《Todobakudeku x reader》(Todoroki pt. 20) Normality

😂
I looked around. We were in the classroom, which was a weird place to be considering we hopped back from the dorms. I was no longer in my hero suit, and instead in my school uniform. I looked around at everyone, and they seemed just as confused as I was.
"Did it work?" I asked out loud. If it didn't work properly, the blame would be put on me since it was my responsibility to make the jump. No one replied.
I looked at the clock, and it read 8:00am on the dot. The bell rang and Mr.aizawa walked through the door.
"Good morning class." He began. I started to tune out his words. Electronics weren't allowed during class time, but still, I sat pretty far back in the classroom so hopefully Mr. Aizawa wouldn't see me.
Just as I thought. We were back to the day everyone first went missing. At the time, we had sat in the classroom for 20 minutes before taking action, but this time, Mr. Aizawa walked through the door just when he was supposed to. It's as if nothing had ever happened.
"Wait! Mr. Aizawa, do you really not know anything about what happened?" Tsu stood up, interrupting him mid sentence.
"What happened? No, I'm afraid I don't know what you're talking about." He responded.
"What?" Tsu asked. Her voice wavered as she sat back down.
Uraraka put a hand on her shoulder. "It's okay tsu." We can explain to all faculty when classes are over."
"Mkay."
"That reminds me." Mr. Aizawa said. "You guys have a new student today. He should be coming in here any second now."
As if on cue, the door opened, revealing an all too familiar face. "Katashi?!" The whole class said.

"Oh? So you guys have already met?" Aizawa asked.
"To be fair, this is the outcome we were suspecting. There should be one in 1-Ab and 1-Ad too." Todorki said.
"Oh yeah, thats true!" Deku said.
"The class from 1-Ab must really be confused. After all, it was only (y/n) 1-Ab and bakugo 1-Ab who really knows why they have a new student all of a sudden. Unlike us, they weren't with their whole class." I thought out loud.
"The class seems a lot smaller, even though this was the original size." Momo smiled.
"I wonder if the headsets are still in the same place too, considering we don't have our hero costumes on." Iida wondered.
"Ahem." Mr. Aizawa cleared his throat to get our attention. "Anyways, Katashi, you can sit in that desk right over there."
I looked over to where he was pointing. I don't remember there being an empty desks in this classroom, but maybe the world changed to accommodate for a new person popping up out of nowhere.
The rest of class, I couldn't focus on what Mr. Aizawa was saying, and from the looks of it, I wasn't the only one. Uraraka was writing an apology letter to Deku's mom, even though it wasn't even our Deku that was about to be sacrificed. Bakugo looked at Kirishima weird the whole time because of how the Kirishima from the other world acted. Deku was even taking notes in his journal about Katashi's quirk.
One thing still bothered me. Shinso was there the whole time too, so I wonder what he's thinking right now. He's the only one in his class that has any idea of what happened. I'll be sure to speak to him after school.
The training grounds were still under construction, but today we were on the field, taking our midway test to compare our scores to the beginning of the year, however, my focus was on Katashi. I still didn't know how his quirk properly worked.

Judging by all the trouble he caused, he's able to turn people into snakes just by looking at them, and also shares damage with those snakes. It's a great defensive quirk, but it doesn't really give him great attack damage. Some of these test he'd fail simply because they rely on physical skill. Some people like Deku excel in that, but even my quirk is better for defense.
By the time we were done, Katashi was all wore out. We all were really.
"Oi Katashi, what happens if you turn someone into a snake? Can you turn them back?" Bakugo asked.
"No. Once they're a snake, they'll always be a snake, and it continues to spread like a virus." He said. Everyone went silent and stared at him. "I'm kidding! I'm kidding. Yes, I can undo it, but I can't stop it from spreading. Once so many people are snakes it's hard to turn them back to normal one by one. It makes it harder to work on a team with people."
That's something I didn't think of either. His quirk is mostly defense, so he'd need an offensive partner, but if he were to turn his enemy into a snake, that snake could end up turning his partner into one as well.
"So you could've undone Deku's but you just chose not to?" Bakugo continued.
"If I did, you guys would've killed me. Besides, he was only half snake. Even now that everything has gone back to normal, his eye will remain the eye of a snake." Katashi sighed.
His eye is still the same...Does this mean—
