《Todobakudeku x reader》(Bakugo pt.3) Why did it have to be you

Mr. Aizawa finally entered the classroom, but only to take attendance. Things continued as normal, him calling names, people saying here, the usual. I was still pretty sleepy in class but that changed quickly when Present Mic came in. There wasn't much hero things to do. Today was mainly for our core classes.
Present Mic walked in shouting everyone's eardrums out but got his point across.
"Okay everyone, you have a partner project about a famous poet. And yes, I will be picking the partners." He said from the front of the classroom.
He started listing off names. So far there was Kirishima and Mina, Kaminari and Mineta, and Uraraka and Tsu. Most of the people I would want to work with we're getting partnered with other people. My preferred choice would be Todoroki or Deku or maybe even Momo.
"Todoroki and Midoriya." Present Mic said from the front of the class.
'Well looks like I'm not getting my preferred choice' I thought to myself.
"(Y/n) and Bakugo." I heard from the front. I looked up and realized that I was partnered up with the him.
"Tch." Bakugo said looking over at me. Our eyes met and I could instantly see that he wasn't happy to work with me. "Why do I have to work with time freeze over there?!?" He yelled back at Present Mic.
"Partners were chosen randomly. Sorry if you didn't get someone you liked." Present Mic retorted.
"What the hell?!?" Bakugo yelled.
"Bakugo, as your class president, it is my duty to keep you under control. I order you to calm down immediately." Iida said doing his signature up and down hand movements.
"Shut u—" Bakugo managed to say before I shot him in a time freeze bubble.
"I'm sorry. Everything's fine. Since we have a free period after this, could someone just carry him out to the hallway before unfreezes." I chuckled and asked nicely. A couple seconds already went by so I knew that I would have to hold this time freeze for a little bit longer.

With that, Shoji carried Bakugo out of the room and Present Mic had just enough time to list of the rest of the names so that people could get started with their project.
The bell rang and everyone was dismissed. That was my cue to stop my time freeze bubble on Bakugo. I had a slight headache, but it went away by the time I left the classroom. In the hallway, Bakugo was just looking around so I thought I owed it to him to tell him how ended up there.
"Yeah so um, we're still partners for the project but you were loud so I kinda sorta had to put you in a time freeze bubble and Shoji carried you out." I said relaying the events that took place while he was frozen.
"Whatever. Just come to my room later to do the freaking project." He said walking away with his hands in his pocket.
"So... reschedule for skipping lunch?" I asked before he was completely out of earshot.
"We'll see." He said and walked away, blending into the hallway filled with the other students at UA.
The whole free period was filled with me researching what famous poet we could do for the project. At first I thought Langston Hughes but most likely everyone is going to do him. After that, I was stuck and didn't know who to do. I decided to leave it to Bakugo to come up with someone.
~~Le time skip~~
After school, I headed back to the dorms. Even though I've never been there myself, I knew exactly what room was Bakugo's. I stopped by my dorm to change and grab my computer, then headed to his room and knocked on the door. I was greeted by him in a sleeveless shirt and some jogging pants.

"Hello." I said nervously. He stepped out of the way to let me enter his room. It was surprisingly clean. I'd expect there to be clothes everywhere but it was neat and organized.
"Did you figure out who to do for the project yet?" He asked sitting in the black chair from his desk.
"All I had was Langston Hughes." I answered setting my book bag on the the floor and taking a seat on the floor in front of him, resting my back on the side of his bed. I pulled out my computer and opened it up to google.
"Pretty basic but it's good enough." He said. At first I was surprised that he knew who Langston Hughes was, but I guess he is at the top of our class.
This Bakugo wasn't the Bakugo I'd normally see in class. He wasn't yelling or telling someone to shut up. He was focused on the work in front of him.
An hour or two later, the project was finished.
"Well we did that quickly. Didn't he give us a week to do it?" I asked sitting this time on the bed.
"Yeah. Probably for the people who procrastinate. But now we have the rest of the week with no homework." He replied.
"I guess." I said.
"I have a question." He said swirling his chair to face me. It caught me off guard at first.
"Go on." I told him.
"Did you help half and half figure out those showers?" He asked. His question seemed a little random but I still answered.
"I think so. I was pretty tired and surprised he understood me. I don't know why he couldn't have asked you or some other guy." I answered.
"I thought so." He said.
I knew he didn't know how to work those showers that quick. Of course he needed help from someone else. That just proves I'm stronger than all of these extras.
