlier than what was said.
The magician shuffled the deck of cards in his hand on the bench as he waited patiently for the spiky haired boy to show up. He was slightly startled when a pair of hands grabbed his shoulders from behind and a face leaned in towards him from the side.
"Boo!" Gon giggled as he went around from the back of the bench and situated himself next to Hisoka on the cold wooden area. "You came here really early, I thought I was gonna be the first one." Gon pouted.
"I know, You've kept me waiting. You were the one who invited me,~♣" Hisoka said with a false sadness in his tone as he pointed a sole card at Gon.
Gon tensed up and bowed his head rapidly in a apologetic manner. "Gomen!" he said genuinely.
Hisoka chuckled at the boy. "Just kidding.~" Hisoka said playfully as he placed the card back into the stack and continued to shuffle his cards. "I don't mind.~"
"Oh." Gon said in relief releasing the tension in his shoulders. Letting them fall to their relaxed position. Eyes wandered to the stack of cards Hisoka had in his hands. "Ah!" Gon chirped. "Would you show me a trick please?." he dragged out the last word as he placed his hands together in a begging manner.

The red haired man's eyes smiled at his action and gave him a small nod. "Of course~♣" he said as he placed the cards down next to him and slowly brought up his arms.
-He is not going to use his cards?-
The boys eyes lit up in excitement as he patiently waits. Curious eyes followed the movement of the magician's hands.
"This is a new trick.~♠" Hisoka said proudly causing Gon to awe in wonderment. With a graceful swift move of his hands the boy in front of him vanished like a puff of air.
Hisoka grinned to himself knowing that his trick worked,so he did the move again to bring Gon back.
Nothing happened.
He did it again.
Nothing happened.
The magician's eyes widened at the sudden revelation.
"Oh dear. That's not..." Hisoka mumbled as he looked around him for any trace of Gon. "what's supposed to happen.~♦"
The only thing that remained was a heap of clothes that laid on the bench. Or that's what Hisoka thought until he saw the fabric shift and a tiny arm came out as though it was drowning in the sea of clothes.
Hisoka slightly touched the hand and the hand automatically clutched onto Hisoka's thumb. Hisoka moved the layers of clothes away with his other hand to reveal a Gon.
A really tiny Gon.
"I thought you perished.~♣" Hisoka sighed in relief.
Gon however didn't respond and stared at Hisoka with his head tilted in confusion. He then suddenly places the thumb he held into his mouth.
"Okay that's enough~♠" Hisoka chuckled as he removed his thumb from Gon's mouth. The boy's eyes started to well up and sniffling cries came out of his mouth.
It's now Hisoka's turn to be confused.

"Ah, shhh..shhh" Hisoka attempted to calm the screaming child so he picked him up from the pile of clothes.
"Don't let your baby be naked out in public what's wrong with you!" An old lady said pointing a cane at the man angrily with one arm while the other was locked with a younger woman next to her.
"Grandma some people are just not meant to be parents." the youth said to the elder. They both gave Hisoka a disapproving look, shaking their heads as they walked away. " What's wrong with today's generation, back in my day-" the voices trailed off as they went away from Hisoka's vicinity.
Hisoka huffed a puff of air in irritation and wrapped the baby in the clothes that were too big on him making Gon look like a burrito.
A very loud burrito.
The noise pained Hisoka's ears so he stuck his thumb back into Gon's mouth that started the problem and the child immediately stopped crying.
Hisoka sighed as he looked into the baby's amber eyes. Tear droplets gathered at his eyelashes from his tantrum.
"How am I going to get you back?~♠" Hisoka said as he gently wipes Gon's eyes with his other hand, causing the boy to smile back at him.
