You sat on the crouch as you took a sip of the wine you had poured after your nice long bath. Soon enough, Bucky came walking into the room as Zemo walked out of the bathroom.
"Well, the Wakandans are here. They want Zemo. Bought us some more time." Bucky told us as he was walking in the room.
"Were you followed?" Sam asked.
"No." Bucky told him.
"How can you be so sure?" Zemo questioned as he walked towards the colored glass window.
"Cause I know when I'm being followed." Bucky told him as Zemo turned around towards him.
"It was sweet of you to defend me at least." Zemo told Bucky.
"Hey, you shut it. No one's defending you." Sam told him.
"You killed Nagel." You told him.
"Do we really have to litigate what may or may not have happened?" Zemo said as you walked towards them to pour a little more wine in your glass.
"There's nothing to litigate. You straight shot the man." Sam said.
"Sam, Y/n." Bucky said as you both you towards him.
"Hmm?" You replied.
"What?" Sam questioned.
"Karli Bono Ed a GRC supply depot." Bucky explained.
"What?" Sam said.
"What's the damage?" You questioned.
"Eleven injuried, three dead. They have a list of demands and are promising more attacks if those demands aren't met." Bucky explained.
"She's getting worse." Zemo said.
I have the will to complete this mission. Do the three of you?" Zemo asked.
"She's just a kid." You told Zemo.
"You're seeing something in her that isn't there." Zemo said.
"You're clouded by it. She's a supremacist. The very concept of a Super Soldier will always trouble people. It's that warped aspiration that led to Nazis, to Ultron, to the Avengers." Zemo explained.

"You're talking about our friends." Sam said.
"The avengers, not the nazis." Bucky said.
"So, Karli is radicalized, but there has to be a peaceful way to stop her." Sam said.
"The desire to be ya superhuman cannot be separated from supremacist ideals. Anyone with that serum is inherently on that path. She will not stop. She will escalate until you kill her." Zemo explained.
"Or she kills you." Zemo finished.
"Maybe you're wrong, Zemo." Bucky said.
"Yeah, the serum never corrupted my dad." You told him.
"Touché." Zemo said.
"But there has never been another Steve Rogers, has there?" Zemo asked.
"Well, maybe we should give him to the Wakandans right now." Bucky said as he walked towards the crouch.
"And you'll give up your tour guide?" Zemo questioned as he opened a drawer.
"Yes." Bucky bluntly told him.
"From my understanding, Donya is like a pillar of the community, right?" Sam questioned.
"So, when I was a kid, my TT passed away." Sam said.
"Your TT?" Bucky questioned.
"Yeah, my TT, yeah." Sam said.
"Who is your TT." Bucky questioned.
"Fine. When I was a kid my aunt passed away and the entire neighborhood got together for a ceremony. It was like a week long. Maybe they're doing the same thing for Donya.." Sam explained to us.
"Worth a shot." Bucky said.
"Your TT would be proud of you." Zemo told him.
"Turkish delight." Zemo said as he show him the candy and throw it towards Sam.
Zemo dumped a bag of Turkish delight on the table.
"Irresponsible.

The Designated: Out of Control
It happened quicker than anyone would have imagined. Multiple hurricanes were one thing. People had dealt with that in the past. But, like kids playing dominoes, one thing crashed into another. Areas affected by hurricanes needed resources all along the Gulf and East Coasts drew rescuers and resources away from other parts of the country. When wildfires lit up the Pacific coast and mid-west, those areas were already understaffed. Driven by hurricanes in the Pacific basin, uncontrolled wildfires burned through towns, destroying everything in their paths. Across the Pacific, Asia didn't escape. From the Philippines, across China, into Indochina, and Bangladesh and India. Typhoons and cyclones pounded the coasts and far inland. Widespread flooding forced millions from their homes and across international borders. Mexico was hit hard and thousands died in mudslides as Katia slammed into their East Coast. The refugees fled north and west. Rumours started that hundreds of thousands were headed for the US border. Instead of running out of steam in the southern US, several hurricanes tore up the eastern seaboard, devastating cities and renewing their strength before veering east across the Atlantic. Maria and Ophelia veered east and slammed into Europe, reaching as far as the Netherlands and Russia before finally dissipating. After that, too many weather stations were offline to provide any form of co-ordinated information or warnings. Wildfires in Portugal burned ahead of the storms, fanned by hurricane winds. They sparked wildfires leapfrogging across Europe, beyond any one country's ability to cope. Already uneasy from multiple terrorist attacks over the summer, anti-refugee groups seized the opportunity to stage protests across Europe. Some turned violent as they clashed with police forces. Several governments declared martial law to quell the rioting and enforce evacuations along the path of the storms. Rumour and speculation overwhelmed facts. Unrest spilled over into widespread violence. Then sickness broke out in the displaced populations. Within a matter of a dozen weeks, tens of millions died. In the coming winter months hundreds more would follow. The Designated Project was activated.
